An econometric model is presented, which clearly shows which infrastructural factors influence the attractiveness of cities for doing business. On the basis of econometric modeling, the factors that directly affect the business passion of citizens are identified, and recommendations for the development of these factors are formulated

No full textДанное исследование посвящено анализу деятельности региональных институтов развития (ИР) на примере Корпорации развития Тульской области. Целью работы является разработка механизмов повышения эффективности ИР для устойчивого роста регионов, включая аграрные территории, в рамках стратегии пространственного развития страны. Проанализированы финансовые и нефинансовые показатели деятельности Корпорации, выявлены ключевые проблемы, такие как низкая доля частных инвестиций до 2020 года и ограниченное число проектов в АПК. Предложены рекомендации по оптимизации, включая внедрение обязательной публикации данных о патентной активности и ROI, разработку программ софинансирования для агропроектов и создание регионального инновационного кластера. Перспективы исследования заключаются в разработке универсальной методики оценки эффективности ИР для регионов России, учитывающей параметры технологического и аграрного развития.This study analyses the activities of regional development institutions (DIs) on the example of the Development Corporation of the Tula Region. The aim of the work is to develop mechanisms to improve the efficiency of the IR for sustainable growth of regions, including agrarian territories, within the framework of the country's spatial development strategy. Financial and non-financial performance indicators of the Corporation are analysed, key problems are identified, such as a low share of private investment until 2020 and a limited number of projects in the agro-industrial complex. Recommendations for optimisation are proposed, including the introduction of mandatory publication of data on patent activity and ROI, the development of co-financing programmes for agro-projects and the creation of a regional innovation cluster. The prospects of the study lie in the development of a universal methodology for assessing the efficiency of R&D for Russian regions, taking into account the parameters of technological and agrarian development

The range of the presented types of trees and shrubs is described, recommendations for improving the visual component of the territory through landscaping are proposed

No full textИсследование посвящено анализу проблем управления удержанием персонала в условиях кадрового голода и поиску направлений, подходов к формированию эффективной системы управления персоналом. Актуальность темы исследования связана с происходящей трансформацией российского рынка труда под воздействием внутренних и внешних факторов. На примере исследуемых практик авторы предлагают разработать и внедрить систему определения мотивационного профиля сотрудников (с детальной разбивкой по подкатегориям коэффициентов удержания, влияющим на общие показатели удержания) и на основе анализа системы выработать и внедрить типовые мотивационные инструменты для каждой категории отдельно. Система включает ежеквартальный мониторинг с целью определения изменения профиля сотрудников с использованием разработанных в ней опросников. Внедрение системы позволит сократить отток как высококвалифицированного, так и находящегося в зоне роста персонала.The study is devoted to the analysis of personnel retention management problems in the context of personnel shortage and the search for directions and approaches to the formation of an effective personnel management system. The relevance of the research topic is associated with the ongoing transformation of the Russian labor market under the influence of internal and external factors. Using the example of the studied practices, the authors propose to develop and implement a system for determining the motivational profile of employees (with a detailed breakdown by subcategories of retention rates that affect overall retention rates) and, based on the analysis of the system, to develop and implement standard motivational tools for each category separately. The system includes quarterly monitoring in order to determine changes in the employee profile using questionnaires developed in it. The implementation of the system will reduce the outflow of both highly qualified personnel and those in the growth zone

Practical Application of Lean Manufacturing for Optimization of Mining and Transportation Complex Losses
No full textВ статье представлены результаты исследования по оптимизации процесса смены технологических бригад в горно-транспортном комплексе с применением инструментов бережливого производства. Проанализированы причины возникновения простоев при пересменке, разработан и внедрен новый регламент организации смены бригад. Предложенные решения включают оптимизацию маршрутов доставки персонала, корректировку последовательности технологических операций и внедрение системы планирования пересменок. В результате внедрения мероприятий достигнуто сокращение времени простоев экскаваторов на 95 часов в месяц, повышение производительности тяговых агрегатов на 4,5% и оптимизация рабочего парка подвижного состава. Определены направления дальнейшего совершенствования процесса.The article presents the results of a study on optimizing the process of technological crew shifts in the mining and transportation complex using lean manufacturing tools. The causes of downtime during shift changes were analyzed, and a new regulation for organizing crew shifts was developed and implemented. The proposed solutions include optimization of personnel delivery routes, adjustment of technological operations sequence, and implementation of a shift planning system. As a result of the implemented measures, excavator downtime was reduced by 95 hours per month, locomotive unit productivity increased by 4.5%, and the rolling stock working fleet was optimized. Directions for further process improvement have been identified

This paper explores the key trends in digital fashion, its economic potential, and its influence on the development of creative industries, with a particular focus on the Ural region. Using case studies such as U’FASHION and Play DigitalArt, the article demonstrates how digital initiatives support the growth of local brands, foster the integration of new technologies, and contribute to building a sustainable fashion ecosystem. The research highlights digital fashion’s role as a driver of cross-disciplinary development and the export potential of Russian designers
