Assessment of The Embeddedness of City-Forming Enterprises in The Economy of Single-Industry Towns (Based on Data from Medium-Sized Single-Industry Towns in Russia)
No full textВ ходе исследования рассмотрено взаимодействие градообразующих предприятий с различными контрагентами как внутри города, так и за его пределами. Основное внимание уделено количеству каждого уровня, что позволяет оценить степень интеграции предприятия в местную экономику, его зависимости от неё и влиянию на неё. В случае кризисных ситуаций, связанных с проблемами на градообразующем предприятии (сокращение производства, закрытие), его партнёры, особенно те, кто тесно связан с ним экономически, могут столкнуться с серьёзными трудностями. Поэтому те предприятия, которые большую часть хозяйственных контактов имеют внутри города в случае коллапса отрасли нанесут значительный урон и всей экономике моногорода. Для данного исследования были собраны данные обо всех моногородах среднего размера России, построены сети хозяйственных связей, оценено распределение количества этих связей по уровням, выделены наиболее уязвимые моногорода, с точки зрения укоренённости градообразующего предприятия в местную экономику.The study examines the interaction of city-forming enterprises with various counterparties both within the city and beyond. The main attention is paid to the number of each level, which allows us to assess the degree of integration of the enterprise into the local economy, its dependence on it and its impact on it. In the event of crisis situations associated with problems at the city-forming enterprise (production reduction, closure), its partners, especially those who are closely connected with it economically, may face serious difficulties. Therefore, those enterprises that have most of their business contacts within the city in the event of a collapse of the industry will cause significant damage to the entire economy of the single-industry town. For this study, data were collected on all medium-sized single-industry towns in Russia, networks of business connections were built, the distribution of the number of these connections by levels was assessed, and the most vulnerable single-industry towns were identified in terms of the rootedness of the city-forming enterprise in the local economy

С 2019 года в России формируется и развивается сеть научно-образовательных центров мирового уровня (НОЦ), призванная объединить потенциалы образовательных и научных организаций, предприятий и компаний реального сектора экономики в проведении прикладных научных исследований и разработок. Цель данного исследования – провести анализ формирования сети НОЦ в Российской Федерации, а также финансового обеспечения участников НОЦ.Over the past decades, the development of the technology industry has played an increasingly important role in the overall competition between countries – the emphasis has shifted from the common macroeconomic good to the protection of national interests and, as a result, to the formation of technological sovereignty. Отмечаются базовые параметры, которые создают профессиональный дискурс будущего специалиста, приводятся примеры, иллюстрирующие положения исследования. Делается вывод о том, что иноязычный профессионально ориентированный дискурс – это сложное образование, состоящее из чисто лингвистического и экстралингвистического планов, что следует учитывать в процессе обучения студентов иностранному языку.The article is devoted to the description of the structure of the foreign language professionally oriented discourse of students-journalists and art historians. The basic parameters that create the professional discourse of a future specialist are noted, and examples illustrating the provisions of the study are given. It is concluded that foreign language professionally oriented discourse is a complex phenomenon consisting of purely linguistic and extralinguistic plans, which should be taken into account in the process of teaching students a foreign language

С развитием искусственного интеллекта и методов глубокого обучения нейросетевые модели, такие как трансформеры, существенно повысили качество машинного перевода, сделав его более точным и контекстуально адаптированным. В статье анализируются ключевые этапы эволюции машинного перевода — от статистических моделей до современных нейросетей, а также их влияние на профессиональную переводческую деятельность. Особое внимание уделяется сравнительному анализу переводов, выполненных с помощью систем машинного перевода и профессиональными переводчиками. Выявляются основные проблемы автоматического перевода, включая обработку многозначности, передачу стилистических особенностей и адаптацию культурных контекстов. Авторы статьи рассматривают возможности дальнейшего совершенствования нейросетевых технологий и перспективы их интеграции в профессиональную среду.This article explores the prospects of using neural network technologies in written translation. With advancements in artificial intelligence and deep learning methods, neural network models, such as transformers, have significantly improved the quality of machine translation, making it more accurate and contextually adaptive. The article examines key stages in the evolution of machine translation—from statistical models to modern neural networks—and their impact on professional translation practices. Particular attention is given to a comparative analysis of translations produced by machine translation systems and professional human translators. The study identifies major challenges of automatic translation, including ambiguity processing, stylistic nuance preservation, and cultural adaptation. The authors also discuss opportunities for further advancements in neural network technologies and their integration into professional translation environments
