The paper presents a model for calculating economically preferable educational trajectories for applicants, taking into account behavioral and economic factors. Используя количественные методы и эмпирические данные, авторы выявляют корреляции между изменениями ключевой ставки и колебаниями котировок на фондовом рынке. Также рассматриваются различные сценарии реакции инвесторов на изменения в монетарной политике, включая оценку рисков и перераспределение активов. Результаты исследования подчеркивают важность учета ключевой ставки как одного из основных факторов, влияющих на динамику фондового рынка, и могут быть полезны как для практиков в области финансов, так и для исследователей, изучающих взаимодействие монетарной политики и финансовых рынков.This article examines the effect of the key position of the central bank on the stock market instruments market. The relevance of the topic is due to the role of monetary policy in external financial stability and investment attractiveness. The analysis analyzes the mechanisms of changing the key rate on the yield of bonds, shares and other financial instruments. Using quantitative methods and empirical data, the authors identify the relationships between changes in the key rate and fluctuations in stock market quotes. Various mechanisms for slowing down changes in monetary policy, including risk assessment and asset redistribution, are also considered. The results of the study take into account key rates as one of the main factors influencing the dynamics of the stock market, and can be useful for both practitioners in finance and for observers studying the interaction of monetary policy and financial markets
