Особое внимание в этом контексте уделяется влиянию государственно-частного партнерства (ГЧП) на степень адаптивности и развития региональных экономических систем. Рассматриваются ключевые факторы, влияющие на социально-экономическое развитие регионов, такие как инфраструктура, инновации и участие частного сектора. Определяется роль государственно-частного партнерства и основные принципы, с учетом которых должна выстраиваться концепция управления региональной экономической системой на основе применения ГЧП. Отмечено, что повышению адаптивности региональных экономических систем способствует возможность реализовывать ГЧП в рамках различных моделей и правовых форм. Статья подчеркивает важность сотрудничества между органами государственной власти и частным сектором для повышения уровня конкурентоспособности регионов, стимулирования их развития и улучшения качества жизни населения.The article considers the importance of adaptive properties of regional economic systems in the context of risks and uncertainty. Particular attention in this context is paid to the influence of public-private partnerships (PPP) on the degree of adaptability and development of regional economic systems. The key factors influencing the socio-economic development of regions, such as infrastructure, innovation and private sector participation, are considered. The role of public-private partnerships and the main principles, taking into account which the concept of managing a regional economic system based on the use of PPPs should be developed, are determined. It is noted that the ability to implement PPPs within the framework of various models and legal forms contributes to increasing the adaptability of regional economic systems. The article emphasizes the importance of cooperation between government bodies and the private sector to increase the competitiveness of regions, stimulate their development and improve the quality of life of the population

Income inequality has always been a controversial issue, as it has been the cause of many social, economic and political problems. In OECD countries, progressive taxes play a significant role in reducing income inequality due to a modern tax policy infrastructure. However, in developing countries including Iraq, due to weak administrative systems and the shadow economy, the tax system cannot play this role and is one of the reasons why the problem of income inequality remains unsolved

В результате исследования приводится формат использования моделей корпоративного управления компанией «Атомстройкомплекс». Данные рекомендации могут помочь собственникам, управленческому составу строительных компаний в принятии решений.The construction business has its own unique characteristics, the industry needs competent management that considers the specifics. The main management tool is the choice of a corporate governance model. The article provides a comparative analysis of the main models of corporate governance: Anglo-American, Japanese, German (German) and family. As an example, a large regional developer and his experience of switching to a different corporate governance model are considered. As a result of the research, the format of using corporate governance models by «Atomstroykomplex» is given. These recommendations can help owners and management staff of construction companies in making decisions
