Analisis Komponen Manajemen Pengetahuan Yang Memengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan Pada Siloam Hospitals Manado
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh Pengetahuan Individu, Prosedur Kerja dan Teknologi, secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Siloam Hospitals Manado. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dan menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang memakai Regresi Linear Berganda sebagai alat analisis. Kuesioner disebar ke 61 karyawan di Siloam Hospitals Manado. Hasil statistik mengimplikasikan bahwa Prosedur Kerja dan Teknologi memiiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Siloam Hospitals Manado dan Pengetahuan Individu Tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, Pengetahuan Individu, Prosedur Kerja dan Teknologi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kata Kunci: pengetahuan individu, prosedur kerja, teknologi, kinerja karyawa

Skipjack fish is an important commercial fish. Although it is not currently threatened, the purse seine nets and other unsustainable methods used to catch skipjack fish. Skipjack fish have a streamlined body that mostly without scales. Their lower side and belly are silver with 4 to 6 dark bands. Skipjack fish is found worldwide in tropical and subtropical waters and is a highly migratory schooling species. Analisis Pengaruh Struktur Kepemilikan Saham Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan
The research objective is to examine the impact of the stock ownership structure to company value, which is divided in to 4 (four) classification that will be tested as follows : (1) stock ownership < 25%, (2) stock ownership between 25% - 50%, (3) stock ownership between 51% - 75%, and (4) stock ownership >75%. From this four classification that will be tested, there are only 2 (two) classification that is fit with the test because those two classification have the uniformity that fulfilled the condition to be tested as follows, there are (1) stock ownership between 25% - 50% and (2) stock ownership between 51% - 75%. This research uses regression analysis methodology to find out the relationship between independent variable and dependent variable with 3 (three) control variable as follows : total assets, total debts and total capital. Result of the research : (1) Stock ownership between 25% - 50% have a significant effect to the company value if uses one of the control variable such as total asset or total debts or total capital. Faktor Perilaku Perpindahan Merek (Brand Switching) : Studi Pada Pegawai Pengguna Telepon Seluler Merek Samsung Di Kantor Bupati Minahasa Tondano
The purpose of this research is to search and find what factor that will be consumer consideration should it occur on doing brand switching and decided to use cellular phone Samsung. Population in this research are civil service and administrative staff which totaled 163 people at the Regional Regent Office Minahasa Tondano. The total sample 100 respondents. Data Processing using SPSS v22. Technique Analyze using Factor Analyze Technique. The Result point out that variable Satisfied Consumer, Variety Seeking, Product Quality and Price are factor to be reconsidered on brand switching from the other cellular phones to Cellular Phone Samsung. Harga jual yang tinggi di tingkat petani dapat diperoleh apabila petani menjual cabe rawit dengan hanya melibatkan sedikit lembaga pemasaran atau memperpendek rantai pemasaran. Rantai pemasaran yang pendek juga menguntungkan lembaga pemasaran dan konsumen. For an organization, performance employees is very important, because performance can shows how employees do all anything associated with his work in the organizations performance an organization very determined by conditions and behavior employees owned of these organisations.Phenomena what often happens is performance that has been so good can destroy, both directly and indirectly by various behavior employees.One form of behavior the employee is the wish of move ( turnover intention ) resulting in the decision to left his job.
