The results of research are as follows: (1) learning orientation has significant and positive influence on competitive advantage of state university. This influence shows that the higher learning orientation applied by the management of state university, the higher competitive advantage is. It means that learning orientation is a strong determinant factor of competitive advantage for state university; (2) market orientation has significant and positive influence on competitive advantage. Pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Serta Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
The objective of this research is to discover the influence of compensation, motivation, work environment, and work stress on employee performance. Research instrument is questionnaire in the form of structured questionnaire. Closed questionnaire is used as it is question models with answer choices provided so that respondents only choose from alternative answers according to their opinion or choice. Those closed questions explain respond from respondents on variables of compensation, motivation, work environment, work stress, and employee performance. Analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. Profil Dan Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Konsumen Mobil Toyota Yaris Di Manado
oai:ojs.ejournal.unsrat.ac.id:article/2000The aims of this research is to study consumer characteristics and the influence of promotion, price, product and place on consumer purchase decision of Toyota Yaris car at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado. The data is primary data collected from questionnaire of which distributed to 100 buyers as well as owners of Toyota Yaris car at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado. Data analysis result is obtained using cluster analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of cluster analysis shows that there are three clusters: cluster 1 with lower middle-income buyers, cluster 2 with upper middle-income buyers, and cluster 3 with upper income buyers. The results of multiple linear regression analysis are: partial result on consumer decision with the correlation coefficient of promotion (X1) is 80.3%, price (X2) is 51.4%, product (X3) is 82.4%, and place (X4) is 62.4% which means these four variables have strong relationship on consumer decision, and simultaneously test result shows that promotion, price, product, and place contribute 74.5% with Fcount 69.373 and under 0.05 level of significanc

Employees of the companies being sued are professionals in all job duties that all work is completed in accordance with the standard specified. To that end, the compensation policy are expected to affect employees ' work performance. The purpose of this research is untukmengetahui the influence of financial compensation, financial and non financial compensation organizational commitment to employee achievements of PT. Arcende. The population in this study are all employees in the company of PT. Arcende. The sampling technique used was the Census sampling technique, i.e. the entire population being included as sample or respondents. In this study population the target population is referred to as many as 47 people. The number of samples in this research as much as 47 respondents used analysis method is a method of multiple regression analysis. Research results by using multiple regression analysis showed that partially and simultaneous turns out membuktika research results that financial compensation, compensation of non-financial, and organizational commitment affect the accomplishment of work of employees of PT. Arcende. Multiple regression testing results showed that all the variables are independent (financial compensation, non financial compensation and organizational commitment) positive effect on employee accomplishments PT. Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Moderating Antara Stres Dan Keterlibatan Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh signifikan dari stres, keterlibatan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja, mengetahui pengaruh signifikan stres terhadap prestasi kerja jika dimoderasi oleh kepuasan kerja dan mengetahui pengaruh signifikan keterlibatan kerja jika di moderasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres berhubungan secara signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pada arah berlawanan sementara variabel keterlibatan kerja memberikan pengaruh positive terhadap prestasi kerja. Dari hasil analisa juga ditemukan bahwa kepuasan kerja memoderasi hubungan antara stres dan prestasi kerja pada arah positif dan antara keterlibatan kerja dan prestasi kerja pengaruh kepuasan kerja akan melemahkan hubungan keterlibatan kerja dan prestasi kerja. Berdasarkan pada model regresi menunjukkan adjusted R square adalah 0.448. Sehingga dapat di interpretasikan bahwa stres (X1), keterlibatan kerja (X2), kepuasan kerja (X3), interaksi antara stres dan kepuasan kerja (M1) dan interaksi antara keterlibatan kerja dan kepuasan kerja (M2) mempengaruhi prestasi kerja karyawan sebesar 44.8% sementara sisanya 55.2% dari prestasi kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diamati dalam penelitian in

ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS IKLAN TELEVISI PRODUK AQUA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE EPIC MODEL DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PRODUK AQUA DI KOTA MANADO
Advertising is a means to promote goods or services who want to offer, especially to the community. For most companies, advertising is becoming an attractive option, as well as a source of information, the ad also viewed as entertainment media and effective marketing communications media to reach target market especially if aired on television. One of the companies that make brand building through advertising is PT. Aqua Golden Mississippi. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of television advertising a product model using the method of Aqua EPIC and its effects on Product purchasing decisions and simultaneous partial Aqua. Methods of analysis used in this study is a method of EPIC model and multiple regression analysis. Results of the analysis using the method of the EPIC model in mind that television advertising has been effective in Aqua product introduce product Aqua to the consumer. And in the Multiple Linear regression Method becomes Y =-2,344 0, 167X1 0, 065X2 0, 084X3 0, 087X4.. the four variables that are used give the same effect that a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The numbers R Square is called the coefficient of determination, the result was 70,2% consumer purchase decisions are influenced by variables emphaty, persuasion, impact, and communicatio whereas 29,8% explained by other variables outside of the variables used in the study.
