The results of the study: show that there are differences in financial performance based on the behavior of dividend payments with a stable and unstable category in the Food and Beverage Company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Hypothesis testing in this study 0.01 <0.05 or Sig (2-Tailed) means that there is a difference in the company's financial performance with stable and unstable dividend behavior. So in general there are differences in financial performance aspects of Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return on Equity (ROE), Return On Investment (ROI), Current Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) dividend payment categories stable and unstable at food and beverage companies that went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Financial Performance, Dividend Payment Behavio

The results of the study at α = 0.05 in general in the consumer goods industry sector companies showed that out of the 5 hypotheses proposed there were no significant hypotheses affected by the implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). Whereas if viewed from the results of the analysis based on each sub-sector, the food and beverage sub-sector is the sub-sector most affected by the implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), where there are three significant indicators namely DAR = 0.001, DER = 0.010 and AT0 = 0.036, while in other sub-sectors there is no significant hypothesis. The results showed that the financial performance of the four pemekaran districts in North Sulawesi Province, the financial district of Southeast Minahasa Regency was ranked first with 61.30% achievement, Siau Biaro Tagulandang was ranked second 60.71%, Bolaang Mongondow Selatan District at third place 60.47 % and Bolaang Mongondow Timur Regency in fourth place 56.81%.
