    The purpose of this research is to analyze the organizational performance using Balanced Scorecard approach. Research was conducted in PDAM Bolaang Mongondow.  This research is a descriptive study and used quantitative method. The sample was 100 customers for customer perspective and 60 employees for internal process perspective and learning and growing perspective. This research also uses financial report data to analyze the financial perspective. Analysis result indicates that, from customer perspective the result is not good. For internal process perspective, the result is categorized as averagely good.     The result of this researchs show that work-life balance, workload and leadership style simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, this is prove by the F test which shows a significance value 0,006 smaller than 0,05. The result of t test show : 1) work-life balance has a signifianct effect on employee performance with a significance value 0,029 smaller than 0,05. 2) workload has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value 0,044 smaller than 0,05. 3) leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance with a significance value 0,161 bigger than 0,05.     Impulsive buying is a spontaneous and unplanned, emotionally stimulated buying behavior, where the buying decision made immediately without thinking wisely, having any consideration and ignoring overall information and alternatives. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of situational factors and store atmosphere on impulsive buying of housewives in Hypermart Manado Town Square through hedonic shopping motivation as intervening variable. The research showed that situational factor does not have significant effect on hedonic shopping motivation. Store atmosphere have a positive and significant effect on hedonic shopping motivation. Situational factor have positive and significant effect on impulsive buying.     The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of creative marketing, airport development and service to increase the number of passengers. Methods of research using associative research methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The study population was 60, the sampling technique used purposive sampling where the sample number of 52 respondents were calculated using the slovin formula.     The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the influence of social media e-service quality and price on purchase decisions, mediated by lifestyle on consumer of music streaming application Spotify in Manado. Result of the research shows that social media have a significant effect on lifestyle. E-service quality has a significant effect on lifestyle. Prices also have a significant effect on lifestyle. Meanwhile, social media has no significant effect on purchasing decisions.     Pengaruh Brand Communication, Brand Evidence, Dan Gamification Terhadap Loyalitas Merek Dengan Kepuasan Konsumen Sebagai Intervening

    The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of brand communication, brand evidence, and gamification on consumer satisfaction and brand loyalty, then test the role of customer satisfaction as a mediator in the relationship between brand communication, brand evidence and gamification on brand loyalty in Starbucks Manado Town Square. The amounts of sample are 100 respondents by using purposive sampling method where the respondent are required to have or currently using Starbucks app. The research showed that brand evidence and gamification directly have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. Then brand communication and brand evidence have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. While brand communication does not have positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, as well as gamification does not have positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has no significant effect as an intervening or mediating on brand loyalty nor does it have a positive and significant effect directly on brand loyalty.Keywords: Brand Communication, Brand Evidence, Gamification, Consumer Satisfaction, Brand Loyalt

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of locus of control, communication, organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable on KPP Pratama Manado employees.
