Pengaruh CAR, NPL, LDR, NIM Dan BOPO Terhadap ROA Pada Industri Perbankan Yang Masuk Dalam LQ-45 Periode Agustus 2015 – Januari 2018
Full text linkThe type of this research is associative which aims to know the influence of CAR, NPL, LDR, NIM and BOPO to ROA in banking industry which entered in LQ-45 period August 2015 - January 2018. The selected research object is banking industry included in LQ-45 August period 2015 - January 2018. Population amounted to 6 banks entered in LQ-45 during the period August 2015 - January 2018. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear analysis with the help of software program SPSS version 21. for Windows. The result showed that partially CAR and NIM have positive but not significant effect to ROA and NPL, LDR and BOPO have negative and not significant effect to ROA. From result of regression analysis also known that together independent variable that is CAR, NPL, LDR, NIM and BOPO have significant effect to dependent variable, that is ROA.Keywords: CAR, NPL, LDR, NIM , BOPO, RO

Full text linkResearch purposes is to know the influence of the competency, job stress and workload to the employee performance. Sampling using sampling saturated all the counselors on ‘Program Keluarga Harapan†in Manado City that is amounted to 46 respondents. A technique that is used to test hypotheses is multiple linear regression analysis techniques (F-test for show simultant and t-test for show partial) The results of the study : F-test showed Competency, job stress and workload simultaneously influence significantly to the employee performance. t-test showed, 1) variable competency influence significantly to the employee performance, 2) variable job stress have negative significant on the performance employees, 3) variable workload influence significantly to the employee performance.Keywords: competency, job stress, workload, performanc

Full text linkThe purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Price Earning Ratio, Profit per Share, Return on Assets & Return on Equity to banking in Indonesia Stock Exchange in year 2012-2016. The sample used is 27 banking companies that passed the purposive sampling test. The correlation coefficient (R) shows the variables having a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination shows that Stock Price is affected by Income per Share and Return on Equity. Simultaneously, the variable Price Earning Ratio, Earnings per Share, Return on Assets & Return on Equity affect the price of banking shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
