Full text linkIndividual readiness to changes to overcome resistance plays an important role in the implementation of a change. The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness of individual changes, differences in readiness changes based on the profile of respondents, and examine the effect of predictors of readiness of individual changes in the state treasury and budget system. Compare means test research results show that The results of different test shows that there is no difference in readiness for changes in gender, age, work period and level of education. Full text linkThe test results in this study indicate that perceived quality does not significantly affect Customer Satisfaction in Toyota car buyers in Manado City. Thus the hypothesis which states that there is a significant effect of perceived quality on customer satisfaction is rejected. Quality perception has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty variables in Toyota car buyers in Manado City. Thus the hypothesis which states the perceived quality is assumed to have a significant positive influence on customer loyalty is accepted. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty to Toyota car buyers in Manado City. Full text linkThe purpose of this research is to determine what factors affect the decision of Bank Indonesia to choose the entrepreneur who is worthy to join the Superior Entrepreneurs of Indonesia Central Bank (WUBI). The type of this research is associative research by using factor analysis as data analysis technique. Based on result of this research, it indicates that there are 3 factors determine Bank Indonesia in choosing the entrepreneurs for WUBI.
