    This research is aimed to analyze the influence of Advertising, Personal selling, Sales Promotion, Publicity and Word-of-mouth on Purchase Decision of Precious Metals at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) South Manado Branch. This is an associative type of research using a judgment sampling approach and the multiple linear regressions as the tools of analysis. 100 respondents were used as samples, with the hypothesis testing of F and t-tests, where data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0. The findings show that Advertising and Personal Selling do not have significant effect on Purchase Decision, while Sales Promotion, Publicity, and Word-of-mouth have significant influence on Purchase Decision.     The purpose of this researh is to find the relationship between Career's Path, Employee's Motivation, Team Building and Leadership towards Employee's Performance in PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Suluttenggo. Sample choosen for this research is 65 employees in Kantor Wilayah Suluttenggo. Sample was  generated using stratified random sampling because thepopulation consists of several job's position, grade and education background. Collected data result then processed with multiple regression analysis method using SPSS. The result ofthis study shows that Employee's Motivation and Team Building have a positif significant influence toward Employee's Performance. The multiple regression analysis generate theequation as such : Y=2,636 – 0,058 X1 + 0,667 X2 + 0,278 X3 – 0,135 X. Independent variable has a contribution of 59% towards Employee Performance variable, whereas 41% is influenced by variables other than those that being studied.Keywords : Career Path, Motivation, Team Building, Leadership, Performance

    The purpose of establishing a corporation is to prosper the owner or the shareholders of the company. That purpose can be achieved by increasing the value of the company. Company value is very essential, since company with high value means the prosperity of the shareholders are also increased. The aim of this research is to examine the growth of Sales Growth, Company Size, ROA, and Capital Structure to the Company Value on companies listed in LQ 45 Index. The data period of this research is from 2009 to 2013. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling and 20 companies were used as the sample for this research. Data was analyzed using the multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the data analysis, it is found that Sales Growth has a positive insignificant effect on Company Value, Company Size affects negatively on Company Value, while ROA and Capital Structure have significant positive effects on Company Value.     This research aims to analyze the effects of macroeconomics fundamental factors (Inflation, Interest Rate, Currency Rate, GDP) to the financial firm performance (Cash Ratio, Return on Equity, Debt to Equity) and firm value (Tobin’s Q value). Path analysis is applied to this research. The findings of this research is all of the variables represented macroeconomics fundamental factors ; Inflation (X1), Interest Rate (X2), Currency Rate (X3), GDP (X4) does not have significant effect to the firm performance and form value.     The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Leadership Behavior, Fairness of Compensation, and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment of the employees in Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Manado. The findings show that Leadership Behavior, Fairness of Compensation, and Job Satisfaction have positive significant effects on organizational commitment of the employees in Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Office (KPP) Pratama Manado. While job satisfaction is the variable with the highest contribution on organizational commitment. Therefore job satisfaction is the most dominant variable on organizational commitment.     the purpose of this study, to investigate and analyze the positive influence and significance of product quality and service quality to customer satisfaction and loyalty Taplus in PT Bank BNI (Persero) Tbk Manado Branch Office. This research is associative and the selected object is PT BNI (Persero) Tbk Manado Branch Office. Technical analysis of the data used is the assumption Assumption Classic with multicolinearity Test, and Test Normality Heterokesdatisitas with the help of software program SPSS version 22.0 for Windows. The results showed: there is a significant positive effect on the quality of products to customer satisfaction Taplus BNI KCU Manado but there is no significant positive effect on the quality of service to customer satisfaction Taplus BNI KCU Manado. Furthermore, customer satisfaction is significant and gives positive effect on customer loyalty Taplus BNI KCU Manado.     The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty in the Customer Taplus Bank BNI Manado. Population in this study is the customer Taplus totaling 1157 people . The number of samples 270 people with accidental sampling technique . Method of data collection is done by using a questionnaire survey , and data analysis using path analysis . The results showed that the variable quality of service significantly influence customer satisfaction partially variable . Brand image variables not significant effect on customer satisfaction partially variable while customer satisfaction variables significantly influence the loyalty variable customer.Keywords : Service Quality, Brand Image, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalt
