    The results of the study with one way ANOVA analysis showed: there is no significant difference between the financial performance of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. PT. BRI(Persero) Tbk. PT. Bank Central Asia (Persero) Tbk. and PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk. (Hypothesis 1). Similarly, analysis of different test independent samples between each Bank found that there were no significant differences between the financial performance: PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. and PT.     The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of Relationship Marketing and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) North Manado Branch. Research findings show that Relationship Marketing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while service quality has insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Relationship marketing has a significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality also has a significant effect on customer loyalty, while customer satisfaction has insignificant effect on customer loyalty. Based on the findings it is suggested the Relationship Marketing to have significant effect on both customer satisfaction and loyalty in Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA). This means that the management of Pegadaian should pay more attention on this matter. In this case in order to create more loyal customers the solution is to emphasize on Relationship Marketing.     The purpose of this research is to identify the Democratic Leadership Style, Individual Characteristics, Remuneration, and its effects on the Job Performance of the Police Force. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The population of this research is the Police Officers in Kepolisian Resort Kota Manado as many as 537 people. Sample size determined was 310 officers according to the Isaac-Michael table on the significance level of 5%, however maybe analyzed further as many as 219 officers. The research method used was the multiple linear regression analysis. The tool was used to find out the influence of independent variables to dependent variables. The research findings show that Democratic Leadership Style and Remuneration have significant effect on the performance of the Police Officers, while Individual Characteristics does not have any significant effect on the performance of the Police Officers.     The research was conducted with the objective of verifying the influence of Work Family Conflict consists of work to family conflict and family to work conflict and with job stress to analyze performance of dual role women in the foundation Compassion East Indonesia. The population in this study was all married  women who work in the organization of Compassion Indonesia until December 2014, the number of employees 68 with a sample of 30 people. Data analysis using path analysis. The results of the t test for Work-Family Conflict (X1) on the performance of Women Serving Dual (Y) shows the value of 0491 means that sig sig value is greater than the probability value of 0.05 (0.491> 0.05), the conclusion that can be drawn is H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. The results of the t test for family-work conflict showed sig 0.003 and t indicates the value of 3.112, meaning that the value of sig is smaller than theprobability value of 0.05 (0.003 <0.05), the conclusion that can be drawn is H2 H2 is rejected and accepted. The results of the t test for job stress (X3) on the performance (Y) showed sig 0.000 and t indicates the value of 6.192, meaning that the value of sig is smaller than the probability value of 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), the conclusion that can be drawn is H3, H3 is rejected and accepted.Keywords: Work Family Conflict, Job Stress and Performance Female Employee

    This research aims to analyze the Change Management process and identify health or cholesterol level through Corporate Cholesterol Test.  From 9 department existed in Sutanraja Resort and Convention Center which already reviewed the health or cholesterol level through Corporate Cholesterol Test, it is known that there are 1 department that already have an indication of emerging diseases, that is Food and Beverage department, while the other 8 department can be said is still in healthy enough condition, with the details are: Sales and Marketing department is at a healthy condition; Accounting department, Human Resource department, Information Technology department, and Entertainment department are at a healthy enough condition; Front Office department, House Keeping department, and Engineering department are a healthy enough condition but began to lead to the emergence of the disease indications.     This study aimed to examine the risk of Company Shares LQ 45 and Non LQ 45 listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2013.. The analysis was conducted on 39 companies LQ 45 and 39 Company Non LQ 45 listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange using the data period from February to July 2013, and Agustus  2013-January 2014. This study uses a variable risk (variance) as the dependent variable. Mechanical analysis using ANOVA (Analysis of Variance). The results show that there is no  significant difference between Risk Stocks LQ 45 and Non LQ 45. This is attested by the significance value of 0.233 is greater than 0.05. And for the results obtained both by Sub Sector gained 3 Sub Sector Companies that have significant differences between Risk Stocks LQ 45 and Non LQ 45. This is attested by the significance value less than 0.05. Such third sub-sector, namely Sub Sector Food and Beverage with sig 0,001. Sub Sector Toll road, Airports, Harbor and Allied with sig 0,004. Social media has started to be used as a growing medium for the promotion of business activities because it has an attractive appearance. This study is conducted to see whether there are differences in effectiveness of sales before and after the usage of Talk Fusion online marketing videos in Manado. The analysis method in this study is comparative research by using paired samples t-test. This study uses 30 respondents who are obtained by using snowball and purposive sampling. The result of this study shows that there are significant differences in the effectiveness of sales before and after the usage of Talk Fusion online marketing videos in Manado.
