Analisis Prospek Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Bitung
KEK Bitung will provide many benefits for both economic developments for the North Sulawesi province, Eastern Indonesia, the Republic of Indonesia and even the World(especially Asia Pacific). KEK Bitung proposed by commodity based on the superiority of North Sulawesi Province, which is Coconut / derivative products, fishery / derivatives productand added with products that have great potential in the future, i.e. logistics. The results showed that for the financial feasibility analysis then found Bitung KEK in a financially suitable to do. For the public perception is essentially KEK Bitung considered to provide benefits or positive impacts to the surrounding community. The common factors are 1). social aspects of society, 2) Business opportunities, 3). Entrepreneurship, 4). The price of land 5). PAD (revenue) and Agricultural product prices, 6) the ability to socialize and fishery product prices 7). Bitung City landmarks. For the perception of potential investors or tenants all states interested in joining the KEK Bitung. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of leadership style, job conflict and job stress to staff performance with organisation commitment as a intervening variable in North Sulawesi KPU. Sample of this research is 134 people. The data collection in this research is questionaire. The method of analysing data in this research in path analysis with SPSS program. The result of this research found that (1) NPL and firm size has not effect on effiency, CAR has a negative effect on efficiency. Risk has a positive effect on efficniency. pengukuran Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Menggunakan Human Resource Scorecard (Studi Pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang Manado)
The purpose of this research is to identify the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) which represents human resource performance in KPKNL Manado. This research also ained to obtain the performance measurement result in KPKNL Manado using Human Resources Scorecard and to identify which of the KPIs have met given targetand which ones have failed. The research results showed that there are 17 KPIs that represents human resource performance in KPKNL Manado. Overally human resource performance in KPKNL Manado has successfully met given target as shown in all Human Resource Scorecard perspectitve. The result also indicated that there are 2 KPIs thet failed to meet target and the rest has succeed. Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Budaya Organisasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan PT. Telkom Witel Papua Barat)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji, menganalisis, dan membuktikan pengaruh signifikan motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Telkom Witel Papua Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non eksperimental dan menggunakan metode survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional (data diambil dalam waktu yang serentak atau dalam waktu bersamaan). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan Kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel Motivasi kerja adalah variabel yang paling berpengaruh dalam menjelaskan variabel Kinerja Karyawan, dibandingkan dengan variabel-variabel yang lainnya. Elemen-elemen dari variabel Motivasi kerja yang berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan antara lain meliputi: semangat kerja, tingkat kehadiran, tingkat disiplin dan tingkat menyelesaikan pekerjaan sesuai target waktu yang telah ditentukan. The findings this article is marketing strategy especially marketing of the savings that implemented by PT. Bank Mandiri including a several strategy which is take a ball strategy,develop a networking, excellent service and satisfy facility that increasing the customer trusting and satisfaction so that customers did not run from the bank. The result of SWOTanalysis found PT Bank Mandiri have a courages to compete in competitive market. SO (strenght opportunities) including market share, strenghten the cooperation with cooperative , increaseing the relation between muslim scholar, government and entrepreneur. WO (weakness opportunity) is do the take a ball strategy, increasing a loyal customer, and increasing a product quality. ST (streght treaths) take a cooperation with another banks to set a marketing target and increasing a service quality. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) dapat meningkatkan jumlah nasabah dengan melaksanakan strategi alternatif berdasarkan prioritas yang dihasilkan dari analisis SWOT sebagai berikut: Strategi Strength Opportunities (SO) 1. Melakukan ekspansi pasar. 2. Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan terhadap nasabah dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi. 3. Mencari nasabah baru. 4. Meningkatkan kapasitas perusahaan dengan memanfaatkan kemampuan kerja sama tim saluran distribusi, aliansi dan pengalaman perusahaan untuk meraih pasar potensial. Strategi Weakness-Opportunities (WO) 1. Melakukan pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap karyawan. 2. Memperbaiki sistem manajemen dan tata kelola perusahaan. 3. Menetapkan tarif yang kompetitif. Strategi Strength-Threats (ST) 1. Menciptakan dan menjaga baik hubungan dengan pelanggan yang sudah ada. 2. Menetapkan dan mempertahankan harga premi yang bersaing. 3.
