Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja
The results of this research showed that in partial Transformational Leadership Style Principal (X1) is not significant effect on job satisfaction variable (Y). Variable Organizational Citizenship Behavior (X2) is not significant effect on job satisfaction variable (Y). Organizational Commitment variable (X3) is significant positive effect on job satisfaction variable (Y). From the results of the regression analysis as described above showed that two variables (Principal Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Citizenship Behavior) has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh Stress Kerja dan Iklim Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Turn Over Intention pada pegawai negeri sipil di Kantor Badan Keuangan dan asset Daerah Kabupaten Sorong. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 32 orang dengan teknik sampling menggunakan sampling jenuh. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa jalur, dengan pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Stress Kerja memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Iklim Organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turn Over Intention, Iklim organisasi tidak signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap Turn Over Intention, dan Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. The ability of a leader in mobilizing and empowering employees will effect employee performance. Certainly in the organization many factors that influence so that the goal can be achieved. The purpose of this study was to see wether there is an influence of competency and compensation on job satisfaction and employee performance at Department of Marine and Fisheries of Sangihe Islands Regency.Data Analysis method using path analysis with SPSS 22.0. The result showed that competency not significant effect on job satisfaction but significantly effect on employee performance. The result also showed that compensation significantly effect on job satisfaction but,not significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction significantly effect on employee performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh Kualitas Layanan dan Nilai Pelanggan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Perilaku Pascapembelian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang menjadi pelanggan pada Hypermart di kota Manado. Teknik sampling yang dilakukan adalah insidental sampling dan jumlah resonden yang dianalisis berjumlah 278 sample dengan Path analysis. Kriteria yang dipilih oleh peneliti adalah Mahasiswa/i Universitas Sam Ratulangi, PNS kota Bitung, dan Pegawai di RSUD Bitung yang pernah berbelanja di Hypermart Manado. Kualitas Layanan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Nilai Pelanggan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Kualitas Layanan memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Perilaku Pascapembelian. Nilai Pelanggan memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Perilaku Pascapembelian. The purpose of this research is to understand the changes that occurred on intrinsic value and market value after the emergence of market crash, also to analyze both impact and its form that exist between market crash and both valuation methods. The results showed that the Justice Organization (X1) has significant influence on organizational commitment (Y1).
