    Analisis Reaksi Pasar Terhadap Pengumuman Dividen Perusahaan LQ45

    The purpose of this research is to test whether there is a difference in abnormal return and trading volume activity responded to dividend announcement made by companies in Index LQ45. This research conducted using event study method and uses paired sample t-test as the statistic tool. Cum-date dividend was choosed as the event day and thus make 11 days of window period consist of 5 days before cum-date, cum-date, and 5 days after cum-date. The sample consist of 34 companies which in the list of index LQ45 for the year of 2015. The findings in this research show that there is no significant difference between abnormal before the announcement and after the annoucement and there is no significant difference between trading volume activity before the announcement and after the annoucement. The result of this research indicate that motivation and discipline had no significant effect on competence, but education and training has significant effect on competence.     Job dissatisfaction often culminates in a desire to get out of the business/intention to quit. Some ofthe effects of high level intention to quit (are) i.e. the productivity of employee is declining, thecompany's business activity is disrupted, moral issues arising out of the work of other employees, the cost of recruiting, interviewing, and the high level selection, the administration cost checking of processing new employees the allowance and the cost of lost opportunities because of new employees had to learn new skills. Based on the results of the research found that Job Insecurity influence significantly intention to quit on employees at PT. PLN Manado area. The commitment of the employees did not influence significantly on intention to quit on employees outsourcing at PT. Asia PLN Manado area.     This study aims to test whether there is an influence positioning strategy variable consisting of product quality, product usage, and product prices on consumer purchasing decisions. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the positioning strategy has significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions herbal health products Nutrend (studies on herbal consumers PT. Nutrend International in Manado City). Quality Products (Product Quality) has a positive effect. Positive effect on product usage. Positive effect on product prices. House penelitian ini ingin menemukan model kepemimpinan seperti apa yang diterapkan pada sekretariat DPRD Kota Sorong. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Pemimpin tidak dapat beridir sendiri tanpa bawahan yang professional. Begitu juga sebaliknya, pemimpin diperlukan dalam pelaksanaan organisasi.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan mahasiswa Non-Pendas UPBJJ UT-Manado di Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe. Populasi adalah mahasiswa Non-Pendas UPBJJ UT-Manado di Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe masa 2015.1 dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Sampling Purposive. Data diperoleh dengan cara menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisa jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan (X1) memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan mahasiswa Non-Pendas (X2). Variabel kualitas layanan (X1) memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel loyalitas mahasiswa Non-Pendas (Y). Variabel kepuasan mahasiswa (X2) memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel loyalitas mahasiswa Non-Pendas (Y). Dan variabel kualitas layanan (X1) memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel loyalitas mahasiswa (Y) melalui variabel kepuasan mahasiswa Non-Pendas (X2).
