Analisis Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Kinerja Pegawai
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Variabel Konpensasi (X1) dan Variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X2 ) berkontribusi secara simultan signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Kerja (Y1). variabel Konpensasi (X1) dan Variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X2 ) berkontribusi secara simultan signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Kerja (Y1). (2) Variabel Konpensasi (X1) memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Kerja (Y1). (3) variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Kerja (Y1). (4) variabel Kepuasan kerja (Y1) memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Pegawai. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Lingkungan kerja, Kepuasan, Kinerj

Based on the result of the F-test, with F count is 47,679 with the significance 0,000. df1 = 4 dan df2 = 75. Is known df1=4 and df2=75 so that the value of F table is 5,68. Because of the value of the significancy is smaler than 0.05 and F count more greather than F table (45,238>5,68), it can be concluded that variable style of leadership, job satisfaction,organization commitment and competition simoustenously has influence and can be use to prediction the performance of civil servant in Maybrat Regency. Leadership style, job satisfaction, organization commitment and competition along the performance of the staff is reliable. It can be seen on positive alpha coeficient with value greater than 0,6. Therefore,the research instrument can be use to examine the similar data in the similar condition, with the probability of the research result that can be trusted. Analisis Pengaruh Return On Assets (ROA), Economic Value Added (EVA), dan Market Value Added (MVA) Terhadap Return Saham
The financial sector plays a very significant role to drive economic growth of a country. The company's performance can be seen from the financial statements that will be issued by the company periodically. The population in this study are financial services companies listed in IDX on 2010 to 2014. This study used multiple linear regression for analyze the data. The results of this study indicate that ROA, EVA and MVA simultaneously has significantly effect on Stock Return. Partially ROA has no effect on stock returns with a significant level of 0.188. Effectiveness Ratio PAD showed effective criteria to the regional finance performance because it can be seen that in the six years of research, namely in the first 5 years from 2009 to 2013 in the category Effectively that means the government of North Sulawesi province is able to realize the planned PAD compared with targets set by the real potential of the region, Further decentralization indicates that the Government of North Sulawesi province is still not fully meet the total revenue with this own-source revenue. Suitability ratio indicates greater volumes of realization of operating expenditures rather than capital expenditure. Growth ratio shows the number of unstable from 2009 to 2014. The purpose of this research is to examine whether the current ratio, ROE, DER, PBV, Firm size, FCF, EVA and MVA has effect on return share in partially and simoustinously, analysistechnic used in this research is quantitative analysis, the method is regression. The population in this research is consumer good firm in IDX, and the sampling method is purposive sampling. The findings in this research is TATO, firm size and FCF has effect partially on return share while current ratio, ROE, DER, PBV, EVA and MVA has no effect on return share and simoustinously current ratio, ROE, DER, TATO, PBV, firm size, FCF, EVA, MVA has effect on return share.Keywords: Current ratio, ROE, DER, TATO, PBV, Firm Size, FCF, EVA, MVA, return share
Pengaruh Ratio-Ratio Keuangan CAR, LDR, NIM, BOPO, NPL Terhadap ROA
The (soundness) level of Bank Umum can be assessed by several indicators. One of the main indicators that become base of evaluation is the financial report that concerned. Based on thefinancial report, will be calculated numbers of financial ratios commonly used as a rating of Commercial Bank (Bank Umum). Financial report analysis can help the businesses agents, isit government and other financial report users to assess the financial condition of the Bank. The results showed that the has no effect on ROA. LDR influence significantly on ROA. NIMno effect on ROA. BOPO influence significantly on ROA. The influence of NPL to ROA insignificant. Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor SAR Sorong
Satisfaction and dissatisfaction that felt in performing the duties of employees is constantly always exist within an organization. This research aims to determine the effect of leadership,organization culture, motivation and job satisfaction to employee performance. Location on research conducted at the Office of the SAR Sorong with a sample of 78 employees. The dataanalysis in this research is done by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the leadership have a significant effect on employee performance for 0.000, organization culture significant effect on the performance of employees amounted to 0.012, motivationsignificant effect on the performance of employees by 0010, job satisfaction significant effect on the performance of employees amounted to 0.007, and leadership, organizational culture,motivation employment and job satisfaction have a significant effect jointly to employee performance for 0000.Keywords: leadership, organization culture, motivation employment, job satisfaction andemployee performanc

The result of this research shows that the buyer charactheristics and seller is effect on land price. From the supply side (seller) of the land and the demand side (buyer) of the land is create a behaviorin land market in autonomous region of North Sulawesi. The land price is significantly effect on land future price expactation. Topography of the land has effect on land price on both sides. Land distance or acces has effect on land price on both sides. Richness is the only one variable that effect on land price expactation on both sides. The crop has no significant effect on both sides. Education and earning has no effect significantly on land price expectation.Keywords: Land Market Behavior, Autonomous region, North Sulawes
