Analisis Komparasi Abnormal Return Dan Volume Perdagangan Saham Atas Pemberlakuan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 1 Tahun 2014
The results showed during the study period (January 6 until January 20,2014) found the average - average abnormal return, where more abnormal return is positive which means the market is assessing the implementation of Regulation No. 1 of 2014 is good news. Nonetheless, there are significant differences in the average - average abnormal return before and after the implementation of Regulation No. 1 of 2014 which showed that the ban on the export of raw minerals would have no impact on the change in investor preference towards investment decisions. Statistical test results mean difference - Average Trading Volume Activity in the study period showed that there were no significant differences in the average Trading Volume Activity before and after the enactment of Regulation No. 1 of 2014. This study aims to determine the ability of emotional intelligence in the moderating influence the role of conflict and role ambiguity on the women in dual role. Respondent of this study is 72. The data collection in this study using a questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed as many as 72 pieces or all women working in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Branch Manado, while questionnaires were returned 50 and 48 it can be processed. This study using purposive sampling method and hypotheses are tested using an moderated regression analysis (MRA) with SPSS. The results of this study shows the emotional intelligence is able to moderate the influence of role conflict and role in the performance of and the ambiguities of the women in dual role. Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Dipertimbangkan Konsumen Dalam Perpindahan Merek Mie Instan (Studi pada Mahasiswa di Kota Manado)
Perubahan gaya hidup konsumen yang menuntut semuanya lebih praktis menyebabkan makanan instan semakin diminati. Salah satunya adalah mie instan, produk makanan cepat saji yang semakin digemari masyarakat karena kemudahan dalam hal penyajiannya, harganya yang terjangkau, mudah didapatkan dan sifatnya yang tahan lamaTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dipertimbangkan konsumen dalam melakukan perpindahan merek mie instan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di kota Manado. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 300 responden dengan teknik insidental sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yakni Teknik Analisis Faktor. Hasil penelian menunjukan bahwa faktor-faktor yang dipertimbangkan konsumen dalam perpindahan merek mie instan yakni ketidakpuasan pelanggan, kualitas produk, promosi, variety seeking, harga yang lebih murah dan perubahan harga. Job dissatisfaction often culminates in a desire to get out of the business/intention to quit. Some of the effects of high level intention to quit (are) i.e. the productivity of employee is declining, the company's business activity is disrupted, moral issues arising out of the work of other employees, the cost of recruiting, interviewing, and the high level selection, the administration cost checking of processing new employees the allowance and the cost of lost opportunities because of new employees had to learn new skills. Based on the results of the research found that Job Insecurity influence significantly intention to quit on employees at PT. PLN Manado area. The commitment of the employees did not influence significantly on intention to quit on employees outsourcing at PT. To improve customer satisfaction, the company required the efforts of every management in all outlets PT Pegadaian (Persero) throughout Indonesia to improve service quality. The results showed that the indirect effect of service quality on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions influence positively and significantly. The direct effect of the location of the customer satisfaction is a positive, but not significant. Indirect effect on location about customer satisfaction through thepurchase decision is negative and insignificant. The direct effect on customer satisfaction rates are positive, but not significant. Indirect influence of price on customer satisfaction through positive and significant purchase decisions.
