    VALUASI EKONOMI DENGAN METODE TRAVEL COST DAN KEPUASAN PENGUNJUNG OBYEK WISATA GRAND ELTY KALIANDA RESORT KABUPATEN LAMPUNG SELATAN

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi frekuensi kunjungan wisatawan ke Grand Elty Kalianda Resort, nilai ekonomi Grand Elty Kalianda Resort, dan kepuasan pengunjung terkait atribut 4A atraksi, aktivitas, aksesibilitas, dan fasilitas. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara purposif dengan pertimbangan bahwa Grand Elty Kalianda Resort merupakan salah satu tempat wisata terbaik di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei yang melibatkan 76 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara langsung pada bulan November 2022 hingga Desember 2022. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, metode biaya perjalanan (TCM), analisis Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan (CSI), dan Analisis Importance Performance (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi jumlah kunjungan ke Grand Elty Kalianda Resort adalah pendapatan, biaya perjalanan, lama perjalanan, sarana dan prasarana, dan kepuasan pengunjung. Nilai ekonomi objek wisata Grand Elty Kalianda Resort sebesar Rp12.501.262,00 per tahun. Sedangkan tingkat kepuasan pengunjung terkait atribut 4A sebesar 91,60 persen menunjukkan pengunjung sangat puas. Pengukuran kepuasan pengunjung dengan metode IPA diperoleh hasil kepuasan pada atribut pantai, rekreasi dan fotografi. Kata kunci: Penilaian ekonomi, metode biaya perjalanan, kepuasan pengunjung

    POLA KONSUMSI, KEPUASAN DAN LOYALITAS KONSUMEN DALAM PEMBELIAN LUWAK WHITE KOFFIE DI WARUNG KOPI ANGKRINGAN KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG

    This study aimed to determine consumption patterns, satisfaction and consumer loyalty in purchasing Luwak White Koffie in Bandar Lampung. The location for this research was the angkringan coffee shop PKOR Way Halim, Teuku Umar Kedaton street and Taman Gajah Saburai. The total sample was 60 people selected by the probability sampling method which was carried by means of multistage random sampling. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis methods, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Customer Loyalty Index (CLI). The results showed that the consumption of Luwak White Koffie consumers in the last month was 6.23 sachets. The consumption frequency of Luwak White Koffie consumers in angkringan coffee shops is 2.37 times/month and at home 3.87 times/month. The flavors that consumers like the most were the original vanilla flavors. Most consumers of Luwak White Koffie consumed coffee at night. The purpose or reason for consumers consuming Luwak White Koffie was because of the taste. The reason consumers choose to buy or consume Luwak White Koffie at angkringan coffee shops was purely coincidental with the assumption that consumers accidentally visited an angkringan coffee shop and consumers drank Luwak White Koffie because consumers liked the taste of the coffee. The Luwak White Koffie's consumer satisfaction was in the very satisfied category with its CSI value of 81.46. The condition of Luwak White Koffie consumer loyalty was in the loyal category with its CLI value of 77.43.     This study aims to analyze the advantages of the shrimp freezing industry by including the cost of externalities and analyze the industrial externalities of the shrimp freezing industry to the community surround the Tanjung Bintang Sub District Industrial Estate. The analysis method used was quantitative profit and descriptive analysis including social, economic, and environmental aspects to analyze externalities on the society. Data collection was conducted from November to December 2023. The number of respondents were 45 communities around the shrimp freezing industry.  The results of this study show that profit exclude externalities cost is IDR145,267,211,244/year, meanwhile profit including externality costs is IDR145,013,188,244/year. The major positive externalities felt by the community around the industry are in the social and economic aspects, while the environmental aspects have less positive impact on the community. The major negative externalities affected the community are environmental aspects and social aspects, while the economic aspects have a small negative impact on the community, and the environmental aspects have a massive negative impact on the community. Key words: externalities, profit, shrimp freezing, socio-economi

    PREFERENSI DAN KONSUMSI RUMAH TANGGA TERHADAP BERAS ORGANIK DI KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG

    The purpose of this study is to analyze preferences, consumption patterns, as well as factors that impacted household consumption of organic rice in Bandar Lampung City. The study method utilized was a survey. The selection of Bandar Lampung City as the study location was determined using the purposive method. Data collection was conducted in November 2023 - February 2024 with a total of 50 household respondents. Sampling was done by accidental sampling method at A, B, and C supermarkets. The data analysis utilized is multiattribute fishbein, descriptive analysis, as well as multiple linear regression. The results indicated that housewives aged 33-46 years with the latest education level of undergraduate make up the majority of household customers. The number of family members ranges from 3-4 people with an average total household income of IDR 7,610,000 per month. The preference of households in Bandar Lampung City for organic rice are favorabel. Most households consume organic brown rice with the Hotel brand. Make purchases 3-4 times a month with the size of the package purchased, which is 2 kg. The frequency of cooking is 7 times a week with an average consumption of 11.24 kg per month. The reason households consume organic rice is because of food safety factors.     Rantai Nilai Kopi dari Sistem Agroforestri di Jawa Barat: Menyeimbangkan Konservasi dan Komersialisasi

    Agroforestry, as an agroecological practice that integrates various production components in one system, has become an important approach in organic coffee cultivation in West Java, Indonesia. This study aims to_identify, analyse, and provide a financial assessment of the organic coffee value chain in agroforestry systems in the region. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study involved a survey of 60 agroforestry-implementing organic coffee farmers, in-depth interviews with local market players, and focus group discussions in Bandung and Sumedang districts. Data collection was conducted through purposive sampling for farmers, and snowball sampling for market actors. The results show that in agroforestry systems, farmers integrate coffee with other cash crops, with planting patterns changing from annuals to perennials over time. Smallholders have consistent knowledge of the coffee market, but show high interest in joining cooperatives. Coffee traders with varying scales of business, dominate farm-level sales. Few farmers sell directly to cooperatives or BUMDes. These findings provide important insights into the dynamics of organic coffee value chains in agroforestry systems in West Java, which can inform policy development to improve the economic and ecological sustainability of coffee agroforestry systems. Key words: value chain, coffee, household farmer

    PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN KANTOR DIREKSI PT PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA VII BANDAR LAMPUNG

    This research aims to examine  job satisfaction, motivation, and employee performance, and to analyze the effect of job satisfactionand motivation on employee performance. The data collection was conducted at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Bandar Lampung Head Office from February to March 2022. The method utilized in  this research was survey method by involving 54 samples of employees from 10 divisions. The samples in this  study were employees of group  III. The data survey  were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that employee job satisfaction is  categorized as quite good, employee motivation is  quite good, and employee performance is  categorized as good. It is concluded that job satisfaction and employee motivation have a significant and partial effect on the employee performance of PTPN VII employees group III.  Key words: employee performance, job satisfaction, motivatio

    ANALISIS PERILAKU KONSUMEN DIEVHA CAFÉ DI KECAMATAN SUMBER JAYA KABUPATEN LAMPUNG BARAT

    This research aims to analyze decision making, attitude, satisfaction and customer loyalty of Dievha Café in Sumber Jaya District, West Lampung Regency.  The method used in this research is a survey method by conducting direct interviews using questionnaires to 60 respondents who have made at least 2 purchases during the last 3 months and are at least 17 years old.  Data collection was carried out in January-February 2023.  The Data are analyzed descriptively using Fishbein's multiattributes, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and loyalty pyramid.  The results of this research showed that the first reason consumers buying were because they wanted to try the products, they got the location information from their friends and their main consideration for purchases was the taste.  The consumers would switch to other menus when the product was run out and they decided to buy themselves on purpose.  All of the consumers were interested in repurchases and 63.33 percent of them were satisfied.  From the analysis of Fishbein’s  multiattributes showed the score was 136.95 or in a good category.  The most preferred attribute was taste with score of 18.13, followed by the location attribute and the employee service attribute.  The level of consumer satisfaction on Dievha Café products obtained a value of 82.77 percent or categorized as very satisfied with the highest score attribute was the taste.  The level of consumer loyalty to Dievha Café based on the loyalty pyramid analysis was in the satisfied buyer category (73.33%), followed by liking the brand (71.67%), committed buyer (70.00%), switcher buyer (40.00%), and habitual buyer (36.67%).Keywords: coffee shop, consumer attitudes, decisions making, loyalty, satisfaction.

    ANALISIS EKSTERNALITAS INDUSTRI PENGGILINGAN PADI DI KECAMATAN GADINGREJO KABUPATEN PRINGSEWU

    This study aims to analyze the profit of rice milling industry by including and excluding the externalities costs and analyze the externalities of the rice milling industry to the community in Gadingrejo Sub-district, Pringsewu Regency. The analytical methods used were profit analysis and descriptive quantitative by analyzing social, economic, and environmental aspects to analyze externalities to the community. This study was conducted in two different scale of mills, namely mill B (big scale) and mill K (small scale). The number of respondents was 30 peoples from communities surrounding each mill. Data collection was conducted from October to December 2023. The results show that by excluding the externalities costs, the profit earned by milling B is 9.867.908.333,00/year and a profit earned by including externalities costs is Rp9.724.308.333,00/year. Meanwhile, the profit earned by milling K without externalities costs is Rp770.205.750,00/year and the profit earned by including externalities costs is Rp766.005.750,00/year. The positive externalities of milling B include active social activities, providing assistance, maintaining friendship, providing rice, creating new business opportunities, increasing job opportunities, facilitating grain marketing, building village facilities and infrastructure, making efforts to protect the environment, and sustain the environment. The positive externalities of milling K are similar to milling B. Meanwhile, the negative externalities caused by milling K include dust that polluted the environment and loud noise that disturbing the neighbourhood, while milling B does not cause any negative externalities that disturb the community. Keywords: externalities, pollution, profit, rice milling, wast
