MOTIVASI MASYARAKAT DALAM MEMBUDIDAYAKAN AYAM GAOK DI PULAU POTERAN, KABUPATEN SUMENEP, JAWA TIMUR
One of the native chicken breeds in Indonesia with the potential for broiler development is the gaok chicken, originating from Poteran Island, Sumenep Regency, East Java. This research aims to understand the motivations of the community in breeding native chickens. The study was conducted in three villages on Poteran Island, Sumenep Regency, namely Palasa Village, Gapurana Village, and Essang Village. The selection of these locations was based on the origin of the native chicken, Poteran Island, which is administratively situated in Talango District, Sumenep Regency, East Java. A sample of 30 respondents was determined using the snowball sampling technique. The research was conducted from September 2023 to February 2024. Data collection was carried out through structured interviews employing a questionnaire. Motivation in this research was assessed through three aspects: existence needs, relatedness needs, and growth needs. Measurement utilized Likert scales and was analyzed descriptively. The study's findings indicate that the level of motivation among the community to breed native chickens mostly falls into the low category. MULTIDIMENSIONAL CHALLENGES OF THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR AT NATIONAL AND GLOBAL LEVELS
The diverse challenges faced by the agricultural sector make prioritization crucial. This approach allows stakeholders to focus on the most urgent and critical issues first before addressing lower priority ones. This study aims to analyze the main (priorities) challenges for the agricultural sector, both nationally and globally. This study employed a qualitative approach through a literature review of 100 studies published over the past 10 years (2013-2023). The findings identify 8 (eight) major challenges in the agricultural sector, namely climate change and risks of water deficits, energy, biodiversity and ecosystem services, social infrastructure, governance and policies, food supply chains, consumption patterns, and intensification of sustainable agriculture. This study concludes that achieving sustainable agriculture and food systems necessitates a robust and balanced understanding of both agronomy and ecology, enhancement of social capital through farmer and community participation, and policies that prioritize environmental preservation and human welfare while remaining unaffected by the political interests of a few parties
ANALISIS NILAI TAMBAH, HARGA POKOK PRODUKSI, DAN KEUNTUNGAN AGROINDUSTRI SAMBAL TEMPOYAK (STUDI KASUS PADA AGROINDUSTRI MAUGI DI KOTA JAMBI)
This research intended to analyze the added value, the cost of goods sold, and the profit of Sambal Tempoyak Agroindustry. The method used was case study at Maugi Agroindustry in Alam Barajo District, Jambi City. Maugi Agroindustry is an agroindustry that actively produces sambal tempoyak, therefore the location of the research was chosen purposefully. Owners and employees of Maugi Agroindustry participated in this study as respondents. Data collection for this study was carried out from December 2022 to January 2023, and the data gathered was analyzed by employing descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. The data required for this research were primary data from observations and questionnaires as well as secondary data from related literatures. In analyzing data, Hayami added value method and full costing method were utilised. Based on the research results, it is known that the Maugi Agroindustry producing sambal tempoyak in bottles of 200 grams, 150 grams, and 40 grams. It generates profits because the added value is greater than zero, so it is feasible to develop. The selling price of each package based on the Maugi Agroindustry policy is above the production cost which is calculated using the full costing method. The highest profit is for the 200 grams glass bottle sambal tempoyak and the lowest profit is for the 40 grams bottle sambal tempoyak.

ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PEMANFAATAN PEMBIAYAAN PADA SEKTOR PERTANIAN DAN PENDAPATAN USAHATANI PADI DI KSPPS BMT ASSYAFIIYAH BERKAH NASIONAL CABANG KOTA GAJAH KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of agribusiness financing utilization, rice farming income, as well as the effect of financing utilization effectiveness and types of financing on rice farming income. The study was conducted using a survey method. The research was carried out at KSPPS BMT Assyafiiyah Berkah Nasional, Kota Gajah Branch, Kota Gajah Regency, Central Lampung. The number of respondents consisted of 47 recipients of mudharabah financing and 45 recipients of musyarakah financing. Data collection was conducted from January to February 2025. The level of financing utilization effectiveness was analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods, farming income was analyzed by calculating the R/C ratio, and the influence of financing utilization effectiveness and financing type on rice farming income was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the effectiveness of financing utilization in the agricultural sector at KSPPS BMT Assyafiiyah Berkah Nasional, Kota Gajah Branch is categorized as very effective for mudharabah financing and effective for musyarakah financing. The average financing utilization reached 80.7 percent for mudharabah and 79.8 percent for musyarakah. The income generates from the first planting season of rice farming under mudharabah financing amounted to IDR 22,224,128.01 per hectare, while the income from cash costs under musyarakah financing amounted to IDR 22,972,311.67 per hectare, with an R/C ratio greater than 1 for rice production. The effectiveness of agricultural sector financing utilization has a positive effect on rice farming income, while the type of financing has no significant effect on rice farming income.

PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK INDIVIDU, KEPUASAN KERJA, MOTIVASI, DAN KEDISIPLINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT INDOKOM SAMUDRA PERSADA
The study aims to examine the employee’s personal characteristics, job satisfaction, motivation, work discipline, and performance at different sections as well as the influence of personal characteristics, work satisfaction, motivation and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Indokom Samudra Persada, South Lampung Regency from December 2022 to January 2023. The method utilized in the study was a survey method by employing 51 respondents who work for PT Indokom Samudra Persada as permanent employees from different sections, and their superiors. The data in this study were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that job satisfaction of PT Indokom Samudra Persada employees is in the satisfied category: employees have a good work motivation, discipline, and have a good performance. Individual characteristics including age, number of dependents, duration of service, and degree of education, and work satisfaction have no significant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, motivation and work discipline significantly affect the performance of PT Indokom Samudra Persada employees. ANALISIS KESEJAHTERAAN ANGGOTA KOPERASI (STUDI KASUS PADA KOPERASI LKM SIDO JAYA ABADI)
This research aims to (1) analyze the utilization of the business unit of the LKM Sido Jaya Abadi Cooperative in terms of members’ savings and loans, as well as the economic benefits received through profit-sharing (SHU); (2) the welfare level of cooperative members; and (3) the factors influencing their welfare. The study was conducted at the LKM Sido Jaya Abadi Cooperative with a sample of 96 members. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods for cooperative utilization and SHU value, Sajogyo’s criteria for welfare level assessment, and multiple linear regression to identify factors affecting welfare. The results showed that the average savings deposited by members was Rp1,070,833, the average loan received was Rp4,125,000, and the average SHU received was Rp31,417. According to Sajogyo’s criteria, most members were in the “sufficient” welfare category. Additionally, farm size and crop commodity had a positive effect on welfare, while the number of family members had a negative effect. Key words: expenses, prosperity of members, SH
ANALISIS KEUNTUNGAN DAN RISIKO PADA AGROINDUSTRI JAHE INSTAN (STUDI KASUS PADA UMKM GENDIS AYU JAHE)
This research aims to analyze: (1) profitability, (2) risks and mitigation actions in the instant ginger agroindustry. This study employs a case study method on the instant ginger agroindustry at UMKM Gendis Ayu Jahe, Tulang Bawang Udik District, Tulang Bawang Barat Regency. The research location was determined purposively, considering that the agroindustry is actively producing instant ginger. The respondents in this study are the owner and five employees of UMKM Gendis Ayu Jahe. Data collection was conducted from January to February 2024. The data analysis methods used in this research are profitability analysis and risk analysis using the House of Risk (HOR) method. The results show that (1) UMKM Gendis Ayu Jahe is profitable as the R/C ratio is greater than 1, and (2) the priority risk agents in UMKM Gendis Ayu Jahe are the insufficient number of raw material suppliers, fluctuations in product order quantities, scarcity of red ginger as the main raw material, the low capability of suppliers to meet red ginger needs, and sudden increases in demand volume. The priority mitigation actions at UMKM Gendis Ayu Jahe are improving relationships and communication with raw material suppliers, forming partnerships with red ginger farmers, implementing a make-to-stock production system, diversifying products using alternative raw materials, and Expanding the search area for regions that produce red ginge
PERILAKU PANGAN TERBUANG PADA KONSUMSI RUMAH TANGGA DAERAH DATARAN TINGGI DI KECAMATAN SIMPANG HULU KABUPATEN KETAPANG
Food waste is a serious global issue in countries, including in Indonesia. Various factors contribute to food waste at the household level, which is a primary sector in the food supply chain. According to the data from BAPPENAS and SIPSN, household food waste accounts for a significant portion of the total food waste in Indonesia, with household consumption reaching up to 19 million tons per year. This study aims to examine the food waste behavior of consumer households in highland areas, in Simpang Hulu District. The number of samples examined in this study consists of 63 respondents. The research employed a quantitative descriptive method. Based on the results concerning personal norms, awareness of consequences, and a sense of responsibility related to food waste behavior in highland households, it is concluded that food waste is considered undesirable. Housewives in highland areas demonstrate high awareness of impacts of food waste and are committed to manage food efficiently for the welfare of their families. Various age groups also show positive awareness of the importance of reducing food waste, and start to plan meals properly. Additionally, various income classes exhibit a positive understanding of the responsibility to reduce food waste, indicating that economic factors do not hinder acting responsibly towards the environment and food. Household food expenditure and the number of family members do not affect the awareness, regarding the shared responsibility in managing food and protecting the environment. Overall, food waste behavior in highland households is driven by high awareness and shared responsibility to minimize food waste and maintain environmental sustainability.

Analysis of Income and Welfare Level of Rice Farming Household in Ambarawa District of Pringsewu
The purpose aims to analyze rice farmer household income, farmer household expenditure, and the level of welfare farmer household. Research location was determined deliberately, namely in Ambarawa District, Pringsewu Regency because it has the second level of productivity in Lampung Province. The sample in this study was 55 rice farmer taken using simple random sampling. Household income of IDR 40.073.326 per years. Farmer household expenses amount to IDR 13.394.945 per year for food expenses and IDR 17.524.873 per year for non food expenses. According to the classification by Sajogyo (1997), the welfare level of rice farming household is included in the prosperous category with a percentage of 96,36 %
