    Siamese oranges are a fruit commodity that is quite popular with a consumption growth rate of 2.5%  from 2018 to 2022. This condition must be balanced with the availability of local oranges in Indonesia, without increasing orange imports. Orange production in Banyuwangi is quite high in Tegaldlimo District, reaching 201,821.5 tons in 2018, eventhough in 2019 it decreased to 91,991.9 tons. The objectives of this research are to determine the competitiveness of Siamese oranges in Banyuwangi, to determine the sensitivity of the competitiveness of Siamese oranges in Banyuwangi, and to formulate a commodity development model for Siamese oranges in Banyuwangi. The methods used in this research were analysis of private benefits (PP), private cost ratio (PCR), social benefits (SP), and domestic resource ratio (DRCR). Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the private profit obtained is IDR111,183,814 while the social benefits obtained is  IDR362,759,134. The PCR value is 0.67 and the DRCR value is 0.37. It is also noticed that A 25% and 50%  reduction in the price of Siamese oranges from the normal price has caused a loss in private profits and caused a PCR value more than 1, whereas in the scenario of a 30% increase in the price of inorganic fertilizer, it has caused a negative value in private profits and a PCR value more than 1. Development of Siamese orange farming in the Regency Banyuwangi is encouraging with combination of strategy intensive agricultural extension and increase production output in terms of quantity, quality and continuity of production. Keywords:  competitiveness, siamese oranges, superior commoditie

    The goal of this study is to examine the variables that affect the number of visitors to Bali Lestari Beach as well as the beach's economic worth using trip cost data.  A survey approach was employed in the study, and 77 respondents made up the sample.  The trip cost approach was applied in this study.  The research site, Bali Lestari Beach, was chosen consciously (on purpose).  The period of time used to collect the data was from January–February 2022.  The results of the study find that the average cost of travel to Bali Lestari Beach is IDR 139,580.36 per person.  Among all travel expenses, additional charges constitute the highest share of total cost up to IDR 55,468 or 40 percent.  The expense of travel, income, distance, and the availability of services and infrastructure all influence the number of visitors to Bali Lestari Beach. Bali Lestari Beach has an annual economic value of IDR 55,655,654,510, and each visitor has a consumer surplus of IDR 640,390. Keywords: consumer surplus, economic valuation, frequency of visits, tourist, travel cost

    Logistics management is important for agro-industries as it controls raw material inventory to ensure smooth and sustainable operations.  This research was a case study that aimed to evaluate delivery time, to analyze the percentage of logistics costs of the revenue of banana bolen products, and to analyze inventory management at CV Mayang Sari in Bandar Lampung City.  The analysis methods used were delivery time analysis using the On Time In Full (OTIF) matrix, logistics cost analysis, and inventory management analysis using the deterministic Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method.  The results show that the OTIF value at CV Mayang Sari in 2023 is 89 percent.  This value indicated that the delivery time performance of CV Mayang Sari is categorized as good.  The total logistics cost of CV Mayang Sari’s banana bolen in 2023 is IDR894,116 with the percentage of logistics costs to revenue is 0.52 percent.  This figure indicates that logistics management at CV Mayang Sari is efficient.  Based on the inventory management analysis using the deterministic EOQ method, it is  recommended that the optimal order quantity is 1,330 bunches per month for four times order, the safety stock for banana raw materials is 28 bunches, and the reorder point occurred when the inventory level reached 115 bunches.  Based on the EOQ analysis, the total inventory cost is IDR1,215,679 per  year, enabling  the agroindustry to save the inventory costs IDR7,290,321 per year.   Keywords: agroindustry, bolen banana, delivery time, EOQ, logistics cost, OTIF

    This research aims to analyze the socio-economic conditions and the welfare level of paddy farmer households. The research location was purposely determined in Trimurjo Subdistrict, Central Lampung Regency. The research locations were determined using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling method, which divides the population into several categories based on land size. The number of samples in this study was 70 farmers taken from 2 villages, namely Tempuran Village with 47 people and Pujodadi Village with 23 people. The data analysis method for the socio-economic study was analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods. The welfare level was measured using the poverty line method of BPS (2024), World Bank (2023), and good service ratio (GSR). The results of the study indicate that the socio-economic conditions of paddy farmer households are dominated by farmers with an average age of 56 years, who have completed senior high school or its equivalent, and have side jobs as livestock breeders. Based on the BPS (2024) and the World Bank (2023) welfare level, farming households are classified as prosperous as their expenditure is above the minimum welfare threshold, which is IDR 3,024,817 per month or IDR 100,827 per day. However, according to the Good Service Ratio (GSR) method, the farmers are classified as less prosperous as the GSR value is greater than 1. Key words: farmer households, socio-economic, welfar

    The purpose of this study is to identify the attributes of soybeans, and to analyze the preferences of tofu and tempeh agro-industries in the selection of soybean raw materials in Bandar Lampung City. The research method used in this study was survey method. This research was conducted at the tofu and tempeh agro-industry in Bandar Lampung City.  The location of the agro-industry was chosen purposively.  The sampling technique used was probability sampling (stratified random sampling). The number of samples in this study ware 60 people.  The analytical tools utilized to answer the first objective was qualitative descriptive analysis, and for the second objective was conjoin analysis.  The results of the study indicate that soybean’s attributes considered by the owners of tofu and tempeh agro-industries in Bandar Lampung City are including size, shape, color, origin, and price.  Tofu agro-industry preferences in Bandar Lampung City in the selection of soybean raw materials prefer to have soybeans that are imported with round shape, yellow color, medium size, high price, with the most important attribute of being the origin attribute. The preferences of tempeh agro-industry in Bandar Lampung City in the selection of soybean raw materials prefer to have imported soybeans with oval shape, white color, large size, low or medium price, with the most important attribute being the price attribute. Keywords: conjoin, tempe, and tofu

    PEMASARAN, SIKAP DAN LOYALITAS KONSUMEN AYAM GORENG SAMBAL LADAS MELALUI E-COMMERCE

    This research aims to identify the selected e-commerce platform and assess customer attitudes and loyalty towards the marketing of Ayam Goreng Sambal Ladas (AGSL) products on that platform. This research uses a survey method carried out at the AGSL business center. A total of 75 consumers were selected using purposive techniques and quota sampling. Data was collected between December 2022 and January 2023, then analyzed using descriptive statistics, Fishbein Multiattribute Analysis, and the loyalty pyramid model. Research findings show that Instagram is the platform most frequently used to obtain information because of its up-to-date and clear content, while GoFood is the e-commerce platform most commonly used for purchases because of its more attractive promotions. The consumer attitude score of 348,413 shows a positive attitude in the "like" category. In addition, consumer loyalty calculations reveal that the percentage of committed buyers (78.667%) is higher than switcher buyer (53.333%). Key words:   AGSL, E-Commerce, Fishbein Multiattribute, Loyalty Pyramid

    This research aims to analyze the differences between weekday and weekend visitors to assess and rank the importance attributes of the Kampoeng Vietnam tourist attraction, as well as to identify attributes that need to be improved, and attributes that need maintenance to increase performance. This research used a survey method by interviewing 35 visitors of Kampoeng Vietnam in a weekday, and 35 visitors in the weekend   There are 16 attributes included in the questionnaire. The sample selection was conducted by using probability sampling methods. Data analysis used was Mann-Whitney test and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the Mann-Whitney test indicate that there is a significant difference between the assessments of weekday visitors and weekend visitors regarding the importance level of the attributes of amusement rides, accommodations, and the tranquility of tourists. The ranking assessments of weekday visitor indicate that the attributes of photo spots, scenery, and air quality are in the highest rate; while the weekend visitor rank assessments show that the attributes of price, photo spots, and play attractions are received the highest rankings. Meanwhile, the result of IPA indicated that there are six attributes with different levels of importance and performance between weekday visitors and weekend visitors. Furthermore, the combined results of the IPA analysis for weekday visitors and the IPA for weekend visitors conclude that there are five attributes that need improvement and eight attributes that should maintain their performance. Keywords: attribute, IPA, weekday, weeken

    PREFERENSI, POLA KONSUMSI, DAN KEPUASAN KONSUMEN GULA SEMUT DI PASAR MODERN KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG

    This research aims to analyze preferences, consumption patterns, and consumer satisfaction for crystal palmsugar at modern markets in Bandar Lampung City. The research method used was the survey method. Datawas collected in February 2025 with a total number of respondentwere 60 people taken by the accidentalsampling method at four different modern market , namely Chandra Supermarket, Chandra Mini Market,Super Indo, and Fitrinofane. The analysis used was conjoin analysis, quantitative descriptive, CustomerSatisfaction Index (CSI), and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results reveal that consumerpreferences for crystal palm sugar at modern markets in Bandar Lampung City are fragrant aroma, coarsegrain texture, dark brown color, and standing pouch packaging with size of 250 gram. The consumption ofcrystal palm sugar is as an alternative sweetener, and the brands that are widely purchased are Aromanis,Haan, and Edna. Consumer usually buy the palm sugar in the size of 250 gram with a frequency ofpurchase is once to two times, and the total consumption is fifteen times in a month. The amount ofpurchases made is 272 grams in a month, and the amount of consumption is 176 grams in a month. Basedon the analysis, the consumer satisfaction falls into e very satisfied category.     The purpose of this study was to analyze preferences, consumption patterns and factors that influence household level consumption of green chilies in Bandar Lampung City.  The research method used is the survey method.  Data collection was carried out in November – December 2023 with a total of 70 household sample. Sampling was carried out in four sub-districts, namely Sukarame sub-district, Way dadi sub-district, Pesawahan sub-district, and Gunung Mas sub-district.  The data analysis used is conjoint analysis, descriptive analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of the research show that household preferences in Bandar Lampung City for green chilies are spicy, lowest price (<Rp20.000), fresh, bright green, and curly green chilies.  Households consume chilies in the form of chili sauce or mixed dishes with an average weekly consumption per capita of 0,019 kg.  Households also consume curly green chilies.  Purchases are only made once a month at traditional markets.  The average household consumes green chilies only 1-2 times a month.
