PERANAN SUBSEKTOR PERKEBUNAN TEMBAKAU DALAM PEREKONOMIAN KABUPATEN MAGELANG
Magelang Regency, located in Central Java Province possesses significant potential in various sectors, especially in tobacco cultivation. This study aims to analyze the contribution of tobacco products to the plantation sub-sector in Magelang Regency, analyze the sub-districts as the basis for tobacco products in Magelang Regency, and mapping the sub-districts that have the potential for the tobacco sub-sector in Magelang Regency. A quantitative method was used for this research. This research used secondary data sourced from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) of Magelang Regency. Documentation and interviews were conducted as data collection methods. The data analysis technique used in this study consisted of a contribution analysis, Location Quotient (LQ) analysis, Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ) analysis, and Geographic Information System (GIS) analysis with ArcGIS. The results show that in 2017, the contribution of tobacco products to the plantation sub-sector in Magelang Regencies reached 50.7% and recorded as the highest value compared to other years. The sub-districts that are the basis (LQ≥1) for the tobacco commodity are Sawangan, Kaliangkrik, Windusari, Pakis, and Ngablak. Prospective sub-districts (DLQ≥1) are Borobudur, Ngluwar, Salam, Srumbung, Shaman, Sawangan, Candimulyo, Kajoran, Windusari, Tegalrejo, Pakis, and Grabag Sub-district. TINGKAT KEPUASAN DAN LOYALITAS KONSUMEN RUMAH TANGGA GULA PASIR MEREK GULAKU DAN GMP DI KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG
The purpose of the study is to identify patterns of consumption and the factors that affect such patterns, satisfaction and loyalty of household consumers of granulated sugar brand Gulaku and Gula GMP in Bandar Lampung City. This research uses a survey method conducted in 10 supermarkets in Bandar Lampung City in March-April 2023. The total sample of 74 households was chosen by accidental sampling method. Descriptive analysis techniques, multiple linear regression analysis, the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and the loyalty pyramid were used to examine the research data. According to the findings, 1.72 kg of granulated sugar were consumed monthly by households with the frequency of consumption was 30 times a month. The frequency of purchasing granulated sugar is 1 time per month and most consumers consume for their own consumption by consuming added to drinks and food. The consumer satisfaction score of the Gulaku is 81.58 percent and the Gula GMP is 81.70 percent which is included in the very satisfied category. Attributes that Gulaku and Gula GMP producers have to keep up are price, product hygiene, availability of expiration dates, halal labels and BPOM permits. Consumers of granulated sugar brands Gulaku and Gula GMP are in the category of satisfied buyer consumers. Which means consumers feel satisfied with the product.
VALUASI EKONOMI DAN DAMPAK WISATA PANTAI TANJUNG PASIR TERHADAP SOSIAL EKONOMI MASYARAKAT SEKITAR DI KABUPATEN TANGERANG
This study aims to examine the factors that influence the number of tourists who visit Tanjung Pasir Beach, the economic value of tourism, and the impact of tourism on Tangerang Regency's economy. A survey was used in this study, with 77 visitors, 15 businessmen, and a tourism manager responding to the survey. The Tanjung Pasir Beach was selected intentionally as the location for the research. The collection of data was conducted in January - February 2023. This study employed the travel cost, multiple linear regression, and Keynesian multiplier effect as data analysis techniques. The findings revealed that visitors spent IDR102,493.51 per individual per visit on transportation. Distance, age, income, travel costs, facilities, and infrastructure are all factors that influence the number of tourist visits. The result of the calculation of travel cost using TCM on Tanjung Pasir Beach has a yearly economic value of IDR 44,801,325,052. The multiplier effect is used to estimate the economic impact of Tanjung Pasir Beach tourism, which has a direct impact of IDR 193,031,663.83 per month, an indirect impact of IDR 116,505,417.50 per month, and a secondary impact of IDR 80,166,666.67 per month. PENGARUH SUBTITUSI TEPUNG SORGUM PUTIH DALAM PEMBUATAN VANILLA CUPCAKE TERHADAP KUALITAS FISIK DAN DAYA TERIMA KONSUMEN
This research seeks to analyze the impacts of substituting white sorghum flour in the making of vanilla cupcakes on both their physical quality and consumer acceptance. This research was carried out at the Pastry and Bakery Laboratory of Culinary Education, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta in July 2022 - January 2024. The method used in this research is the experimental method involving vanilla cupcakes with white sorghum flour substitution of 20 percent, 30 percent, and 40 percent. A consumer acceptability test was conducted on 30 semi-trained panelists evaluating various organoleptic aspects. The statistical analysis, utilizing Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) for the physical quality test, revealed a significant influence of white sorghum flour substitutions (20%, 30%, and 40%) on both cupcakes rising power and stability. After conducting the Friedman Test on several aspects, results showed that there is no statistically significant difference between treatments on these following aspects: 1) the color of crumbs; 2) sorghum aroma; 3) sweetness; and 4) the texture of the top of the cupcake. On the other hand, the test showed that there is a statistically significant difference between treatments on the following aspects: 1) butter aroma; 2) the taste of sorghum; 3) crumbs texture; and 4) the color of the top of the cupcake. Further investigation using Tukey's test is necessary for the aspects with observed differences. Ultimately, the most preferred product was the vanilla cupcakes with a 20 percent sorghum flour substitution.Keywords: consumer acceptability, physical quality, vanilla cupcake, white sorghum flou
ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN BAWANG MERAH VARIETAS BREBES DAN SUMENEP DI AGROINDUSTRI BAWANG GORENG DUA SAUDARA KECAMATAN CIOMAS KABUPATEN BOGOR
This research aims to analyze the most economical quantity of orders for raw materials, calculate the amount of safety stock, the reorder point, and the total inventory costs. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis with the probabilistic EOQ method. The research was carried out using a case study method at the Bawang Goreng Dua Saudara Agroindustry. The research location was deliberately chosen. Respondents in the research consisted of agroindustry owners and workers. The research results show that the most economical order for brebes shallots using the probabilistic EOQ method is 7.646 kg per order, and the most economical order quantity for sumenep shallots is 4.442 kg per order. There is a total savings in inventory costs using the probabilistic EOQ method of IDR 1.439.008 (9%) for brebes shallots and IDR 62.398 (1%) for sumenep shallots. Brebes shallots must be ordered when the reorder point value is 6.817 kg and the amount of safety stock is 2.918 kg. Meanwhile, sumenep shallots should be ordered with a reorder point value of 3.167 kg, and the amount of safety stock that must be available is 125 kg. ANALISIS FORECASTING PENJUALAN KOMODITAS HORTIKULTURA MULTIMUSIM PEPAYA DI HORTIMART AGRO CENTER SEMARANG
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara perhitungan peramalan menggunakan metode time series dengan 4 pendekatan, ditemukan bahwa peramalan penjualan pepaya di Hortimart Agro Center adalah 1268 kg dengan metode Moving Average, 1228,204 dengan metode Exponential Smoothing (α = 0.9), 1123,697 kg dengan metode Trend Analysis, dan 1092,102 kg dengan metode Multiplicative Decomposition dengan pola musiman kuartal (4 bulan). Berdasarkan perhitungan peramalan penjualan menggunakan keempat metode tersebut, nilai kesalahan akurasi peramalan terkecil ditemukan pada metode Trend Analysis, dengan nilai MAD sebesar 124,081, MSE sebesar 22.710,15, dan MAPE sebesar 24,7%. Dari hasil tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa metode Trend Analysis menjadi metode terbaik yang dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan Hortimart Agro Center untuk meramalkan penjualan pepaya karena memiliki nilai uji akurasi peramalan terkecil
SIKAP, KEPUASAN DAN LOYALITAS KONSUMEN SUSU SEGAR YU-ONE MILK DI KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG
This research aims to determine the attitudes, purchasing patterns, satisfaction, and loyalty of fresh milk consumers of Yu-One Milk at Jalan Sultan Agung, Way Halim, Kedaton District of Bandar Lampung City. The research method is a survey. The number of respondents in this research are 60 people, selected by non-probability sampling technique, namely accidental sampling. The research data are analyzed by quantitative descriptively using the Fishbein multi-attribute model, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and the loyalty pyramid. Data collection was carried out in October-November 2022. The results showed that the consumers’ attitude toward multi-attribute of Yu-One Milk fresh milk was in the good category, in which score was 181.72 and the most favored attribute by consumers was friendliness services. Most of Yu-One Milk consumers (25%) bought fresh milk with chocolate flavor variants. The average frequency of purchasing Yu-One Milk fresh milk was twice per month with a purchase expenditure of IDR 51,883.00/month. The average purchases amount of Yu-One Milk fresh milk was 1,377 ml/month with the purpose of purchasing to eliminate hunger/thirst (46.67%). Yu-One Milk fresh milk consumer satisfaction was in the very satisfied category with a CSI value of 83.61. Yu-One Milk consumer loyalty was quite good in the form of an inverted pyramid. The switcher buyer value was 46.67%, the habitual buyer value was 48.83%, the satisfied buyer value was 90.00%, the liking the brand value was 86.67% and the committed buyer value was 83.33%. SKENARIO PENINGKATAN PENDAPATAN DALAM USAHATANI JAGUNG MELALUI ADOPSI TEKNOLOGI DI DESA TULABOLO BARAT, PROVINSI GORONTALO
This research aims to examine several scenarios in maize farming by increasing the income generated by maize farming for rural communities in West Tulabolo Village. This increase in income is aimed at through the adoption of advanced agricultural technologies. The research involved interviewing 26 corn farmers using a structured interview guide to assess their current farming practices. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive data analysis using saturated sampling techniques. The data collected indicates that these farmers have not yet embraced technological advancements, especially when it comes to using hybrid corn cultivation methods like planting a single seed per hole and utilizing organic fertilizers. As a result, these farmers are currently earning low incomes, which amount to Rp. 4.402.090. To maximize profitability, it is crucial to implement improved agricultural methods by integrating technology into the Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) framework.
