    The purposes of this research are to analyze farmers adoption level on Good Agriculture Practices (GAP), factors related to the adoption level, and the constraints faced by farmers in the implementation of Good Agriculture Practices (GAP). This research was conducted in Kota Agung subdistrict of Tanggamus district, by interviewing 74 respondents, mangosteen farmers who joined and applied Good Agriculture Practices (GAP) at Kota Agung. Data were collected using a survey method with descriptive analysis and Rank Spearman correlation test to examine hypothesis. The results showed that adoption level of mangosteen farmers on GAP is included on a medium classification (64,86%), the factors related are experience of farming, formal education level, characteristics of innovation, and level of cosmopolite characteristic, while the unrelated factors are land area and capital availability. The constraints faced are unpredictable weather conditions, pests and plant diseases, price determination by traders, lack of information and knowledge of Good Agriculture Practices (GAP), and unpublished Good Agriculture Practices (GAP) land registration number in Penanggungan village.Key words: adoption level, good agriculture practices (GAP), mangosteen farmer

    ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN SISTEM PEMASARAN PADI ORGANIK DAN ANORGANIK DI KABUPATEN PRINGSEWU

    The aims of this research are to analyze income, comparison of income, and marketing effeciency of organic and inorganic rice farming in Pringsewu District. This research was conducted in Fajaresuk Village Pringsewu Subdistrict, Pringsewu District using a survey method Data were collected from August to September 2017. The sample size in research were 14 organic rice farmers, 25 inorganic rice farmers, 15 marketing respondents including 1 member of Sejahtera Farmer Group, 9 rice merchants, and 5 millers based on rice marketing flow (snowball). The data were analyzed using income, comparison of income, and marketing analyses. The results of study showed that organic rice farming income bigger than inorganic rice farming income. There is a significant difference between organic and inorganic rice farming income.     POLA KONSUMSI DAN KETAHANAN PANGAN RUMAH TANGGA NELAYAN DI DESA MAJA KECAMATAN KALIANDA KABUPATEN LAMPUNG SELATAN

    This research aimed to analyze consumption pattern, food security level, and factors that influence the consumption pattern of household fisherman marker. This research was conducted by survey method. Location of this research was determined purposively in Maja Village, Kalianda District, South LampungRegency. The amount of research samples of 40 fisherman labor with the respondents in the research were the heads of household and housewives.The data was collected in April-May 2018. Data analysis method used was quantitative analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The consumption pattern was assessed by non-consecutively the Desirable Dietary Pattern (DDP) score based on the food recall of household consumption for 2x24 hours. The DDP score was calculated from the energy intake of each group of food consumed. The results showed that the number of types of food consumed by fisherman household was 10-13 kinds (62.5%) and the frequency of food consumed by fisherman household is rice. TheDesirable Dietary Pattern (DDP) score of fisherman household was 66.72. The level of food security of fishermanhousehold in Maja Village based on the results of cross classification between the level of energy sufficiency and share of food expenditure could be divided in four categories. There were11 households (27.5%) food resistant, 21 households (52.5%) less food, 4 households (10.0%) vulnerable food, and 4 households (10.0%) food insecure. The factors that influenced household’s consumption patterns at Maja Village were maternal age and household income.Key words: consumption patterns, fishing households, food security

    This research aims to analyze development strategies of siger rice agroindustry.  This research uses a case study method.  The samples are two different siger rice agroindustries and stakeholders on agroindustry. The method of data analysis used are descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of this research showed that, for Wonokarto village, the combination of IFE and EFE values was 1.81 and 1.51, and for Margosari Village was 0.56 and 1.38.  Both combinations in the IE matrix shows that the positions are in quadran, meaning that the agroindustries are in the growth position.     This research aims to explore the perception of bread micro industry enterpreneurs about the marketing mix, the performance of bread micro industry, and the influence of the the perception on the performance. The research was conducted in Bandar Lampung using a survey method. The research location was selected purposively because Bandar Lampung city is one of the potential areas to developing bread micro industries. Data of this research were collected in. December 2016. The results showed that enterpreneurs’ perceptions on marketing mixes, in terms of product, price, and promotion mixes are included in important category, while perception in place mix is included in important enough category. Based on the values of return on investment, profit margin, and operation ratio, the micro bakery industries in Bandar Lampung have been included in very good category.     ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN BIAYA POKOK USAHATANI KEDELAI DI KECAMATAN AMBARAWA KABUPATEN PRINGSEWU

    The objectives of this research were to analyze the revenue and the standard cost of the soybean farming in Ambarawa District, Pringsewu Regency. Respondents were the soybean farmers chosen by using simple random sampling method. The data were the soybean farming in the Dry Season (DS) 2017. The data were analyzed by using the financial analysis. Based on the reseach, the average soybean productivity was 1.31 ton/ha. The average net revenue over the cash costs and over the total cost respectively were IDR 6.76 million/ha and IDR 1.45 million/ha. The average standard cost for producing soybean was IDR 7,061/kg and its 95% confidence interval was IDR 5,559/kg - IDR 8,562/kg.Key words: revenue, soybean, standard cost

    This research aims to analyze procurement system of production facilities that are appropriate to six preciseness (on time, place, quality, quantity, type, and price), income from the goat livestock business, added value of goat processed products, the marketing channels of goat livestock, and supporting servicesfor goat farming. This research uses a case study method carried out at Prima Aqiqah Farm in Bandar Lampung City. This location is chosen purposively as consideration that Prima Aqiqah Farm is a goat breeding business that processes goat products. Data were collected in April—May 2017 and analyzed usinga qualitative and quantitative desctiptive analysis. The results of this research shows that the procurement of production facilities for the goat farm business at Prima Aqiqah Farm has fulfilled the six preciseness. The goat of Prima Aqiqah Farm is profitable and feasible because R/C value ≥ 1. Therefore, processed products at Prima Aqiqah Farm have positive added value. The marketing channel for goat livestock products has two marketing channels, namely direct marketing channels to consumers and indirect. While processed productsonly have one marketing channel which is a direct marketing channel to consumers. Supporting service institutions that support the business activities of goats are financial institutions, transportation facilities, and information and communication technologies that provide benefits for Prima Aqiqah Farm.Key words : agribusiness system, aqiqah, goa

    The purposes of this research are to compare income of rice farming members and nonmembers of Mitra Subur Agricultural Cooperative, analyze the economic benefits received by members from the cooperative, the contribution of the cooperative economic benefits to members household income, the distribution of members and nonmembers household income, and compare the level of welfare of cooperative members and nonmembers. This research uses a case study method at Agricultural Cooperative of Mitra Subur subdistrict Gunung Sugih, the Central Lampung district and the number of respondents is sixty people that consist of members and nonmembers. Data of this research were collected in February – March 2018 and analyzed descriptively. The reseach results showed that the rice farming income of members and nonmembers of Mitra Subur Agricultural Cooperative in season one was significantly different, while in season two was not significantly different. The economic benefits of cooperative received by members was still considered low and the distribution of remaining business proceeds had not been carried out fairly. The contribution of the cooperative economic benefits to household income of rice farmers members was still relatively low. Additional income from activities outside of the rice farming resulted in higher income inequality of nonmember farmers, while the income inequality of member farmers was lower. Rice farmer members and nonmembers were in the prosperous category, but the welfare level of non members was higher than that of member farmers.Key words: cooperative, income, member, nonmembe
