    ANALISIS KINERJA PRODUKSI DAN STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN AGROINDUSTRI KOPI BUBUK 49 DI KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG

    This research aims to analyze the production performance and development strategy of Ground Coffee 49 Agroindustry.  The research used a case study method in Ground Coffee 49 Agroindustry in Bandar Lampung City. Respondents in this study were the owner and employee of the Ground Coffee 49 Agroindustry, representatives of the Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Bandar Lampung, representatives of the Disperindag Provinsi Lampung, expert lecturers from Lampung University, and partners of the Ground Coffee 49 Agroindustry.  The data collection period in this study was conducted from September to November 2023.  The analytical tools used in this research are production performance analysis, evaluation of internal and external factors, IE matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSPM matrix. The results showed that the production performance of Ground Coffee 49 Agroindustry based on 6 types of measurements namely productivity, capacity, quality, delivery speed, and process speed was good, while based on aspect of flexibility was still not good.  The main strength of Ground Coffee 49 Agroindustry is attractive product packaging. The main weakness of the agroindustry is the limited number of workers.  The main opportunity for agroindustry is cooperation with related agencies.  The main threat of agroindustry is the number of more innovative competing products. The prioritized development strategy for Ground Coffee 49 Agroindustry is the use of targeted advertised features on social media to reach the right target consumers, increasing production technology in business development, and consistent product promotion by utilizing social media.   Key words: Agroindustry, Ground Coffee, Performance, Strategy Developmen

    PREFERENSI, POLA KONSUMSI DAN KEPUASAN KONSUMEN SANTAN INSTAN DI PASAR MODERN KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG

    The purpose of this research is to analyze preferences, consumption patterns, and consumer satisfaction in purchasing instant coconut milk at modern market of Bandar Lampung City. The research method was a survey with the accidental sampling approach to select 60 respondents at Chandra Superstore and Chamart Gajah Mada located in Tanjung Karang Timur sub-district, Super Indo and Indomaret Kemiling at Kemiling sub-district. Data collection was carried ou  in February 2025. The analytical methods used were conjoint analysis, quantitative descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The findings indicate that the consumers of instant coconut milk in the range of age between 35-40 and 41-46 years old   have the same percentage, which is 26.67 percent. The attributes of instant coconut milk that became consumer preferences are Instant coconut milk with a sharp and distinctive aroma, in the package of 65 ml, have an expiration date more that 3 months, and the composition consists of more than 85 percent coconut milk. Meanwhile, the brand that coconut milk instant that often purchase by the consumers are Sasa and Kara (21 respondents or 35 percent) in the last month there were 29 respondents who consumed 65 ml instant coconut milk.  The average purchase and consumption is 130.08 ml/transaction with an average frequency of 2.4 times/month in the last month.  There are 83.33 percent consumers who use instant coconut milk as a complement to savory cooking ingredients.  Consumer satisfaction reaches 75.40 percent which falls into satisfied in category.     The objective of this research is to examine the differences variations in cassava productivity between farmers who adopted the technology of double-row cultivation and those who did not, as well as the income derived from cassava farming in Sukadana District. This study was carried out in Muara Jaya Village, Sukadana District, East Lampung Regency, using a survey approach as the village is the sole place where the technology of double-row cultivation has been implemented for the first time. Among the samples, 21 farmers were adopted whereas 58 were not.  The analytical tool used to answer the first aim of the analysis was the calculation of Revenue/Cost (R/C), and the different tests. According to the findings, farmers who implemented the technology of double-row cultivation are able to grow cassava with 16.56 percent higher production. The income from cassava farming obtained by farmers who adopted the technology of double-row cultivation is 16.25 percent higher than those who did not adopt the technology of double-row cultivation. Keywords: cassava, double-row, production, revenu

    ANALISIS RISIKO USAHATANI BAWANG MERAH DI KECAMATAN PRINGSEWU KABUPATEN PRINGSEWU

    This study examines the risk, the risk mapping, and the risk mitigation techniques at shallot farming. .  The study was carried out in Pringsewu District, Pringsewu Regency from January to February 2025. Saturated sampling was employed as the method  for sampling. There were 59 shallot farmer respondents in this survey, consisted of  23 farmers from Fajar Agung Village, 14 farmers from Podomoro Village, 14 farmers from Pajaresuk Village, and 8 farmers from South Pringsewu Village. This study utilised various approaches including  the risk mapping, variation coefficient analysis, cost structure analysis, R/C income analysis, and descriptive analysis of risk mitigation strategies. The study finds that (1) The level of risk production  is 0.14, which considers as  low risk; the level of pricing risk is 0.39, which falls into low in category; and the level of income risk is 0.82, and  it considers  as high risk. (2)  Risk mapping reveals that the disease attacks  tthe shallot primary cause the severe risk. (3 ) Various risk management strategies conducts by farmers are including  the use of pesticides, choosing  superior shallot seeds that are resistant to plant pests, controlling planting schedules, and eliminatign  the infected  plants. .   Key words: cost structure, income, mapping, risk, strategie

    This study aims to analyze the level of job satisfaction, work motivation, employee performance, and the condition of work environment; the magnitude of the influence of job satisfaction and work environment on employee performance both direct and indirect ; and the magnitude of the influence of work motivation on employee performance.  Data collection was carried out at PT XYZ  Lampung from December 2022 to January 2023.  This research was conducted using survey method involving 63 employees of production department.  The data gathered from survey were analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis.  The results show that production employees are satisfied with their jobs at PT XYZ.  Meanwhile, work motivation, employee performance, and work environment are categorized as good.  This study indicates that job satisfaction has a greater direct effect through work motivation on employee performance.  In reverse, the work environment has a greater indirect effect on employee performance, both through work motivation and job satisfaction.   Key words: employee performance, job satisfaction, path analysis, work environment, work motivatio

    This research aims to assess the income level and welfare status of corn farmers in Sidosari Village, because the level of income and welfare of corn farmers in several regions in Indonesia is lower than the indicator sets by the word bank. Various factors underlying this situation, both from internal and external of agriculture system, such as pests and diseases, and lack of public awareness regarding the use of empty lands. The study was carried out in Sidosari Village, Natar District, South Lampung Regency, which was intentionally selected (purposively) due to its status as a main corn production area in the region. The data utilized include both primary data gathered through direct observation and secondary data obtained from relevant agencies. A total of 46 farming households were chosen as respondents through simple random sampling. The research employed a quantitative descriptive approach, involving income analysis and welfare evaluation based on Sajogyo's (1997) theory. Findings reveal that the average household income for corn farmers amounts to IDR 41,975,181.08 annually, with the majority of income 81.07 percent comes from on-farm activities, specifically 71.98 percent from corn farming with an average land area of 1,07 ha and 9.09 percent from rice farming with an average rice field area of 0.16 ha. Based on Sajogyo (1997) criteria, corn farmers households per capita in Sidosari Subdistrict fell into the near poor living category at 6.52 percent, the criteria far-fairly prosperous life is 84.72 percent and the criteria for a decent living is 8.70 percent.   Keywords: corn farmer, income, welfar

    The high potential for Octopus production in Kaur Regency encourages rice farmers to implement a double income pattern strategy. The aim of this research is to determine the number of hours rice farmers work as octopus hunters, and to analyze the variables that influence the working hours of rice farmers with a double income pattern in Linau Village, Maje District, Kaur Regency. A total of 36 rice farmers who carried out a dual income pattern as octopus hunters became respondents in this research. The census method was used for sampling. This research was carried out from March to April 2023. The method used to determine the number of working hours of rice farmers as octopus searchers used descriptive analysis and analyzed the factors that influence the working hours of rice farmers with a double income pattern as Octopus searchers in Maje District, Kaur Regency. The results of the research show that the time that rice farmers in Linau Village, Maje District, Kaur Regency devote to working in farming is an average of 4 hours per day or 131 hours per month, and to work outside of farming is an average of 5 hours per day or 153 hours per month. The results of the study show that income as an octopus seeker (X1), income from rice farming (X2), and number of dependents (X5) affect  the amount of working hours  of rice farmers, while the variables of age (X3), formal education (X4) and work experience (X6) do not affect  the amount of working hours  of rice farmers. Keywords: double income pattern, octopus seeker, outpouring of working time

    This study aims to describe and explain the influence of work environment, individual characteristics, and job characteristics of a company on employee performance. The type of research used in this thesis is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The study was conducted at PT. Serba Huta Jaya. The sample in this study consisted of harvest employees at PT. Serba Huta Jaya, totaling 30 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data obtained from measurements using the Likert scale were qualitatively collected and then quantified using ordinal measurements. The results of this study indicate that the work environment, individual characteristics, and job characteristics have an effect on the performance of harvest employees at PT. Serba Huta Jaya. This means that when the work environment, individual characteristics, and job characteristics function well together, they will improve the performance of the harvest employees at PT.
