    EVALUASI KELAYAKAN FINANSIAL DAN SENSITIVITAS USAHA TERNAK AYAM RAS PETELUR SIRUN FARM KECAMATAN NATAR KABUPATEN LAMPUNG SELATAN

    The objective of this research is to assess the financial feasibility and sensitivity of laying hens husbandry. The laying hens husbandry located at Sirun Farm in Natar District, South Lampung Regency, was the subject of this study. The data were gathered from July to October 2022. The sensitivity analysis and financial feasibility assessment employed to analyze the data. The study demonstrates that the development of laying hen husbandry has a favourable financial outlook. The initial cash outflow of the investment can be   recovered in less than 10 years as indicated by the NPV of IDR 13,293,158,715. The gross B/C values is 1.63, while the net B/C values is 6.41. In addition, the Payback Period values is estimated to be 5.25 years, and the IRR values is  28.71 percent, which is higher than  6 percent interest rate. Based on the finding, of the sensitivity analysis, which was assumed a 9 percent decrease in chicken egg production and a 17 percent decrease in chicken egg sales, it is concluded that the laying hen industry is still worth to develop.  Key words: evaluation, feasibility, financial, laying hens, sensitivit

    This study aimed firstly to analyze the management of household food stocks and secondly to analyze the various factors affecting household food stocks for rice farmers. All rice farmers were members of the food barn in Ambarawa Sub-district, Pringsewu District. The samples were selected by simple random sampling consisting of 7 granaries with a total of 70 members. The data were collected from January to February 2023. To obtain the first objective, the data were analyzed by using the calculation of food stocks referring to the Chafid equation formula (2017), i.e. the amount of food inventory was subtracted by its sale quantity and its utilization. To obtain the second objective, the data were analyzed by using the multiple linear regression. The results showed that the food stocks of rice farmers who were members of the food barn were 573 kg of MDG in the first season and 450 kg of MDG in the second season, which were not an ideal amount for food stock. This was because the ideal amounts of needs were 586.93 kg of MDG for the first season and 591.51 kg of MDG for the second season.     ANALISIS KELAYAKAN FINANSIAL DAN DAYA TERIMA INOVASI PRODUK MOCHI NANAS (MONAS)

    This research aims to analyze the financial feasibility of the pineapple mochi product innovation (Monas) and determine its acceptability based on sensory quality. This research was conducted in May - August 2023 using a quantitative descriptive research design. The financial feasibility of Monas products was analyzed based on the NPV, IRR, Payback Period and R/C ratio values, while acceptability was analyzed using hedonic quality testing on 20 semi-trained panelists. The research results show that Monas product innovation is feasible to be developed with NPV value of IDR 24,505,289.00,  IRR value of 51 percent,  payback period of 1.79 years, and an R/C ratio value of 1.10. The acceptance of Monas product innovation showed the quality of the bright yellow color, chewy texture, slightly strong aroma typical of pineapple, and the sweet and sour taste typical of pineapple.Keywords:   financial feasibility, hedonic quality, pineapple mochi, product innovatio

    BAURAN PEMASARAN DAN STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN SUSU KAMBING (STUDI KASUS PADA KARYA ETAWA FARM BANYUWANGI)

    The purpose of this study was to analyze the marketing mix and development strategy of goat milk at Karya Etawa Farm, Kalipuro District, Banyuwangi Regency. The research method is a case study using descriptive analysis data and SWOT analysis. Data were collected in April - July 2021. The results of the study showed that the marketing mix in Karya Etawa Farm includes (a) goat milk products produced have various flavors and good quality, (b) product prices follow competitors, (c) milk distribution is carried out either directly to consumers or through retailers, (d) promotional activities are carried out through face-to-face and sales promotions. The business development strategy can be carried out through (a) business owners utilizing and maintaining business locations to produce quality products and improve marketing networks, b) maintaining product quality by utilizing support and supervision from the government, (c) maintaining product quality and setting competitive market prices, (d) strengthening and expanding marketing network cooperation through resellers of goat milk products, (e) using more modern technology to produce quality products and raise interest in goat milk consumption. Keywords: marketing mix, goat milk, development strategie

    PERILAKU KONSUMEN MINUMAN KOPI DI QALU COFFEE KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG

    This research aims to determine the behavior of coffee beverage consumers in Qalu Coffee.  The research method is a survey.  The number of respondents in this research is 60 Qalu Coffee consumers.  Data collection was carried out in November-December 2023. The data in this research was analyzed quantitatively descriptively using Fishbein's multiattribute model, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), loyalty pyramid, and multiple linear regression. The results showed that consumer attitudes towards Qalu Coffee coffee drinks were in a good category.  The average number of consumer purchases is 2 cups with the number of purchases per visit as much as 1 cup, the average frequency of purchases is 2 times/month, the most purchased coffee drink flavor variant is Qopsu Aren, and most consumers come at night to hang out, the most consumer visit time is between 3-4 hours, and the most widely used vehicle is a motorcycle. Consumer satisfaction with Qalu Coffee coffee drinks is in the very satisfied category.  Consumer loyalty to Qalu coffee drinks is quite good with the greatest value at the level of liking the brand.  Factors that have a real influence on the number of purchases are the price of non-coffee drinks, income, and taste. Key words:  attitude, coffee, loyalty, satisfactio

    Analysis of economic potential and business feasibility is carried out so that aquaculture business actors can avoid the risk of loss, one of which is tilapia (Oreochromis Niloticus) cultivation. One of the areas that also does this cultivation is Kampung Laut, Jeruju Besar Village. The research objective was to analyze the economic potential and feasibility of tilapia cultivation in Kampung Laut. The research method is descriptive quantitative. The research variables are economic potential and business feasibility. Data collection was carried out randomly through observation and interviews with informants. Data analysis of economic potential is carried out through acceptance and income analysis, while business feasibility were analyzed through operating profit (OP), benefit cost ratio (BCR), payback period (PP), profitability, breakeven point (BEP), return on investment (ROI) formulas. The results of the study show that the tilapia farming business in Kampung Laut has economic potential because it can provide a profit of Rp. 17,820,000 every harvest period. In addition, the tilapia farming business in the research location is very feasible to restart based on the results of analysis of PCR, OP, PP, total BEP and price BEP. Key words:   Business Feasibility, Cultivation, Economic Potential, Kampung Laut, Tilapi

    ANALISIS PREFERENSI, POLA KONSUMSI, DAN PERMINTAAN BERAS TINGKAT RUMAH TANGGA DI KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG

    As many as 98% of Indonesians eat rice so that the demand for rice is very high and causes various preferences and patterns of rice consumption of consumers. This study uses a survey method by conducting direct interviews with 70 households in Bandar Lampung City. Data analysis tool uses conjoint, descriptive quantitative analysis, and multiple linear regressions. The results showed that most of the households consisted of 4-5 people, with an average income of IDR 3,971,429 per month. Household priorities on rice attributes respectively are rice texture, rice price, rice color, and rice aroma. Bandar Lampung City households like rice that is fluffy cooked rice, the price of rice ranges from IDR 9,000 to IDR 9,500, the color of white rice is clean, and the rice does not produce flavorful rice. Most of the households buy random types of rice in traditional markets with a purchase frequency of 1-4 times a month with a size of 10 kg per pack with an average purchase of 23.91 kg/month. Seventy percent of households eat rice 3 times a day and 30% eat rice 2 times a day. Households that only eat rice 2 times/day usually replace rice with substitute foods such as instant noodles, bread, market snacks, and others. The factors affecting household rice demand are instant noodles, fish prices, and the number of household members.     Human civilization is entering a disruptive era of technology indicated by behaviour changes and the discovery of new patterns, one of which is digital transformation. It was further triggered by the global COVID-19 pandemic. The right digital marketing model contributes to a massive digital technology-based market transformation to increase the welfare of agricultural business actors. The research focuses on business actors that utilize digital technology in the category of fresh food products. The aims of this research are: 1). Analyzing the effectiveness of digital marketing, and 2). Analyzing business performance. The research using basic case study method. The research location was chosen purposively, namely three business actors, by utilizing digital innovation.The results shows that the business performance of selling fresh food online in Bandar Lampung is divided into two aspects, namely production performance and management performance. Production performance is based on productivity, quality, capacity, process, delivery speed, flexibility, and processing speed to layout. Meanwhile, management performance is based on guidelines regarding good food production methods for home industries, from 13 assessment indicators, it was found that business A was in the category of minor deviation, business actor B and C was in the category of major deviation.Keywords: Digital Transformation, Digital Marketing Effectiveness, Grocerie
