    This research aims to develop learning medium with vocational and technical for android, bades on matter expert and media expert. This research adapted from ADDIE development model which is a type of Research and Development (R&D) there are 5 stages include: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation, but the research is only carried out until the Implementation phase. Validation of the media is done by one matter expert and one media expert.This results showed that the level of media feasibility with vocational and technical for android as a medium learning based on assessment: 1) subject matter expert obtained a total score of 65 and percentage scored 74%, 2) media expert obtained a total score of 69 and percentage scored 78,5%.     This research aims to determine whether by applying Blended Learning learning models using Moodle applications can improve student learning outcomes of D-3 Mechanical Engineering in Applied Physics courses at Jakarta State University.The method used in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is a form of investigation conducted by participants involved in the situation under study. The action is followed by observation and reflection. If needed at a later stage, a followup plan is prepared. The effort was carried out in cycles to form one cycle. The place of research was conducted at Jakarta State University, and the research subjects were 29 Mechanical Engineering D3 students. The study was conducted on November 7, 2019 until December 26, 2019. Learning outcomes were obtained through written tests and then analyzed to compare exam results in each cycle.The results of this study indicate that an increase in student learning outcomes in Applied Physics courses by applying Blended Learning learning models using the Moodle application. Improved learning outcomes can be seen in Cycle I the average value of all students is 52.84 and only 51.72% or 15 students out of a total of 29 students who scored ≥60. In Cycle II the mean value of all students was 74.05 and 86.21% or 25 students out of a total of 29 students who scored ≥60. Researchers can conclude student learning outcomes have increased with the application of Blended Learning learning models using the Moodle application.     ANALISIS RISIKO DAN KERUGIAN KEBAKARAN DAN LEDAKAN PADA TANGKI PENDAM PERTAMAX DI STASIUN PENGISIAN BAHAN BAKAR UMUM (SPBU) X DENGAN METODE DOW’S FIRE AND EXPLOSION INDEX

    In the process of its activities, SPBU (General Fuel Filling Station) X has the risk of fire and explosion because there is storage and distribution of flammable liquid fuel, one of which is Pertamax. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the risk control of the incident in order to reduce the losses incurred. This study aims to determine the risk of fire and explosion, as well as the value of business interruption (BI) or the value of possible losses suffered in the event of a fire and explosion. The risk assessment method used is the Dow's Fire and Explosion Index. The results of the study indicate that the potential for fire and explosion or the value of the fire explosion index (F&EI) is 110.828. This figure shows that the level of potential fire and explosion hazard in the Pertamax storage tank with a capacity of 21,694 liters at SPBU X is classified as Intermediate. The exposure radius is 28.39 meters and the damage factor to the pertamax buried tank is 63%. The large area of ​​the Exposure is 24 m2 with the exposed area as large as the volume of the bunker building of 96 m3. This means that pertamax containment tanks require special safety and security attention in order to reduce the value of the risk level.     PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN RAGI ALAMI DARI SAYURAN LOKAL TERHADAP UMUR SIMPAN ROTI TAWAR OPEN TOP

    This research is aimed (1) to develop natural refreshed starter based on local vegetables (2) to learn its implementation on open top toast bread (3) to observe the quality differences of open top toast bread using chinese cabbage and carrot refreshed starter, based on organoleptic aspects, physical characteristic and shelf life. This research was conducted at PT Saf Indonusa Baking Center Laboratorium, Jakarta, on November - December 2016. Experimental research was done for this research. Friedman Statistic Test and Tukey’s analysis results, showed the differences of open top toast bread final quality, using 10%, 20% and 30% chinese cabbage or carrot refreshed starter. The best finding was shown by subject’s outer color using 20% of chinese cabbage refreshed starter. Shelf life analysis showed that mold was detected on subject with 20% chinese cabbage and carrot refreshed starter on day 2; while for softness aspect of crumbs best results was showed on subject using 20% chinese cabbage and carrot based refreshed starter on day 2.     PERENCANAAN PEMANENAN AIR HUJAN TERINTEGRASI GREEN ROOF UNTUK MENGATASI KEKURANGAN RUANG TERBUKA HIJAU

    The research aims to design integrated green roof rainwater harvesting. The design was underway to provide alternative solutions to open green space in Universitas Negeri Jakarta by-law No. 26 of the year 2007 that was not yet satisfied. The law requires a minimum of 10% of the entire land to become open green space. Therefore, the design was carried out on the roof of one of the buildings in Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The design was done through a bold literature study, identifying the physical and biological characteristics, analyzing potential and constraints on the site, and designing with a retrofitting approach. Based on the calculation of the total area of the roof in Universitas Negeri Jakarta using Google Maps, green roof applications can qualify extents of open green space according to the law. The results of the design consist of three areas on the roof vegetation planted using a tub for producing with a height of 30 cm and 60 cm with the types of plants in the form of groundcover and hedgerows.     This research aimed to find out the maximum compressive strength of paving block with marble waste powder as additive based on SNI 03-0691-1996 for concrete brick class I as wall pair including outside view, physical requirement (compressive strength and water absorption). This research using experimental method to test the object that use 0%, 5%, 10%,15% and 20% of marble waste powder. The object size was 21 cm x 10,5 cm x 8 cm, with total sample was 100 paving block. Each percentage (5 samples for physical test,10 for mechanical test and 5 as reserve ). The testing performed when paving block 28 days old. The research results show to raise the value strong press paving block by the addition of waste the marble to 10 %.Strong press maximum objects test is at the percentage the addition of waste the marble 10 % with strong press of 26,97 mpa. To absorption capacity water look a decrease in with increase in the percentage the addition of waste the marble to 10 % .Power drain employ water maximum objects test is at the percentage the addition of waste the marble 10 % with absorption capacity of water amounting to 5 %.     This reasearch aims to plan the wastewater treatment unit resulting from the activities of slaughterhouses (RPH) located in RPH Dharma Jaya Pulo Gadung. In planning RPH waste water treatment using Activated Sludge (active sludge) system. This wastewater treatment system will be planned in RPH Dharma Jaya Pulo Gadung neighborhood, East Jakarta. The results of the planning of a container tub, sedimentation tub and aeration tub with a total area of ​​114 m² overall. The 5 x 4 x 3 m container uses a concrete structure with 8 ø 20 and ø 12 - 100 mm reinforcement bars on its walls and 8 ø 20 and ø 12 - 125 mm bars on the bottom plate of the tub. In the first 3 x 1 x 3 m racking basin using a concrete structure with 8 ø 16 and ø 12 - 125 mm reinforcement on its walls and 8 ø 20 and ø 12 - 75 mm bars on the bottom plate of the tub. In the aeration tub with dimensions of 3 x 2 x 2.3 m using a concrete structure with 6 ø 16 and ø 12 - 100 mm reinforcement on the walls and reinforcement 6 ø 20 and ø 12 - 125 mm on the bottom plate of the tub. For the connecting channel with Q max of 2.85 m³ / sec we obtain the width and channel depth b = 14 cm and d = 7 cm for the channel from Bar Screen to the container. For the channel from the reservoir to the settling tub with Q max of 2.37 m³ / sec obtained b = 14 cm and d = 7 cm.     This study aims to develop a web-based learning model on the fuel system material and determine the feasibility of the learning model product based on the assessment of 2 material experts, 2 media experts and 30 students at SMK Negeri 54 Jakarta. This research method is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model consisting of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results in this study are a web-based learning model that can be accessed via computers and smartphones with the address https://teknikengine.000webhostapp.com. In this study, it was shown that the level of feasibility of the learning model based on the assessment of material experts from all aspects obtained a percentage of 88.33% which was included in the "Very Eligible" category. Media experts in all aspects obtained a percentage of 85.38% which was included in the "Very Eligible" category and the satisfaction results by students in all aspects obtained a percentage of 89.23% which was included in the "Very Satisfied" category.     Children's limited understanding of danger and self-protection causes children to be less able to anticipate and cope with dangerous conditions that arise around them. This can be fatal for the safety of the child. Even more so when there are no adults around the children so they cannot optimally look after and supervise the children. One way to make children safe from danger is to increase their understanding of danger and ways to overcome danger through self-safety education from an early age. This study discusses the development of learning tools in the form of syllabus, lesson plans and learning media in the form of education cards using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). This study aims to increase students' understanding of the dangers of fire and self-rescue efforts in an emergency when a fire occurs. The population in this study was the fifth grade students at SDN Pondok Kelapa 04 totaling 30 students. This study uses the R&D method with the ADDIE model. The assessment of learning devices in this study was declared feasible from the results of the validation of the experts. This study conducted a reliability test using the KR-20 method to obtain a result of 0.82 and it was stated that this study had a very high reliability value. And test the validity using the Pearson Moment correlation technique to get results above the value of 0.3 and it is stated that this research is valid.     Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendukung tercapainya kompetensi lulusan pada pendidikan kejuruan (vokasi) dengan pendekatan Work_based Learning (pembelajan berbasis kerja). Pembelajaran Berbasis Kerja telah menjadi ciri khas pendidikan kejuruan pada berbagai negara di berbagai Negara yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi lulusan. Salah satu karakteristik pendidikan kejuruan adalah mempersiapkan peserta didik untuk memasuki lapangan kerja, sehingga seharusnya pendidikan kejuruan didasarkan atas demand driven yakni kebutuhan akan dunia kerja. Implementasi dari Program WBL adalah WBL merupakan program bersama antara dunia pendidikan dan dunia kerja, mengintegrasikan antara studi akademik dengan pengembangan karir dan pendekatan melalui pelatihan di tempat kerja, dilakukan di tempat kerja, sebagai sarana bagi lulusan dalam memilih karir, tempat belajar untuk mengembangkan sikap dan perilaku bekerja. Semua hal ini tertuang dalam kurikulum yang disusun secara bersama antara lembaga pendidikan dengan dunia industri. Sebagai konsekuensinya Pelaksanaan program WBL tidak bisa dilaksanakan secara parsial tetapi harus didukung oleh peran-peran lembaga terkait yaitu lembaga/institusi sekolah, dudi, asosiasi profesi, kadin.
