Hubungan Pencapaian Tugas Perkembangan Keluarga Tahap VIII (Aging Family) dengan Perilaku Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Spiritual: Sholat Pada Lansia
Not all religious activity in the elderly can be implemented well, so there are limitations due to physicalconditions that are not strong anymore. Therefore, the family is expected to motivate and facilitate theelderly to meet the spiritual needs so as to increase devotion elderly against God Almighty. This researchaims to analyze the relationship between eight stage (aging family) of family development task with thebehavior of spiritual fulfillment: sholat on the elderly in the Sumbersari village, Jember regency. Thisresearch was observasional analytic using cross sectional study. Data collection was conducted inDecember 2017 at 82 elderly by using cluster random sampling. The research result showed that Familydevelopment task is reached (56.1%) and the average behavior of spiritual fulfillment: prayers 69.11.Statistical test used the Spearman rank that indicated p-value>alpha with 0.359>0.05 which meant therewas no relation between eight stage (aging family) of family development task with the behavior ofspiritual fulfillment: prayers on the elderly in the Sumbersari village, Jember regency. Family support isvery important for the elderly, especially in carrying out the task the development of families with elderly.However, the research result obtained family development task not have correlation on the behavior ofspiritual fulfillment: sholat in elderly, it can be affected by other factors such as the elderly haveconfidence and awareness in carrying out religion activities such as sholat for the provision in the afterlife.

Uji Sitotoksisitas Ekstrak Pektin Limbah Kulit Buah Kopi Robusta (Coffea canephora) pada Kultur Sel Fibroblas Pulpa Gigi Manusia (Cytotoxicity Effect of Pectin Extract from Coffea Robusta (Coffea canephora) Fruit Peels on Human Dental Pulp Fibroblasts Cel
Background: Coffee has a by-product (waste product) that generated from coffee processing. Coffee fruit's peels contains active compound, that is pectin. Pectin has several benefits in health, as a regeneration of hard and soft tissue that can be applied in dentistry and pectin has the potential as an anti-cancer substance. Pectin as a biomaterial must have biocompability. Biocompatibility of the material can be tested by cytotoxicity test by MTT method on human dental pulp fibroblasts cell culture. Objective: To know the toxicity of extract pectin from coffee robusta fruit peels on human dental pulp fibroblasts cell culture. Method: This research is a experimental laboratory with post-test only control group design. Culture of fibroblast cells at the well was exposed by pectin extract for 24 hours, then each well was given MTT and incubated for 4 hours. The effects of cytotoxicity were measured by calculating cell viability (%). Data were analyzed using Probit test, One-way ANOVA followed by LSD. Result: Each group has a cell viability value above 50%. Conclusion: Extract pectin from Robusta coffee fruit peel's had no cytotoxic effect on human dental pulp fibroblsts cell culture

Optimasi Formula Tablet Effervescent Dispersi Padat Meloksikam Menggunakan Desain Faktorial
An effervescent tablet of meloxicam solid dispersion has been developed for geriatric patients who have difficulty swallowing. The objective of this research was to know the optimum concentration of citric acid and sodium bicarbonate which produce the best effervescent tablet. A 2² factorial design was applied to investigate the effect of two factors: concentration of citric acid and sodium bicarbonate (effervescent materials) on hardness, dissolve time, and %drug released t30. Citric acid (6-18 mg) was used as acid source and sodium bicarbonate (18-105 mg) was used as base source. Software Design Expert trial version 10.0.5. was used to determine the optimum formula. The result showed that all formula satisfied the limit of hardness 2-4 kg/cm2 and friability <1%, but only formula (1), b, and ab that satisfied the limit of dissolve time <300 sec and %drug release t30 >70%. Formula A showed dissolve time 436 sec and %drug release t30 less than 70%. Desirability value of 0.917, which indicated the optimum formula, was obtained from the use of citric acid 6 mg and sodium bicarbonate 105 mg.

Hubungan Indeks Kepuasan Pasien tentang Mutu Pelayanan Dimensi Kehandalan dengan Minat Berobat Kembali di RSD Kalisat Kabupaten Jember
RSD Kalisat is one of the hospital that is very concern with the quality of health services. The reliability of service quality is often perceived as the most important dimension for the customer. Quality of service is very influential on patient satisfaction. If the health care provided is good, then the patient will be satisfied and the possibility to reuse services in health care-related agencies will increase. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between patient satisfaction index in the reliability of service quality with utility at RSD Kalisat. This study used cross sectional design with total sample of 84 respondents. The instrument used was RSD Kalisat profile and questionnaire to determine patient satisfaction index in the reliability of service quality and statement for utility. The results of statistical test by Spearman's Rho showed a significance value (p=0.021) and the correlation coefficient (r =0.252). Thus, it can be concluded that there was a significant correlation between patient satisfaction index in the reliability of service quality with utility at RSD Kalisat Jember with a weak correlation.

Background: Rosella flower and Black Tea Leaves is an herbal plant that contains antibacterial use full for decontamination materials toothbrush to prevent cross infection. Objective: The objective of this research was to identify the number of bacterial colonies on the water immersion results and more effective between the two materials. Method: This researchis an experimental laboratory by the posttest only control group design in 9 samples were divided into 3 groups (one control groups and the 2 treatments groups). Each group consisted of 3 samples. Decontamination method was by immersion toothbrush for 10 minutes. Result and Conclusion: The decline levels in the number of bacterial colonies on the toothbrush immersion is greatest in the Rosella group, decrease in the number of bacterial colonies after the immersion Rosella solution higher than Black Tea leaves, Rosella solution more effective as a material decontamination toothbrush.

Efek Minuman Keras Oplosan terhadap Perubahan Histopatologi Organ Renal Tikus Wistar Jantan
Mixed liquor is a liquor mixed with other substances, mainly ethanol and methanol. Mixed liquor can cause kidney destruction. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of mixed liquor toward kidney's microscopic and macroscopically changes. This study used 24 rats which were divided into 4 groups consist of 1 control group and 3 experimental groups. The first, second, and third experimental groups were given ethanol 1,296ml/2 days; methanol 0,2592ml/2days and aquades 1,4448ml/2 days for 5 days; 11 days and 17 days, respectively. Afterward rats were terminated and the right kidney mass was measured. The kidney tissue was prepared for histological examination and the number of necrotic cell was calculated. According to Kruskal Wallis test, kidney mass was not significantly different (p>α) while total necrotic cells was significantly different (p<α). This study showed that rats induced with mixed liquor for 5 , 11, and 17 days resulted in kidney microscopically change.
 
Pengaruh Terapi Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) terhadap Depresi pada Klien Hipertensi
Hypertension is a disease that characterized by increased of systolic and diastolic bloodpressure that can cause problems in both physical and psychological problems. One ofpsychological problems is depression. EFT therapy is a relaxation technique that could beused to decrease depression in hypertension client. The purpose of this study was to analyzethe effect of EFT therapy on depression in hypertension client. This research usedquasi experimental method with control group pretest-posttest design. The sampling techniquewas consecutive sampling involving 20 respondents that divided into 10 respondentas intervention group who got EFT therapy and 10 respondents as control group who doneactivity daily. Data were analyzed by using Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney U Test with 95%CI (É‘=0,05). The result showed that there was a difference of depression before given EFTin intervention group (p=0,003), while in control group there was no difference (p=1,000).There was significant difference of depression on client hypertension in both interventionand control group (p=0,001).The relaxation effect of EFT therapy stimulates the pituitarygland to release endorphin hormone to produce serotonin hormone and dopamine hormone.The conclusion is EFT therapy can reduce depression in hypertension clients, thereforeit can be applied as one of the non-pharmacological therapy in hypertension client.

Penetapan Kadar Inulin dalam Ekstrak Air Umbi Bengkuang (Pachyrhizus erosus L.) dari Gresik Jawa Timur dengan Metode KLT Densitometri (Inulin Determination of Yam Bean Tuber (Pachyrhizus erosus L.) from Gresik East Java using TLC Densitometry)
Yam bean is one of tubers group that has many benefits because of its chemical constituents named inulin. Yam bean are produced in several regions in Indonesia such as Tegal, Bogor, Prembun, and Madura. In this research, inulin determination in yam bean tuber from Gresik East Java as one of yam bean production center, performed to obtain the plant source in Indonesia which is potential to produce inulin. Inulin determination was conducted using TLC Densitometry method that has been validated. Based on a standard curve that meets the requirements of linearity (r=0,997; Vxo=3,847%; Xp=355,407ng), the results showed that levels of inulin in yam bean tuber derived from Gresik was 12,322%±1,733% and mean recovery was 100,08% ± 1,142%. Pengaruh Pemberian Kombinasi Ekstrak Etanol Daun Sidaguri (Sida rhombifolia L.) dan Rimpang Jahe Merah (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) pada Mencit Jantan Hiperurisemia
This study aimed to determine the effect of the combination of sidaguri leaves and red ginger rhizome extracts in uric acid levels of hyperuricemic male mice. Thirty-six mice were divided into nine groups including normal group, the positive control (+), negative control (-), extracts of four treatment groups with a variety of combinations and two groups of single extract. Hyperuricemia induction was performed by administering mixture melinjo 10% of the standard feed mice for 7 days dan potassium oxonate 250 mg/kg BB intraperitoneally at 2 hours before blood sampling. The results showed that the combination dose of sidaguri leaves of 50 mg/kg BB and red ginger rhizome 400 mg/kg BB had higher antihyperuricemia activity than other combinations in lowering uric acid levels of mice. Compounds may have antihyperuricemic activity were flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, tannins, and terpenoids.

Sintesis dan Uji Aktivitas Antibakteri Senyawa N-Fenil-3,4-Diklorobenzamida (Synthesis and Antibacterial Activity Assay of N-Phenyl-3,4-Dichlorobenzamide)
In this research, the synthesis of N-phenyl-3,4-diklorobenzamida was carried out by reacting 1,3-diphenylthiourea and 3,4-dichlorobenzoil chloride via bimolecular nucleophilic substitution reaction (SN2). The assays for the obtained compound product were purity test (tested by TLC and melting point tester), chemical and physical characterization (shape, color, and solubility), confirmation of the compound and structure (performed by UV-Vis spectrophotometer, FTIR spectrometer, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR). The result showed that the compound was synthesized successfully with a yield of 42%, then the in vitro test of antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538 and Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853 was conducted by well diffusion method. The compound N-phenyl-3,4-dichlorobenzamida did not have antibacterial activity which showed by the absence of inhibition diameter.
