Hubungan Motivasi Diri terhadap Kepatuhan Diet pada Pasien Diabetes Melitus Tipe II di Poliklinik Interna RSD Mangusada
Diabetes mellitus patients often experience non-compliance with diet implementation problems. Dietary compliance is an issue because there will be saturation, so motivation is needed for patients to be able to control their blood glucose by regulating their diet. This study aimed to determine the correlation between self-motivation and dietary adherence of patients with diabetes mellitus at the Internal Polyclinic of Mangusada Hospital. The study was conducted using an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach in 78 respondents, who were selected using a consecutive sampling technique. Data were collected using the Treatment Self-Regulation Questionnaire and Dietary Compliance Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Spearman's rho test. The results showed that the majority had good motivation, as many as 46 respondents (59%), and had good diet compliance, as many as 41 respondents (52.6%). The statistical analysis obtained a p-value of 0.034, indicating that there is a correlation between self-motivation and dietary adherence in patients with diabetes mellitus at the Internal Polyclinic of Mangusada Hospital. The study recommends that nurses always provide motivation to patients so that they comply with the diabetes mellitus diet.
Hubungan Harga Diri dengan Kualitas Hidup pada Pasien Hemodialisis di RSUD Tabanan
Chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients with hemodialysis have problems related to the impact of hemodialysis, namely, physiological and psychological stressors, which result in decreased quality of life. One of the causes of decreased quality of life is self-esteem, which is associated with dependence, role changes, changes in self-image, and sexual dysfunction. Penentuan Kadar Flavonoid Total dan Pembentukan Model Klasifikasi Serbuk Daun Singkong (Manihot esculenta Crantz) Berbeda Ketinggian Tempat Tanam
Cassava is a plant in the Euphorbiaceae family and is commonly found in Indonesia. One of the main secondary metabolites of cassava leaves is flavonoids. The secondary metabolite content of a plant is affected by several factors, including the height of the planting site. This research was conducted to determine differences in flavonoid content and to form a classification model of cassava leaf powder based on the height of the planting site. The UV-Vis spectrophotometer colorimetric method was used to measure the flavonoid content of cassava leaf powder, which was then analyzed statistically. The formation of the classification model was carried out using NIR spectroscopy and Chemometrics. The total flavonoid content of the sample from the highlands, medium plains, and lowlands was 13.599, 12.212, and 10.912 mg QE/gram powder, respectively. The One-Way ANOVA test showed that there is a significant difference in the average total flavonoid content of cassava leaf powder. The post hoc test showed that the data for each altitude had a significant difference from the other. The formation of LDA, SVM, and SIMCA classification chemometric models has 100% accuracy and is validated with 100% accuracy, so the LDA, SVM, and SIMCA models could categorize all samples in the valid category. Therefore, the selected and validated chemometric models are LDA, SVM, and SIMCA models

The study used a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest research design. The results showed that brochure, educational fan, and flash card media increased the knowledge with a p-value <0.05 between pre- and post-treatment. And attitudes pre and post treatment were different, with p<0.05 only in the educational fan media group, while the brochure and flash card showed p-value >0.05. In conclusion, brochures, educational fans, and flash cards demonstrated a significant increase in knowledge, while only educational fan media showed a significant increase in attitudes
Pengaruh Terapi Relaksasi Napas Dalam dan Genggam Jari pada Klien Perdarahan Uterus Abnormal di Ruang Rengganis RSUD dr. Abdoerrahem Situbondo
Abnormal Uterine Bleeding (AUB) is a condition where blood comes out continuously between periods of the normal menstrual cycle. This condition can cause pain. Each individual's pain response is different, which is influenced by previous pain experiences, gender, and age, so that if this is not handled properly, it can cause anxiety. Examples of non-pharmacological therapy in pain management are deep breathing relaxation techniques and finger grip techniques, which are a combination of breathing control and touch techniques with the effect of making the body more relaxed and triggering feelings of comfort through the surface of the skin and stimulating the body to release endorphin compounds so that it is assessed effective in reducing pain. This case report showed that deep breathing relaxation and finger grip techniques are effective in decreasing pain intensity in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding

Efektivitas Penggunaan ITN (Insecticide Treated Nets) terhadap Penurunan Kasus Malaria pada Anak di Bawah 5 Tahun di Indonesia
Malaria is caused by the Plasmodium parasite and is transmitted through the bites of infected Anopheles mosquitoes, which are prevalent in tropical regions, including Indonesia. In 2010, Indonesia recorded 465.7 thousand positive malaria cases, but this number decreased to 235.7 thousand in 2020. Additionally, the Annual Parasite Incidence (API) also showed a decline from 1.96 in 2010 to 0.87 in 2020. Various preventive measures have been implemented, including the use of Insecticide-Treated Nets (ITN). This research employed a literature review method with the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review & Meta-Analysis) approach, gathering data from international journal sources such as Google Scholar and PubMed, comprising a total of 13 journal articles. The study found that ITNs can reduce the incidence of malaria, particularly among children under five years old in Indonesia. The government's program for distributing ITNs has proven effective in decreasing malaria cases. Health workers, community health volunteers, and community-based health service centers play a crucial role in disseminating information, distributing, and promoting the use of ITNs. Based on the literature review, it was concluded that the use of ITNs is effective in reducing malaria cases in children under 5 years old in Indonesia
Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Post-natal Care terhadap Kepuasan Ibu Post-partum di Puskesmas Kandangan, Kediri
Two out of three most common factors causing maternal deaths in Indonesia are bleeding and infections that occur in postpartum mothers. One important factor in postnatal care (PNC) services is the satisfaction of postpartum mothers with the care they receive. The study aimed to study the influence of postnatal care service quality on the satisfaction of postpartum mothers. This is a quantitative approach and the satisfaction dimension, including technical competence, effectiveness, efficiency, safety, information, punctuality, and interpersonal relationships. Data were collected by interviews using questionnaires and statistically analyzed using a t-test followed by multiple linear regression with the constant value of 0.678. The result showed that the dimensions of technical competence, efficiency, safety, information, punctuality, and interpersonal relationships affect postpartum maternal satisfaction. Meanwhile, the effectiveness dimension does not affect postpartum maternal satisfaction, and the efficiency dimension has the highest effect on postpartum maternal satisfaction at Kandangan Public Health Center, Kediri
