    AbstractThe teacher's strategy in implementing socially caring character education for students includes habituation patterns, giving reprimands, exemplary, strengthening as well as for outside there are routine activities, providing exemplary outside of learning and environmental conditioning. The purpose of this study is, (1) to analyze the teacher's strategy in implementing social care character education for students. (2) Describe the constraints of the teacher's strategy in implementing socially caring character education for students. (3) Describe how to overcome the teacher's strategic constraints in implementing socially caring character education for fifth grade students at SD Negeri 1 Sukorejo. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research. Researchers conducted observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, then draws conclusions. The data validity technique uses technique and source triangulation. The results showed that: (1) Overall the teacher had not implemented or seen from his strategy in implementing student character education because certain obstacles were found. (2) Obstacles in the teacher's strategy in implementing social care character education for students in general that were found were the emotions of children or students who were not yet stable at their age and time constraints for implementation. (3) The way to overcome the obstacles found in the teacher's strategy for implementing socially caring character education in general is to control students and conditions according to the conditions between the teacher and students

    This study aims to (1) describe the written mathematical communication skills of fourth grade students in solving flat story problems, (2) describe the factors that influence the written mathematical communication skills of fourth grade students in solving flat story problems. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The subjects in this study were fourth grade students at SD Negeri Tegalsari. Data collection techniques use the results of test questions and interview results. Data validity testing technique uses time, technique, and source triangulation techniques. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman. The results showed that students' written mathematical communication skills in the ability to write problems in their own language were 50%, the ability to express everyday events with mathematical symbols was 80%, the ability to express everyday problems in the form of pictures was 40%, the ability to understand and evaluate mathematical ideas in solving problems in writing 40%, and the ability to write a conclusion according to the problem 0%. Factors that influence written mathematical communication skills are students' knowledge of the concept of flat shapes, students' confidence in the answers given, understanding of the questions, and the intensity of giving story questions by the teache

    Abstract. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the use of pop up book media in teaching Pancasila education about the meaning of Pancasila symbols in grade 4 students at SD N Banmati 02 in the 2022/2023 academic year. The form of this research is a type of analytical research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were 17 students and teachers of Pancasila education in grade 4 of SD N Banmati 02 for the 2022/2023 academic year. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Test the validity of the data using the triangulation method. The data analysis step uses the Creswell analysis technique. The conclusion of this study is that the use of Pop Up Book media in learning planning is already in the good category but there are still obstacles including not reaching all students, it can only be used for visual learning styles, its use must be careful, and the production costs are expensive. The results of learning the material for the meaning of the Pancasila precepts using Pop Up Book media consisted of a formative assessment of 76% getting a score of 82 and above, and a summative assessment of 75% getting a score of 83 and above so that the use of Pop Up Book media was successful.

    This study aims to describe the results of the analysis of factors that hinder learning to read beginning and describe solutions for the process of learning to read beginning in class II students. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The subject of this research is the second grade teacher of SDIT IslamyCawas. Research data were collected through interview data collection techniques and document studies. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that the factors that hindered early reading learning were as follows: (1) The teacher did not prepare for learning in the classroom. (2) Student factors, difficulty concentrating during learning due to fatigue, being disturbed by friends, and hyperactivity. (3) Factors in the learning process, use of inappropriate learning methods, less varied learning resources, lack of learning media, and lack of interaction between teachers and students. (4) Factors of facilities and infrastructure, lack of reading resources, absence of libraries, teaching aids and available learning media are not adequate. (5) Environmental factors, a family environment that is not conducive for students and the lack of tutoring by parents due to economic demands. Solutions used by teachers: (1) Mentoring and special assignments for hyperactive students. (2) A special class for learning to read for students who have difficulty reading. (3) Looking for reading sources and learning media from the internet

    This study aims to describe and analyze the distribution of cognitive process dimensions in formative questions in the Indonesian language book "Aku bisa!" grade 1 elementary school merdeka curriculum. This research is a type of content analysis research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The research data is in the form of a distribution of formative assessment questions categorized according to the cognitive levels of Bloom revised by Anderson and Krathwohl. The data analysis technique used Creswell's spiral analysis model. The results of this study showed that Indonesian formative assessment questions were found to be unevenly distributed and integrated in the learning process. This has the benefit of providing feedback for students regarding mastery of learning materials and feedback for teachers to improve and perfect further learning. The formative assessment questions in the grade 1 Indonesian book "Aku Bisa!" cover six cognitive dimensions with a distribution of C1 50%, C2 27%, C3 3%, C4 10%, C5 7%, and C6 3%. Basically, grade 1 students are still in the beginning reading and writing stage. However, they also need to be trained to develop their thinking skills through language activities

    The purpose of this research is to describe the learning discipline of fourth grade students of SDIT Salsabila 6 Magetan during online learning of Civics on rights and obligations. The research approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research design with a case study approach. Data collection techniques is interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique of this research is based on the interactive analysis techniques of Miles and Huberman. Data validity by Triangulation of sources and use of reference materials. The results of the study indicate that Civics learning on rights and obligations is carried out online through Whatsapp media. Students have shown obedience to learning activities at school as a form of learning obligation for students. Students have not shown their activeness during learning. This is caused by learning materials that are easy to understand, factors that decrease enthusiasm for learning, signal problems, cellphones brought by parents, and online learning that is not yet oriented to students. These factors also affect the inaccuracy of students in completing assignments. During online learning, the rights of students are fulfilled.     Researchers used pop up books with profil pelajar pancasila to help students better understand the concept of berkebhinekaan global. This study is qualitative and uses the classroom action research approach. Data collection techniques include observation, tests, and documentation. Data validity testing techniques include content validity, triangulation of techniques, and sources. Data analysis is descriptive comparative by comparing the values of the pre-action test results of cycle 1, 2, and 3. Researchers also use interactive data analysis, which consists of collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and verifying data. The results of the pre-action test showed a completeness of 7.14% of 2 students with a mean of 47.14. Then, in cycle one there was an increase in completeness of 39.29%, 11 students with a mean of 63.28. In the second cycle the completeness was 75%, a total of 21 students with a mean of 77.28. In the third cycle, the completeness was 89.29%, a total of 25 students with a mean of 80. According to the research that has been done, the use of pop up books with profil pelajar pancasila material in grade 4 SDN Setono, Surakarta in 2022/2023 can enhance comprehension of the concept of berkebhinekaan global

    Penerapan model project based learning (pjbl) untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPA di kelas V sekolah dasar

    The aim of this classroom action research is to describe the application of the project based learning model and increase the active learning of students in class V at SDN Kalijoso. This research involved teachers and all fifth grade students at Kalijoso Elementary School, totaling 26 students. Interviews, documentation and observations were used to collect data. Source and technical triangulation is used to determine the validity of the data. Interactive data analysis as a data analysis method. The findings of this study show that the implementation of the project based learning model is carried out according to steps including (1) starting with basic questions, (2) making a product plan, (3) making a schedule, (4) monitoring, (5) testing product results, ( 6) evaluation of experience. The application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model can increase students' learning activeness through three cycles. The average pre-action learning activity was 31.95% then increased in the first cycle to 58% and increased in the second cycle to 76.27% and again increased in the third cycle to 88.45%.Kata kunci: project based learning, active learning, science learning, elementary schoo

    This study aims to improve description writing skills by applying guided writing. This study is Classroom Action Research with two cycles. The subjects in this study were the second grade students of state Primary School of Tegalrejo 98 Surakarta in academic year 2019/2020 with 15 students. Data collection techniques in this study in the form of interviews, observations, tests and documentations. Validity test technique in this study are the source and content triangulation technique, as well as the content validity. Data analysis used is interactive analysis and comparative descriptive analysis. The initial condition of descriptive text writing skills of second grade resulted 13,3%. The first cycle resulting in percentage of 46,7% in classical and the second cycle with the percentage of 86,7% in classical terms. The conclusions in this study is guided writing improved descriptive writing skills on second grade students of state Primary School of Tegalrejo 98 Surakarta 2091/2020 academic year

    This qualitative descriptive research study focuses on the implementation of the IPAS curriculum for free material civilized society class IV SDN 01 Plumbon in 2022/2023. The study uses purposive sampling techniques, observation, documentation study interviews, and creswell data analysis to analyze the learning outcomes. The results show that differential learning is not optimal, and teachers face challenges such as passive interaction and less attention. Students also face issues like lack of IPAS accompanying books and disturbances in focus. To address these issues, the study recommends using varied learning methods, following seminars, and providing support and feedback. The study also examines learning outcomes through formative and summative assessments, with an average formative value of 81 and an average summative value of 77.5.
