Implementasi Mediasi Melalui Peradilan Agama dalam Penyelesaian Sengketa Rumah Tangga Berpoligami di Pengadilan Agama Rantau Prapat
The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of mediation through the religious courts in the settlement of polygamous household disputes at the Rantau Prapat religious court. Especially about how it is planned, what are the steps, what are the inhibiting and supporting factors, and why mediation is needed at the Rantau Prapat religious court. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that; 1) counselee planning at the religious court of Labuhan Batu Regency in reducing the number of polygamous disputes is carried out in two plans, namely based on service culture and based on transformative culture. 2) Mediation steps using Education and Consultative. 3) The supporting factors are the facilities and infrastructure, the tools or instrumentals used, the existence of understanding material about the importance of the sakinah family as well as an evaluation of technical implementation. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of awareness of some people to participate in the sakinah family program, less than optimal empowerment, less than optimal support from P3K, not yet optimal provision of constructive sakinah family development activities through the sakinah family festival, 4) the need for mediation as a solution to reduce the number of polygamous disputes, which is based on behind by the existence of pressure from Islamic communities or organizations and the desire for one's rights
Receptions and Official Celebrations in Baghdad During The Late Abbasid Era (550-656 H /1155-1258 Ad)
The late Abbasid era witnessed a successful political experience, culminating in the restoration of the Abbasid Caliphate institution’s prestige that disappeared for a long time. The caliphs of this era were keen to keep that achievement. They restored the ceremonies that used to be performed during the days of the Caliphate’s Golden Age. One of those ceremonies was the reception of distinguished visitors such as sultans, princes, and messengers who arrived in Dar Al-Khilafah. Those ceremonies followed a regular pattern and were under the supervision of an institution associated with Diwan Al-Khilafah known as Dar Atashreefat (House of Ceremonies). Reception ceremonies began from the moment of the arrival of the Caliph’s guests to the outskirts of Baghdad, where the Caliphal procession stood waiting to receive those guests, then accompanied them to Dar Al-Khilafah. At the same time, Dar Atashreefat arranged everything related to the visit; preparing the house for residency, the guest’s visit to Dar Al-Khilafah to be honored by the meeting of the Caliph, concluding the visit and bidding farewell to the guest
Mengenal Konsep Filsafat Ketuhanan dan Tasauf Ahmad Daudy
Kajian mendalam terhadap filsafat ketuhanan dan tasauf tergolong kajian serius. Ahmad Daudy termasuk salah seorang yang mengkaji persoalan-persoalan tersebut secara serius. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui konsep filsafat ketuhanan dan tasauf melalui karya tulis Ahmad Daudy. Sebagai penelitian kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penelusuran kepustakaan guna menemukan data-data yang dibutuhkan untuk keperluan penelitian. Adapun hasil penelitian yang didapatkan, bahwa Ahmad Daudy dalam membahas konsep filsafat ketuhanan mendasarkan pemikirannya pada Alquran, pendapat filsuf, dan pendapat teolog Islam, hal ini sangat beralasan karena ada beberapa persoalan dan dianggap rumit untuk dijelaskan seperti hubungan antara sifat Allah dengan zat-Nya. Sehingga masalah ini tetap menjadi pokok sengketa yang sangat mendasar antara sesama umat Islam dalam upaya memahami zat dan sifat Tuhan. Menurut Ahmad Daudy, sekiranya umat Islam tidak mempertanyakan masalah ini dan bersikap tafwid dan tanzih menyerahkan hal itu kepada Allah Swt, seperti yang diperlihatkan oleh para ulama salaf terdahulu, maka perbedaan pendapat yang mengarah ke permusuhan sesama umat Islam tidak akan terjadi. Mengenai tasauf, Ahmad Daudy berpendapat, bahwa tasauf tidak dikenal dalam generasi awal Islam, tasauf datang pada umat Islam dengan jalan hidayah. Pada abad ke 8 dan 9 M tasauf mulai dinyatakan sebagai suatu sistem ajaran. Dan dalam perkembangannya menjadi sangat filosofis dan konseptual. Tauhid dalam tasauf sifatnya ontologis, sehingga dalam memahaminya memiliki tingkatan-tingkatan, yaitu antara yang dipahami orang awam dan orang sufi
Strategi Pembentukan Karakter dalam Perspektif Imam al-Haddad
This study proposed to understand the strategy of character building from the perspective of Imam al-Haddad. This study used a qualitative approach with the type of library research. The research data were collected using documentation techniques and analyzed using content analysis. The results showed that the strategy of character building according to Imam al-Haddad can be classified into two parts, namely: First, character building through spiritual improvement, which includes strengthening belief and faith in Allah SWT, improving intention before committing an act, fostering an introspective attitude, hold fast to the Qur'an and al-Sunnah, cleanse the mind of despicable traits, carry out religious obligations, and do sunnah deeds and their manners. Second, character building through good habits, which include managing and filling time with positive activities, cleaning the body, practicing daily etiquette according to the teachings of the prophet Muhammad SAW, being wira'i, speaking well, getting along with good people, love for Allah, amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, being fair, easy to forgive, devoted to parents, establish friendship, and respect and imitate teachers. The strategy of character building according to Imam al-Haddad's perspective strengthens the theory of strategy of character building according to Imam al-Ghazali's perspective
Implementasi Konsep Ahli Waris Patah Titi Di Mahkamah Syar’iyah Bireuen, Aceh, Indonesia
Legal pluralism in Indonesia has formed a different inheritance law system, namely institutions patah titi is an heir who dies earlier than the heir, and then his position can be replaced by a grandchild, which is set in Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI). This article wants to discuss the practice of judges' legal considerations at the Syar'iyah Court Bireuen in implementing the terms of patah titi, as stipulated in article 185 paragraph (1) and (2) KHI. This article uses legal research methods empirical legal research, namely research conducted on data in the form of cases of inheritance patah titi in the Syar'iyah Bireuen Court. The results of the author's research on judges' considerations in implementing the case patah titi in the Syar'iyah Bireuen Court, namely, the Panel of Judges of the Syar'iyah Bireuen Court in deciding inheritance cases patah titi refers to the Syafi'iyah fiqh system for inheritance cases that occurred before the existence of the KHI rules. However, in some cases that occurred after the KHI, some were decided based on the KHI rules, and others did not follow the KHI rules based on particular considerations for the benefit of the heirs
Ulama and Fatwa (Pros and cons of the Circular Letter of the Aceh Governor and MPU Decree)
This study critically discusses the pros and cons of the circular letter (surat edaran) of the Aceh governor and Ulama Consultative Council (MPU) Decree No. 2 of 2020 related to responses and public evaluation of the prohibition of the religious learning forums (pengajian) other than Ahlussunnah Waljama’ah. This research is a qualitative research with three data collection techniques: meticulous observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The result of the study showed that there were pros and cons related to the circular letter and decision on the prohibition of conducting pengajian that contradicts the I’tiqat of Ahlussunnah Waljama’ah which is based on Syafi’i School of Law. Among them, according to the Aceh government and the MPU, the circular letter is intended to prevent greater abuses in the form of disunity in the Acehnese community due to differences in understanding in matters of worship. Meanwhile, others failed to understand the circular letter and MPU decrees because they consider them weak and were greatly influenced by certain conservative Islamic figures in Aceh, appearing to some people as political activity and power

Penetapan Harga Jual Beli Ikan Oleh Toke Bangku Di Tpi Lampulo, Aceh, Indonesia Ditinjau dari Perspektif Adat dan Ekonomi Islam
TPI Lampulo is one of the biggest fish trading transactions in Banda Aceh. Determination of the price of fish dominated by Toke Bangku, the price has been going for a long time. It is indicated that the sale and purchase are not based on willingness and is fair, while the toke bangku for the bench sets the selling price of fish depending on the weather and market conditions. This study employed a descriptive analysis method, and the data were analyzed qualitatively. The data were collected based on field research and literature review. The results showed that the price set by toke bangku was not according to fisherman because of the law of the price, while toke bangku determination of the selling price was following the weather conditions at sea and market. In the review of Acehnese custom, the price-fixing of toke bangku accordance with law and custom since of the Aceh Sultanate. Whereas according to the perspective of Islamic economics, toke bangku and fisherman get the reward in world and hereafter. It indicates that the value of monotheism is always embedded in life.
Taṭwīr Kitāb Al-Qirā’ah Al-Rasyīdah Al-Mujallad 3 Bi Al-Tamrīnāt (Dirāsah Al-Baḥts Wa Al-Taṭwir Bi Ma‘Had Al-Manār)
The researchers found some issues related to most students struggling to understand the text because of new vocabularies that are unfamiliar for them. Students need the translation of those vocabularies in Arabic and some exercises that could help them understand the text in the book. Based on those issues, the researcher wants to help students by developing the Qirā’ah Rasyīdah book using exercises that could help the students understand the text. This research aims to find the method of developing this book using the exercises, finding the effectiveness of the book's utilisation. This study employs a research and development approach. There were 22 samples from 10th-grade students. We collected data using a test, questionnaire, and interview, while the data analysis technique uses a t-test formula using the SPSS program. Moreover, the result from this experiment is that the development method of Qirā’ah Rasyīdah by using exercise based on expert judgment is valid. Also, the result of using Qirā’ah Rasyīdah as a material for exercise effectively increases student understanding. Furthermore, this is based on the result of the level of (Sig.) 0,00 < 0,05, and this shows that the hypothetical hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted
Tracing Triggers from Intern Islamic Conflict: Case Study of Syi’ah-Sunni in Indonesian
Syi'ah is a group of Muslims who believe that sayyidina Ali ra. is a person who has the right to be a successor to the prophet, because the Prophet SAW. willed that his successor after death was sayidina Ali bin Abi Talib. The existence of new streams that emerge at this time is some of the other schools that are a challenge from the previous one too, from time to time and continue to always be there. Until now the above phenomenon cannot be avoided. Freedom of religion is an open choice for the community that leads to the progress of democracy. testament delivered by the Prophet Muhammad to "appoint Ali ibn Abi Talib to be caliph after the Prophet Muhammad. named after the hadith "Ghadir Khumm" used by the Shiites. Whoever violates this will be cursed by Allah and the Apostle. The religion brought by the prophet, until he died, was only one, namely Islam, not divided, Shi'a and Sunnah were not yet born. Furthermore, after the Prophet's death, it turns out there is a hadith or history that is considered by the Shiites as a will of the Prophet Muhammad. to the ummah to appoint Sayyidina Ali to the Caliph when he died. In terms of history, both believe there is a substitute for the Holy Prophet. namely the Shiite group, saidina Ali ra. minus three caliphs, while the sunnah saidina Ali ra. plus three other caliphs. According to Shi'a the appointment of Ali was based on revelation, while the appointment of the caliph according to the sunnah was through the ijtihad of Companions. Such understanding does not damage the joints of the faith in Islam, because they both adhere to the Qur'an and Sunnah. From a cultural point of view the Sunnah is culturally Shia. The proof is the existence of distinctive Shi'a traditions which are still being carried out by the sunnah; such as: the grave pilgrimage tradition, tahlilan, ark and so on. The tradition was born in the form of Shafi'i schools. So, outside of Syafi'i, inside Shi'a, or vice versa the tradition of Shi'a inside is sunnah
