PATRONASE PANOPTIK: HIRARKHI SPIRITUAL DAN KUASA MURSYID DALAM TAREKAT NAQSYABANDIYAH KHALIDIYAH
Studi tentang panoptikon dalam kehidupan sosial selalu dihubungkan dengan kuasa dalam pendisiplinan tubuh. Dalam banyak tulisan para sarjana menggunakan teori ini untuk melihat bagaimana relasi kuasa mempengaruhi proses pendisiplinan. Di sisi lain studi tentang tarekat dihubungkan dengan upaya pendisiplinan batin bagi jamaahnya. Artikel ini akan membahas struktur kepemimpinan dalam tarekat Naqsyabandiyah Khalidiyah di Aceh. Dalam relasi ini kepemimpinan dalam tarekat memiliki dua dimensi sekaligus, dimensi relasi kuasa antara Mursyid dengan jamaah, di sisi lain memiliki proses pendisiplinan batin melalui riyadah. Artikel ini focus pada relasi yang terbangun dalam tarekat Naqsyabandiyah Khalidiyah yanga da di Aceh. Tarekat ini memiliki akar yang kuat pada Syaikh Muda Waly al-Khalidi yang berasal dari Labuhanhaji, Kabupaten Aceh Selatan. Dalam prosesnya tarekat ini memiliki pengembangan variasi kepemimpinan yang menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan zaman. Peran Guru sebagai Role Model dalam Membina Akhlak Siswa SUPM Ladong Aceh
Teachers have a duty to educate, in a broad sense, which refers to teaching, giving encouragement or motivation, praising, punishing, role-modeling, developing habits, and others. In the process of education, an educator is expected to have good teaching skills, high pedagogic competence, a good personality, and exemplary attitudes. In this study, the focuses were on the teachers’ roles as role models in fostering students’ behaviors, the obstacles faced by teachers as role models in fostering the students’ behaviors, and the efforts made to overcome the obstacles faced by the teacher as a role model in fostering the students’ behaviors at SUPM Ladong Aceh. The study used a qualitative approach, taking a total of 10 respondents, consisting of the school principal, the teachers, and the students of SUPM Ladong Aceh. Data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the teachers of Islamic religious education have played a very important and strategic role in building the students’ characters. The teachers have tried to act as mentors, advisors, role models, and evaluators for the students. In terms of the obstacles, the teachers encountered the lack of self-awareness of exemplary behaviors needed in developing the students’ behaviors, the students’ lack of awareness of the importance of moral education for everyday life, and the environmental factors that influenced the students. To overcome these issues, the teachers kept showing exemplary attitudes, educating the students through applying supervision policy and counseling, teaching good habits to the students, giving rewards and punishments, disciplining the students, and working together with the parents, as well as applying the curriculum of moral education explicitly
Membedah Kasus Penistaan Agama oleh sang Murtad Kace
In August 2021, Indonesia was shocked by the blasphemy incident by an Indonesian YouTuber. It is not surprising that this religious blasphemy exists because it often happens in Indonesia over and over again. Uniquely, the name of this religious blasphemer has the initials MK, which begins with the name of "Muhammad" aka Muhammad Kace by dressing like a cleric, wearing black caps, and attracting netizens to upload his YouTube account with many controversial statements. Another uniqueness is that Kace is a religious blasphemer as well as an apostate. Perhaps we know that a religious blasphemer publicly proclaimed his apostasy to the public in his material posted on YouTube in 2014. In this article, we will find out what the phenomenon of blasphemy by Kace is, and what the Islamic perspective is in that context
Kufrun Duna Kufrin, Terminologi Ibnu Abbas Membantah Sekte Takfiri
The takfiri sect misunderstands infidel terminology (ghuluw fi at-takfir). Everyone who does not rule with what Allah has revealed is an infidel, apostate, out of the corridors of Islam. Contrary to the understanding of Ibn Abbas RA. and the majority of friends that the meaning of the word of Allah in the letter al-Ma'idah verse 44 is not a grand infidel, but a sinful act that does not cause the disbeliever to apostatize (kufrun duna kufrin). This research is a literature review, the author uses the method of library research or library research. The data sources in this study used authoritative classical and contemporary commentaries, and other sources relevant to the research. This study concludes that the terminology of Ibn Abbas RA. "kufrun duna kufrin" managed to overturn the misguided understanding of these takfiri. Explaining his mistakes and errors, that not everyone who realizes other than Allah's law is a big infidel who threatens his Islamic status. It could be that he is still a Muslim who disobeys Allah, because he is unable to fulfill one of the Islamic laws
Islamising Cooperative Societies in Nigeria: Issues at Stake
Islamic Cooperative Societies (ICSs) have come to be in Nigeria, though very recent. These societies are presently prototypes of the conventional cooperatives. This means that they operate by adapting the system of the latter to Sharīʿah. The objective of this paper is to examine some issues which view the ICSs as interest-based societies in the sight of some critics. These issues include the sources and expenditures of funds in the ICSs among others. The work studies the cooperative from the Islamic perspective, the basis of the cooperative, current reality of ICSs in Nigeria as well as finance in the ICSs. Secondary data was used to achieve the objectives of this study. The study proves that sources of fund from registration fee, fine and levies, administrative fee, sale of stationeries like loan form and loan bond form, and others cannot make the ICSs interest based institutions as opined by the critics, since those funds serve as tools protecting both the members and the cooperatives from being collapsed. It also suggests that the ICSs should expand the scope of sources of funds to accommodate the practice of some Islamic Financial Products (IFPs) or improve those they operate presently and introduce the real Islamic mode of lending. The paper, in addition, informs that ijthād should be adopted to handle the issues of ICSs
Penyebab Terlantar dan Rusaknya Rumah Bantuan Korban Tsunami Aceh dan Tinjauannya dalam Hukum Islam
Bencana gempa dan tsunami di Provinsi Aceh dan Kepulauan Nias telah berdampak pada berbagai sektor, di antaranya sektor sosial, infrastruktur, produksi, dan lintas sektor lainnya. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah yaitu membangun kembali perumahan tempat tinggal korban. Namun, setelah pembangunan selesai dilakukan ternyata menimbulkan permasalahan baru, yaitu banyak rumah bantuan yang tidak ditempati dan dimanfaatkan oleh pemilik atau penerima bantuan, sehingga rumah-rumah tersebut terbengkalai dan rusak. Fokus permasalahan yang dikaji yaitu, mengapa rumah bantuan untuk korban tsunami banyak yang tidak dimanfaatkan oleh pemiliknya sehingga terbengkalai dan rusak, serta bagaimana pandangan hukum Islam terhadap perilaku pemilik rumah bantuan yang tidak menempati dan memanfaatkannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah gabungan antara metode yuridis normatif dan yuridis empiris. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian rumah bantuan korban tsunami banyak yang tidak dimanfaat oleh pemiliknya disebabkan pendataan yang tidak akurat pada saat pembangunan, pihak penerima ada yang belum bisa menempati rumah tersebut karena masih di bawah umur, penerima bantuan juga ada yang telah pindah domisili karena perkawinan di tempat lain, udzur ahli waris setelah mendapat bantuan, dan faktor ketakutan untuk tinggal kembali di lokasi yang pernah diterjang tsunami. Adapun pandangan hukum Islam terhadap perilaku pemilik rumah bantuan yang tidak menempati dan memanfaatkannya dapat dikategorikan perbuatan dhalim karena telah melakukan perbuatan mubadzir dan menyiakan-nyiakan bantuan yang telah diberikan, seharusnya rumah bantuan tersebut dapat dialihkan penggunaannya untuk orang lain agar tidak terlantar dan rusak sia-sia. Beberapa saran yang dapat diajukan yaitu dalam setiap bencana yang terjadi diperlukan data yang jelas dan riil terhadap setiap calon penerima bantuan agar setiap bantuan yang disalurkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masing-masing masyarakat korban bencana alam. Setiap bantuan yang disalurkan tersebut harus dilihat dan dievaluasi dengan calon penerima sehingga bantuan yang diberikan tepat sasaran, karena dalam keadaan bagaimanapun prinsip keadilan harus dikedepankan, bukan pemerataan yang menjadi standar
Undang-Undang Pesantren: Meneropong Arah Kebijakan Pendidikan Pesantren di Indonesia
The ratification of Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic Boarding Schools on September 24, 2019, has given a new color and direction for implementing Islamic education in Indonesia. History has carved out the significant contribution of pesantren, both taking part in repelling colonialism and educating generations of the nation, even pesantren as the oldest educational institution in Indonesia. So far, the regulation of Islamic boarding schools has only been a small part of Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, and its speed only supports Government Regulation Number 55 of 2007 concerning Religious Education and Religious Education. These two legal policies still make pesantren unable to develop like other public education. The Law on Islamic Boarding Schools; making the existence of Islamic boarding schools stronger legally and impacts the state's obligation to be present in helping the pace of its development. This research was conducted with an analytical study model with a qualitative approach. The study results indicate that the pesantren institution is still maintained as full ownership in a private framework. Pesantren has three functions; education, propaganda, and community empowerment. Pesantren are also entitled to receive allocations of funds from the central and local governments. In the future, Islamic boarding schools also have quality assurance institutions, and education levels will be held up to doctoral levels. Nine derivative rules need to be immediately made by the central government so that the Pesantren Law can be implemented properly
Biochemical Perspective of Alcohol Prohibition in Islam and Implications on Legal Alcohol Content of Drinks in Islamic Countries
An analysis of the concepts of intoxication in blood and the required amount of alcohol to reach that level was analyzed from physiological and religious perspectives. The exact value of potentially allowed alcohol concentration was determined. The results indicate a BAC of 0.05% (w/v) as a set level for intoxication. The determined pure alcohol amount required to reach this level was 27 g (for a 70 kg female) at least. Accordingly, the determined allowed alcohol concentration is 0.45% (w/v) for what would be considered non-intoxicating. This was compared to published results regarding the reported alcohol content of various foods and drinks. A sensitivity analysis was conducted to allow for variation in the considered BAC and the corresponding alcohol concentration in drinks. An analysis of alcohol content in various cooked foods showed an interesting spread in the alcohol content. A review of set legal limits in some Islamic countries is recommended

This article examines the dynamics of radicalism and terrorism, biography, thoughts, and the concept of moderating Islam perspective KH. Ilyas Kalipaing. The goal will be achieved to give the idea of moderating Islam perspective KH. Ilyas Kalipaing which can be applied by educational institutions. From the results of the discussion, radicalism and terrorism in this country it is very alarming. The humanitarian crime is not in accordance with Islam rahmatal lilalamin. Islam is a religion of love, tolerance and moderation. But the face of Islam was later defiled by the actions of a handful of groups. So the moderation of Islam is urgent because it is very influential for life and the ongoing Islam in this archipelago. In addition to the Qur’an and the Sunnah, Muslims need Ijma’, Qiyas, Urf, Fikih’ and others so that religion is not merely a testament to and doctrine. The Qur’an and Assunah are the main basis, but in the application there must be moderation of Islam that adapts the reality of the times. Many organizations and figures, kiai, or ulema in this Nusantara have a building of great thought in the moderation of Islam. One of them, KH. Ilyas Kalipaing, a local figure from Temanggung, Central Java who taught how Islam became a loving religion through ideal concepts to learning in Islamic education, as well as the implementation of Islamic moderation. This moderation of Islam must be adapted within the scope of society in general and especially educational institutions through integration in the Character Education Strengthening program
Hukum Menyusui bagi Ibu Pecandu Narkoba Ditinjau dari Perspektif Maqashid al-Syari’ah
Breastfeeding is a mother's nature, but in a mother's condition as a drug addict, it can endanger her baby because drugs can be excreted into breast milk. This is the problem and the purpose of this study is how the law of breastfeeding drug addicts mother both from a medical perspective or a review of maqāshid al-syarī’ah. This research uses qualitative research methods that are descriptive in nature, namely a research method that aims to form a clear, systematic, factual and accurate picture of breastfeeding and the dangers of breastfeeding being contaminated with drugs. The type of research used is library research (library research), which is collecting data or scientific work in accordance with the object of research or collection of library data to solve a problem which basically rests on a critical and in-depth study of relevant library materials. The results showed that if the mother is a drug addict, breastfeeding is prohibited, in this case sadd al-żarī‘ah takes a role because breastfeeding is a means (wasilah) for the entry of drugs into the body. babies, whereas from medical science it is explained that babies who are exposed to drugs through breast milk cause symptoms of poisoning, withdrawal and have the potential to affect cognitive development when they are adults. Al-kulliyat al-khams sees something that is a primary need (dharuriyyah) in a child who is still an infant is keeping the child physically healthy (hiifz al-nafs) and reason (hifz al-aql) as for the benefit by continuing to provide breast milk so that the baby's nutrition is fulfilled in that condition is a secondary need (hajiyyah). So the stipulation of haram law based on sadd al-żarī'ah about breastfeeding for drug addicts mother is in line with maqashid asy-syari‘ah, namely to protect the soul (hifz al-nafs) and reason (hifz al-aql)
