Proposed Communication Strategy to Raise Brand Awareness for Kallé as Working Woman Bag Brand
The growth of the Indonesian fashion industry caused many people proud of the local brands and there is a demand for people who are looking for working bags that suit their needs. At the moment, the rate of working women in Indonesia is gradually increasing. Kallé is a brand from Indonesia, that sells a collection of working bags and small leather accessories. This brand not only produces bags but also wants to solve Indonesian women’s needs. The brand develops their design into various working bags that suit Indonesian women's needs and use women's empowerment spirit behind their design. Unfortunately, the limited information regarding the existence of Kallé caused the customers to continue buying working bags from abroad or working bags that do not meet their needs.This research was conducted to increase Kallé's brand awareness. In this study, the author uses qualitative methods by observing the company and the customer polling to gain information about brand awareness. Furthermore, the writer using fishbone diagram analysis to find out the problem. In developing business solutions, the core value of the company needs to be re-examined. Hence, there are three proposed solutions to this problem, which are: updating the new STP, creating an integrated communication strategy, and developing Marketing Mix 7Ps. As the result, the proposed communication strategy to raise brand awareness for Kallé is: designing the brand personality and developing communication activities that support the valuesof women’s empowerment.Keywords: Communication Strategy, Brand Awareness, Working Bag, Empowermen
PROPOSED MARKETING STRATEGY TO IMPROVE PRODUCT VALUE OF ERIGO USING PERCEPTION CHANGE STRATEGIES
Creative economy’s sector is one of the most growth sector in Indonesia. Based on data from Badan Ekonomi Kreatif (Bekraf), creative economy’s sector in 2016 contributed 7,38% to the total of Indonesia Product Domestic Bruto (PDB). One of the most contributed sector is fashion’s sector that contributed as 18,15%. The high contribution of this sector showed an increasing demand of fashion industry products, and also creates high competitive condition. In 2016, the total number of local fashion brand is 1.230.988. High competition on fashion industry in Indonesia also caused by many foreign fashion companies enter to this industry.One of local fahion brand that compete in fashion industry in Indoneia is Erigo. Erigo is a small fashion company that offers fashion products with low price, so in business activity Erigo must minimizing their cost. The increasing of raw material price caused problem for Erigo because its increasing their production cost. As a fashion company that offers many purchase deal or discount as their marketing program, increasing their price will be irrelevant. Erigo need to formulate new marketing stategy to keep competing in fashion industry in Indonesia.To formulate new marketing strategy Erigo need to understand the behavior of their consumers. This research using consumer buying process to analyze the consumers behavior. Furthermore this research using product attribute’s analysis to understand product attributes that significantly affecting consumer purchase decision.The result of both analysis generate three new marketing strategies for Erigo to improve their product value. Pharmaceutical Inventory Management Analysis & Optimization at RSKD Dadi Makassar
The increasing number of BPJS participants every year has made increasing demand for medicines that are included in the Formulary national category. These problems are mainly adding potential risk for the stock medicines. Pharmaceutical Item planning in pharmacy RSKD Dadi has been using the method of consumption. The pharmaceutical medicine used for inpatient and outpatient pharmacy, including in Formulary National and Hospital, then forwarded the procurement process to review every week. This method is not accurate because it cannot provide data on demand, stock turnover and safety stock. The use of the consumption method at RSKD Dadi based on consumption by patient and units, so when the pharmacy warehouse is running low, procurement will be carrying out. It also supported that patented and generic medicine's total inventory turnover ratio is 9.23 in 2019, still below the ideal standard of 10-23 times. Two combined systems are suitable for classifying medicines item classes with ABC-VEN classification & a continuous review system for medicine with category I. Can be concluded that hospital management can specifically make an inventory level savings potential & The hospital can raise from the actual estimated service level of 93.17% to 99.00%.Keywords: Pharmaceutical Inventory, Continuous Review Polic
URBAN CONSUMER ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR TOWARD TRADITIONAL HERBAL DRINKS (JAMU) CASE STUDY: MARKET PENETRATION STRATEGY FOR “RAMONA” PRODUCT
There are so many companies unable to compete with other beverage products in our society today, especially in urban society. In the other hand, awareness of the dangerous impacts of chemicals in food is growing between people. The trend against purchasing organic food and drinks is increasing between people. As a basis for determining marketing strategies to increase sales it can be identified what encourages consumers to buy herbal drinks. Based on the planned behavior theory there are 3 main factors that affect behavioral intention: attitude towards behavior, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control. Attitude towards behavior includes health problems, environmental problems, product quality and marital status. This research have purpose to identify consumers' behavioral intention towards herbal drinks (jamu). This research showed that perceived behavioral control was the most influencing factor in behavioral intention, after that attitude and the last is subjective norms. FINANCIAL FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS OF SUBSIDY HOUSING PROJECT INVESTMENT IN MAJALAYA
Mega Regency is a family-based company engage in the property development and property advertising. Mega Regency was offered the cooperation from the landowner in Majalaya to build the housing estate. To take advantage of this opportunity, Mega Regency makes a housing project plan. The main objective of this research is to make the financial feasibility of the project cooperation, the variable that could affect significantly to this project, and project return in several scenarios. Structured interview was conducted with the community around Majalaya to find the preference. Interview was also conducted to the company and landowners to collect the data. The result of this study indicates the project is feasible as financially. This project generates a Net Present Value of IDR 1,161,927,392.89, an IRR of 33.15% and a Payback Period of 1 year and 3 months. The Effect of The Spread Of Covid-19 On International Trade And The Country’s Political, Social, And Economic Differences
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the world in an unprecedented way. The spread of COVID-19 can have an impact on international trade and the political, social, economic differences in each country. This study aims to determine how much influence the spread of COVID-19 has on international trade and to find out how much influence the spread of COVID-19 has on political, social, and economic differences in each country. The data was processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. PLS is a predictive technique that is an alternative to Ordinary Least Square (OLS), Canonical Correlation, or Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study found that (1) The spread of COVID-19 had a significant effect of 34.8% on international trade. BUSINESS MODEL BUILDING OF MOKO DISCOVER BY USING BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS AND ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS
Moko Discover is a music agency startup and record label in Bandung since 2017. Taking influences off R&B, Pop, Electronic, Alternative and various other genres. Moko Discover philosophy name was taken from one of the tallest peak in Bandung where people can see oversee the whole city in 360 degrees. That viewpoint is similar with our company goal, which is aiming to find best talent and sharing good within the region. This research was conducted to find business model that suitable for Moko Discover. This study applies several concepts such as, STP analysis, 4P marketing mix,PEST analysis, porter analysis, root-cause analysis, in-depth interview, analysis hierarchy process. After further analysis, it can be seen that business issues faced by companies are not documented business plan, key activities, cost structure, key resources problem. To overcome the problems as described, several quantitative and qualitative are made. The method used in the study is the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. AHP method helps in determining decision making that is compiled on logic, knowledge and experience. In its implementation it is arranged in a planned and systematic manner according to consideration. Analysis Of Factors Non Performing Loan And Restructuring Credit For Commercial Segment (Case Study: Bank XYZ)
Credit distribution is the main activity of banks, therefore the main source of income for banks comes from this activity which provides output in the form of loan interest income. Banking plays an important role in national economic growth to increase people's productivity by circulating money for consumption, working capital and investment. Issuance of OJK Regulation Number 11/PJOK.03/2020 concerning National Economic Stimulus as a Countercyclical Policy for the Impact of the Spread of COVID-19. The regulation states that debtors whose businesses are affected by the pandemic can apply for restructuring to related finance companies, such as banks. There are two research models, namely to find out what factors affect NPL and the success of restructuring by knowing the most effective method from several alternatives, where one alternative is taken from the previous model. This research step begins by processing data on the financial statements of four state-owned banks from 2011-2020 using panel data regression with independent variables, namely CAR, LDR, NIM, BOPO, inflation rate and BI rate with the dependent variable being NPL. The second research is to take one sample, namely Bank XYZ, with qualitative methods through direct interviews with experienced employees at the management level. To get a more objective decision, the author uses a decision making tool using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Expert Choices methodology. The results of this study indicate that the factors that affect the NPL are BOPO, NIM and CAR. The most effective restructuring method is the rescheduling method. Based on these facts, it is necessary to implement and develop strategies that support the success of restructuring and provide clear boundaries regarding debtor criteria in each method of credit restructuring and effective risk management to avoid the risk of bad loans.Keywords: Restructuring, Non-Performing Loan, Panel data regression, AHP
INCREASING EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT THROUGH REDESINGNING WELLNESS PROGRAM IN PT. BIOFARMA
The Ministry of State Owned Entreprise (SOE) has evaluate the performance of SOEs through KPKU scoring. One of the element of KPKU is Work force Engagement, which has the same term of Employee Engagement. The Process of Employee Engagement score is still low which is 55% and the Work force Focused Outcome also which is 45%. Biofarma has the wellness programsas starts from 2015. Which has a little attention from employees, the participant decreases each year. Meanwhile the wellness program is one of some k ey drivers of employee engagement. Researcher took sampling in Directorate of Production as it has majority of total employees in Biofarma and has more difficulties implementing wellness program.Quatitative method explained that the Based on the calculation on wellness and employee engagement measurement, the average is 60% but the wellness in Biofarma still below average 51.95%. And the employee engagement is still on average position which 6 6%. The wellness itself affects the employee engagement as mch as 27.8%. While the qualitative methods explains he best alternative solutions to the problems experienced by Biofarma related to wellness programs are improving the lowest program utilization by employees, collecting the utilization data properly and define the right measurement for the key matric in each aspects. When those steps are fixed, then company start to track the wellness program progress through Key Goal Visual Focus Chart. Then break down it to leader achievement 2 days. In terms of leadership, find the wellness leader who has transformational character and type of leadership touches. Do not choose the leader by the job position. Give more understanding to the employees about managin g all of the aspects through the training. Business Validation Using Disciplined Entrepreneurship Framework for Lokaly95
Asia has grown to become the largest and most populous of the continents since 1960 (Cox, 2018). International Enterprise Singapore (2013) stated that strong domestic demand is expected to underpin Indonesia's GDP growth, as the share of private consumption is predicted to rise from 56% in 2012 to 65% in 2030. Furthermore, Indonesia is the largest foodservice market among all ASEAN countries (Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, 2016). The study found that as far as trends for foodservice growth, there's a strong indication that the world is fast becoming a cafe-centric place, with the cafe category found to be the fastest-growing menu category globally, showing 9.9 percent sales growth in 2016 (Qsrweb.com, 2018). With the development of the foodservice industry, the industry needs to pay attention to consumers. The cafe industry has various influencing factors in providing services for customer satisfaction. Sugianto and Sugiharto (2013) also stated that service quality significantly affects customer satisfaction, especially on employees' speed and responsiveness in serving customers. Responsiveness in cafe and restaurant services is essential so that it is related to the operation of cafes and restaurants in serving food and beverages. The duration of cooking and its material are important aspects in cafes operational, so that the industry needs to pay attention to the right product and its development for consumers. The product in single packing and ready to cook can speed up the duration of serving. Also, the efficiency of the ingredients' use and effectiveness in calculating costs are aspects offered by the single packing product. So, Lokaly95 comes with products that can meet these needs. Besides, there are challenges facing restaurant operators in third party partnerships that are both necessary and expected (Euromonitor International, 2018). So this study provides research on how Lokaly95 can meet the exact market needs and calculations regarding market availability sufficient for Lokaly95 to consider. This study also validates the initial idea about Lokaly95 that needs to be tested to provide an overview of managing and planning Lokaly95 in the future.This research uses a disciplined entrepreneurship framework that adjusts the academic final project format. This research step is through exploration, solution, and making an implementation plan. This study is developed through initial ideas. Then explores the idea and validates it through observation, interview, and fill in the questionnaire. Exploration solves a consideration for the implementation plan. The result of this research is a coffee shop as Lokaly95 market with frozen food products that are packaged per portion as the Lokaly95 value. Lokaly95 products consist of 20 types based on end-customer validation. The implementation plan is formed based on the acquiring customer process.
