    AN ANALYSIS OF GENDER DIFFERENTIATION AND HOW IT CREATES GENDER PAY GAP IN CORPORATION (CASE STUDY AT PT. TIGA DIMENSI DATA)

    The focus of this research is to analyze the cause of gender pay gap issues and how it affect the workforce, especially women workers. The research method in this study is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research, by adopting one method, it is case study. The researcher use the case study method due to analyze the gender pay gap that occurs in one of the industrial manufacturing company, PT. Tiga Dimensi Data.The data obtained from the company were analyzed and showed the cause of the gender pay gap was due to first, occupational sexism in the form of gender stereotypes carried out by managers and company directors, restrictions on employment opportunities and women's rights, and second, occupational segregation in both of horizontal and vertical. One interesting findings that was discovered by researchers was the “acceptance” of female employees who consciously know that their wages were being given unfairly.The research concluded that the analysis of gender differences had an impact on the existence of gaps and differences in pays between male workers and female workers in PT.     Angkasa Pura II (AP2) is a company engaged in airport service, AP2 has a clinic called sentra medika clinic (SMC) to serve AP2 employees and families. During running the service at SMC, many complaints were encountered, including related to less comfortable and clean facilities at the clinic, the unclear SOP in the SMC service, the lack of responsiveness of officers and the system that was not yet running perfectly. The research aims to analyse these problems in order to provide solutions to companies in improving service quality.In analysing the problem, the writer uses qualitative data analysis (interviews) and quantitative data analysis (survey). Servqual survey with 7 (seven) dimensions is used to analyse service quality from the customer side. Analysis result of service quality is all the results of the gap are negative (the largest gap is tangible dimension, -1,23 and the lowest gap is assurance dimension, -0,92), which means the customer is not satisfied with the services provided. And for the results of the mapping of importance performance obtained 7 attributes in quadrant A, 5 attributes in quadrant B, 5 attributes in quadrant C and 8 attributes in quadrant D.     As a coal mining company in Indonesia and part of the Sinarmas Mining Group, PT Berau Coal runs mining activities at 4 separate sites, namely the Lati, Binungan, Sambarata and Gurimbang sites with the support of 20,685 mining workers from 215 mining service companies and 2,203 units of heavy equipment. With the complexity of this mining operation and referring to KEPMEN ESDM No.26 Tahun 2018, companies must manage mining safety in each of their operational activities. The derivative of this regulation also stipulates that in the event of a mining accident which results in death, the company is asked to temporarily stop all its activities until the investigation has been followed up or mining activities can be ascertained safely. To manage mining safety, the company has built a technology platform SID (Single Identity System) and BEATS (BeGeMS Auto Tracking System). However, the adoption of this technology by workers and supervisors is still low, hazard report, inspection and observation performance, follow up and on time follow up using BEATS by supervisors is still low. The purpose of this research is to propose improvement initiatives for SID and BEATS in PT Berau Coal.     The current economic condition was caused by USA – China trade wars, which then was continued by the covid-19 pandemic. It has given an effect on the coal mining industry, where the coal price decrease, from 112/tonatthefourthquartalof2018sharplydecreaseto112/ton at the fourth quartal of 2018 sharply decrease to 51/ton at the third quartal of 2020. Some initiatives and changes have been taken to reduce the production cost and as an action to prevent covid-19 spread. In another side, the company has challenges in current safety performance and its operations. This condition has a potential impact in managing a safe workplace. It is also a challenge to define an effective strategy to achieve sustainable work safety by developing the safety culture as its fundament. All issues will be analyzed in detail using the fishbone diagram and the why method to find out the root causes. And then, find out the focus improvements and determining the initiatives.     ANALYSIS OF RISK ASSESSMENT TO IMPROVE OPERATIONAL BUSINESS PT MEIJI RUBBER INDONESIA

    PT Meiji Rubber Indonesia is a company engaged in the rubber manufacturing industry. This company is directly related to the automotive manufacturing industry market. The company has experienced a decline in performance as seen from the company's revenue which dropped by 19% for mold products and 8.3% for hose products from the target set for the 2018 projection. It is necessary to analyze management in the company by evaluating risks faced by the company. To evaluate this risk it is necessary to conduct an analysis of risk management and risk assessment to face the problem in operational process of the company.Weighting was carried out using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to calculate the weight of the pairwise comparison based on data obtained from respondents. With this method, risk weighting will produce a different level of risk from each risk factor. It can be determined the priority risk to be carried out with appropriate mitigation that can improve company performance. Based analysis results, there are 10 risk categories and 31 risk factors. Quality risk has a high level of importance according to respondents, namely 0.960. from the results of AHP weighting there are 9 risk factors with intolerable level.Keywords: Risk Assessment, Risk Evaluation, Analytic Hierarchy Process

    The increase in pet ownership is in line with the increase in the pet industry growth. According to the data calculated by Statista, in 2022, the pet industry growth by region, Asia Pacific, estimated CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate) is 9.3%. Aside from the mentioned data, Indonesia's interest in owning a cat can be seen from cat lovers' various communities, for example, ICA (Indonesia Cat Association), FIFE (Fédération Internationale Féline), and various local cat community, D’clovers. With the rise of various cat owner communities and the pet industry market growth, it can conclude that there is an opportunity for pet industry business in Indonesia. Mamakkucing occurs to be a cathouse in Bandung that provides the best quality of cats. Since Mamakkucing launched, in some period, the income does not cover the expenses. One of the problems is female cats can only produce kittens every eight months, because they can only mate three times in two years. The value of this Cathouse is not only maintained quality physically but also spiritual which makes Mamakkucing not force cats to mate that creates a low production even in certain months; there is no product. In essence, this production cannot be forced, considering that cats are living things. For this reason, Mamakkucing plans to do new product development as a strategy to become another source of income apart from Cat House. To discover the best products/services that must be created, a design thinking method is used..     The objectives of this research are to observing the passenger shipping business in general, evaluate PELNI customer loyalty, measuring the level of customer loyalty passengers of KM. Binaiya, make suggestions and recommendations needed to increase its customer loyalty.The method used in this research is an explanatory study using primary data from questionnaires and secondary data from previously processed sources. The data technique used questionnaire and documentary techniques with questionnaire instruments and a Likert scale for measurement. The collected data were analyzed using Reliability Analysis, Validity Test, CSI Model (Customer Satisfaction Index), and (Importance Performance Analysis) IPA Gap Analysis, IPA Quadrant Analysis, SERVQUAL (Service Quality) Model, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). From this research it can be concluded, the quality of public service facilities and services on board at KM. Binaiya has a significant effect on passenger satisfaction with a contribution of more than 60%. Meanwhile, passenger or customer satisfaction has a major effect on customer loyalty in KM. Binaiya with a contribution of more than 89%. This means, to be able to increase customer loyalty KM. Binaiya, PT. PELNI needs to improve the quality of its services. Because when customers feel satisfied with the quality of service they receive, their loyalty also increases significantly. Overall, the service improvement efforts made by PT.     Tusk Bag is a bag brand that has a product focusing on backpacks that have special containers for laptops (laptop backpacks). Tusk Bag was established in 2012 under the auspices of CV Artha Guna Sanjaya which is located on Jalan Raflesia No. 2 Blok C, Cihanjuang, Cibabat District, Cimahi City. Businesses in the field of fashion do have tremendous potential, including backpacks. At present, backpacks are a primary need for high school and college students. Tusk Bag has the advantage in its attractive design but has an affordable price. Therefore, Tusk Bag is able to develop until now. But problems arise in the sixth year. Tusk Bag began to experience a significant decline in sales from month to month. Not to mention the many competitors in the same industry. Therefore, the author conducted research and initiated a strategy for Tusk Bag so that it could increase its sales and compete with its competitors.The research began by analyzing the company's external and internal environment which affected the running of the Tusk Bag business. After that, from the analysis, create a segmentation for backpack products and determine the potential arena for Tusk Bag to enter. Then, using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchical Process) method determines the priority factor for Tusk Bag to develop. After that, formulating a strategy that is suitable for use by Tusk Bag in order to increase sales and compete with competitors.From the research that has been done, it was found that the design is still the main consideration of the buyer in choosing a backpack.     Muslim fashion industry has emerged to develop in Indonesia and considerable potential to become the center of the world's Muslim fashion according to Muslim fashion consumption estimated at US $20 billion with growth rate of 18.2 % per year in Indonesia (Global Islamic Report, 2018/2019). Humaira Label is a local brand of self manufactured Scarf and Woman Muslim Wear that aims to create modest, smart casual, exclusivity and unique scarf design with premium quality based on Bandung, established in August 2018. The raw material of Humaira Label built by natural fabrics, such as lyocell, cotton voile, miracle voile and ultrafine voile with various of beautiful unique design. The motif/design of scarves is exclusive because Humaira Label changes the design dynamically every batch. Its inspired by the lifestyle of dynamic and active working women in style - smart casual.This research aims to propose product strategy based on consumer preference by determining the cause of instability income of Humaira Label which is indicated by no sales indicate in several months by using internal and external factors analysis to find the root problems using STP, Marketing Mix Analysis, Porters Five and PEST Analysis, customer analysis and benchmark analysis and then been concluded in SWOT analysis and TOWS matrix. To know the customer preference toward hijab product, conducted the questionnaire by 103 respondents by analyzing the descriptive analysis and conjoint analysis.From matrix TOWS analysis, author proposed several alternative product strategies that can be implemented by Humaira Label.     Scenario Analysis Of A Gas Field Development Project In South Sumatra, Indonesia - Reserves Volume And Gas Price Scenarios

    As the largest oil and gas producing country in ASEAN, Indonesia has been facing challenges in maintaining its production level. Existing mature fields, lack of new discoveries, changes in the government policies and investors’ limited appetite in exploring new resources due to economic reasons have contributed to the decline of national production. The recent gas discovery in Palembang PSC in South Sumatra region has brought new optimism in the country’s energy industry. The main objective of this study is to explore how PSC contractor evaluate and perform decision making under several uncertainties within the project and what types of government incentives are required for scenarios that are deemed uneconomic to be executed. The research focuses on project economics for the contractor under the recently implemented domestic gas price cap policy to industrial and electricity sectors using scenario analysis on gas resource volumes, development, capital and operational expenses, and gas market allocations.
