Propose Corporate Performance Management System In PT CDE
PT CDE, is one of the original aerospace companies in Asia with core competencies in aircraft design and development, aircraft structure manufacturing, aircraft production, and aircraft services for civil and military light and medium aircraft. However, in recent years CDE has had a fluctuating performance, company face several challenges to develop performance management system to maintain corporate performance to achieve targets and further to achieve the vision and corporate mission.The performance management system proposed using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework by Kaplan and Norton (1992), Performance Prism (PP) Neely (2002) and Wibisono's Integrated Performance Management System (IPMS) (2003) from the three frameworks will be proposed. the most suitable framework to be proposed will be used by CDE. It is hoped that implementing this performance management system can help solve the problems faced by CDE. Each perspective has measurable indicators to measure its achievement. PROPOSED MULTI MANNED ASSEMBLY LINE BALANCING AS PRODUCTION SYSTEM IN AIRCRAFT INDUSTRY
PT Dirgantara Indonesia use project layouts in their production systems. With projects layout the risk of late delivery are quite high. The average production duration with a project layout is 10 months with a standard deviation of 4.22 months and coefficient of variance 43.95% which show unstable production duration.The application of MMALB can be a solution to this problem. Assembly line balancing (ALB) is a tool in operation that is used to divide production activities into workstations. In a single ALB, there is one worker in a work station whereas in Multi Manned Assembly Line Balancing (MMALB), there are more than one worker in a workstation. The whole process of assigning production activities into workstations use heuristic algorithmAs a result, there are eight workstations required, with eachwork station filled with production activities which each production activity has been registered in the team. The average production duration with MMALB is 250 hours/ 2 months with standard deviation 13.18 hours, and coefficient of variance 5.23%. Efficiency level of MMALB configuration is 81%. The Impact of Video Content #LifeAtShopee Towards Intention to Aply on SBM ITB Final Year Student
The rapid growth and development of the e-commerce industry in Indonesia makes e-commerce need to maintain and continue to improve the quality of its services by having qualified human resources to have a high chance of outperforming their competitors. Unfortunately, the limited human resources in the Indonesian market have led to a talent war, especially for the digital industry including e-commerce. Therefore, Shopee as the number one e-commerce company in Indonesia needs to attract the best talent in the market through employer branding programs. One of the media that can be used is social media. One of Shopee's employer branding programs on social media is #LifeAtShopee. Unfortunately, #LifeAtShopee can be used by anyone, including external parties on extensive social media, so further analysis is needed to find out whether unofficial #LifeAtShopee has an influence on employer branding attractiveness and changes the desire of target talent to apply or not. This study aims to know the difference between employer attractiveness and intention to apply before and after talents watch the unofficial #LifeAtShopee content. Data were collected through online questionnaires to SBM ITB final-year students as key target talents of Shopee, then analyzed using Paired Sample T-Test to determine whether there is a difference in the average of the one group pre-test and post-test. IMPROVEMENT MARKETING COMMUNICATION STRATEGY FOR FASHION INDUSTRY (CASE STUDY : Up2date Plus)
Indonesia is in the top five of member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) which is the world's largest Muslim fashion exporter. Global Islamic Economy predicts the growth of the world Muslim fashion market in 2020 will reach 327 billion US dollars. Up2date Plus is a brand founded by one of the pioneers of Muslim clothing in Indonesia, namely Irna Mutiara who collaborated with her daughter, Reyna Hanifa. This brand is inspired by the relationship between mothers and daughter who usually have the same taste and have a size that is not much different then become a casual style. Up2date Plus producing various clothing, tunic, pants, skirts and hijab. Up2date Plus sales from September 2018 - June 2019 has declining trend. Based on interview with the owner, Up2date Plus marketing communication channel is done through Youtube, Website and Instagram as an online platform but it does not effective to attarct customer. Up2date Plus wants to meet current customer needs in accordance with the marketing communication needed. The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of promotion mix used by Up2date Plus on consumers purchase intention and to find suitable promotion strategy for Up2date Plus. This research using external analysis to understand the environment that affect the business by using PEST Analysis, Porter 5 Forces, Consumer analysis and Competitor Analysis. Also, describe the internal analysis to define the business strength and weakness by using STP Analysis and Marketing mix. And then formulating SWOT, that will be lead the research to know the root cause. The survey divided into five parts such as demography, buyer decision process, consumer knowledge of Up2date Plus, promotion mix, and purchase intention. Quantitave survey conduct by distributes online with 202 respondents and using Descriptive and Regression analysis to get the result.Based on the survey result then TOWS analysis, shows that there are three variables promotion that can affect to consumer purchase intention such as Website advertising, Sales promotion, and Personal selling. The Effect of Tax Socialization on Taxpayer Compliance in Bandung
Lack of socialization of taxation can lead to ignorance of tax knowledge and consequentlynon-compliance with regulations. Lack of adequate tax facilities and infrastructure also results in alack of motivation to report taxes. The higher the level of taxpayer compliance, the higher the level oftax success. Thus the tax target can be achieved. This study aims to determine the expectations oftaxpayers on tax socialization and to analyze the effect of tax socialization on taxpayer compliance inthe city of Bandung. The research method used is quantitative, with descriptive and causal researchtypes. Sampling with the simple random sampling method with a sample of 400 people. Taxpayersprefer direct socialization. The material that taxpayers expect is the reporting of annual personal taxreturns, held in the first quarter, namely January - March, with a duration of 30-45 minutes, and usingpersonal devices. Socialization using billboards or street advertisements is also adequate. The resultsof the descriptive analysis shows that the tax socialization variable is in a good category. Likewise, thetaxpayer compliance variable is included in the good category. The results of regression analysis andthe coefficient of determination show that tax socialization has a positive effect on taxpayercompliance and it also add on the significance to taxpayer compliance in Bandung.Keywords: Tax, Tax Socialization, Taxpayer Complianc
Analysis of Relationship between Hard Skills & Soft Skills toward Employee Performance
The contribution of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to the national economy cannot be under-estimated. The role of MSMEs in growing the Indonesian economy is significant. In the middle of its development, in early 2020, MSMEs in Indonesia were tested through the emergence of the COVID-19 outbreak. On the other hand, Indonesia is slowly moving into the age of modernization. To this day, the industrial revolution is once again turning into the fourth industrial revolution known as Industry 4.0. COVID-19 contributes to accelerating the Industrial Revolution. The organization needs to adapt its capacity to adapt to change and deal with new challenges. An organization would need an effective human resource strategy to deal with industry transformation challenges. Bandung Photo Studio is one example of MSME companies, established since 1982 which contributed on photography services industry which currently facing a global crisis that that threatens most MSMEs in the middle this pandemic. Diminished employee skills and leadership is becoming the most concerning issue facing Bandung Photo Studio and affecting their performance. Digital Marketing Strategy for Imported Ceramic Industry in Indonesia (Case Study: Atlas Concorde in Indonesia)
Construction investment in Indonesia has driven the construction investment, especially in property sector. Atlas Concorde as the one of the ceramic sellers in Indonesia is represented by a key account manager and a collaboration with distributor. Currently, Atlas Concorde experiences the lack of consumer awareness about the brand and low engagement of digital media promotion.In proposing an appropriate strategy for Atlas Concorde there are two analyzes that carried out; External analysis consisting of Resources Analysis and Value Chain Activity Analysis, and Internal analysis consisting of analysis of General Environment, Industry Environment, and Competitor Environment. After doing internal and external analysis, the author then did a root cause analysis to identify the problems faced by Atlas Concorde. For the marketing mix analysis, the author conducted TOWS analysis from the SWOT analysis and defining Targeting. The author then created Marketing Strategy Atlas Concorde where it can in can use its social media to reach potential consumers. All the business strategies and marketing is used to conclude the objectives of the research. The author then made an implementation plan and update the Value Chain Activity. Therefore, Jago Kandang has the aim to incorporate elements of modernization in the livestock business system. Pivot Strategy for Restaurant Business during Covid-19 Pandemic with Business Model Canvas Analysis; Case Study D'Colonel Heritage Bandung
The restaurant and cafe business is one of the biggest contributors to the culinary industry. However, when the Covid-19 outbreak entered Indonesia in March, many restaurant and cafe businesses went out of business and experienced a drastic decline in turnover. This is because people's behavior changes because of the responsibility to do physical distancing. This experience happened with D'Colonel Bandung restaurant. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a pivot strategy that follows D'Colonel Bandung's business model's current conditions. This research was conducted using the SWOT Business Model Canvas analysis approach from D'Colonel Bandung. A strategic posture was obtained from these results, which became the basis for determining the Pivot made by D'Colonel Bandung. Based on the SWOT analysis results conducted by D'Colonel Bandung, he has a defensive strategic posture. Based on this, D'Colonel Bandung has to do four types of pivots in its business model, namely zoom-out pivot, customer need pivot, growth engine pivot, and channel pivot. Business Strategy for Kumon Ilham
Kumon Ilham is a franchisee of Kumon which locates in Duri, Riau. Kumon Ilham has been operating two subject class, Mathematic and English (EFL) since second semester in 2016. Kumon Ilham is one of several private course providers that exists in Duri city. Since the class opening in 2016 till 2018, the performance of Kumon Ilham in term of student number was stagnant. The stagnation of student number became the problem to Kumon Ilham in how to grow its position in local private course providers. In this research, analysis on external and internal environment of Kumon Ilham was conducted to identify the opportunities and threats that surrounds Kumon Ilham. Meanwhile the strengths and weakness which coming from inside of Kumon Ilham. The quantitative and qualitative analysis was conducted to profiling the characteristic of Kumon Ilham’s customer. The questionnaire was used in quantitative analysis which measured the satisfaction of customer on service quality delivered by Kumon Ilham and also customer behavior. The qualitative analysis coming from free feedback form from customer in term of suggestion and critics. The root cause of problem encountered by Kumon Ilham was concluded in a situational analysis using SWOT method. The SWOT listed the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats for Kumon Ilham. The solution if terms of strategy was formulated in two level. The first level is strategy for business level which resulted from adopting TOWS matrix and Porter Generic Strategies. The TOWS matrix resulted six alternative strategies that Kumon Ilham might pursue, while the Porter Generic strategy directed Kumon Ilham to apply focused differentiation strategy. The second level is strategy for functional, marketing level which formulated from STP analysis and Marketing Mix. The strategy forces Kumon Ilham to consider moving to another location/building, perform localized marketing strategy and improved marketing thru online infrastructure.
