DIGITAL CULTURE MATURITY ASSESSMENT CASE STUDY AT DANONE AQUA
Founded in 1973, AQUA Group is the pioneer of Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) in Indonesia, which then established a strategic partnership with Danone in 1998. Danone Aqua has been implementing the digital transformation about 8 years. Initially the priorities were to improve the efficiency of many internal processes and ways of working, and the motivations behind this initial transformation were principally for the benefit of its business operation, rather than the customers’ experience (although benefits can be mutual). Currently their digital transformation already covered in many aspects of business.In this study, the author tried to assess the digital culture maturity of Danone Aqua as initial picture of their digital transformation that have been implemented since 8 years ago, to identify the strengths as well as weaknesses of digital transformation elements, to identify the gaps and key areas focus improvement. The study using digital culture model from Daniel Rowles. Quantitative survey conducted to determine the digital culture maturity, it involved 107 managerial level staff. Qualitative survey conducted to confirm the quantitative result, it involved key stakeholder of digital transformation.Base on quantitative and qualitative study, the author able to conclude that the digital transformation at Danone Aqua particularly Operation division has been implemented in proper level. It shown by good level of digital culture maturity at 79% and it has level four – process measured and controlled.Keywords: Digital transformation, Digital culture model, Digital skill, System - Technology
LEGISLATIVE CANDIDATE MARKETING STRATEGY FOR ATTRACT MILLENNIAL VOTER IN PEMILU 2019 : CASE STUDY INDONESIA SOLIDARITY PARTY
The presence of a new party namely the Indonesian solidarity party, legislative candidates from the party must use a new method. increasingly critical communities such as milennials demand that they take a more persuasive approach. This research aims to study participation in pemilu with the presence of the Indonesian Solidarity Party and the identification of marketing strategies to increase millennial participation in the 2019 elections and overcome the problems discussed by Yoki Oktorian Sukardi, a legislative candidate from the Indonesian Solidarity Party.The analysis in this study uses internal and external factors to be able to provide effective and efficient solutions. Internal analysis was carried out to analyze STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) and Market Mix (4P) of Yoki Oktorian Sukardi, a legislative candidate from the Indonesian Solidarity Party. Then analyze externally using STEEPLED analysis (Sociocultural, Techonological, Economic, Environment, Political, Legal, Ethical, Demographic) in Sumedang district, competitor analysis of other party legislative candidates and millennial voter analysis in Sumedang.Based on the results of the survey that has been obtained, millennial voters in the Sumedang area choose legislative candidates based on the resolution of policy problems such as work programs and real things given to the public. In addition, the ideology and issues raised were less accepted by millennials in the Sumedang region whose majority of voters were rational and critical.solution suggested to the legislative candidates from the Indonesian Solidarity party that is conducting an effective campaign strategy and positioning evaluation by adding more popular issues in the community.Keywords: Marketing Strategy, political marketing, Brand Awareness, Communication Strategy
Financial Performance and Valuation Assessment (Case Study: PT Astra International Tbk for the Period of 2015-2020)
The announcement of the spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia by President Joko Widodo, caused the JCI to fall to the level of IDR 3,937 in March 2020 from IDR 6,299 at the beginning of 2020. PT Astra International Tbk with the stock code ASII was also affected to fall to IDR 3,755 per share from IDR 6100 on February 2020. Not only that, the spread of this virus has also caused ASII's monthly sales to continue to decline. This situation makes investors need to know the external conditions and internal conditions of the company before making a decision. External conditions were carried out using PEST analysis and Porter's Five Forces analysis. The company's internal conditions using Common Size Analysis and Financial Ratio Analysis. The factors that most influence the rate of return on investment or ROE are obtained through DuPont analysis. Stock valuation uses the Absolute Valuation method with DCF Valuation and Relative Valuation using (P/E) Ratio as well as (M/B) Ratio. The results of the study concluded that overall PT. Astra International Tbk has a good performance. However, the company must increase the company's Activity Ratio which is below the industry average. Absolute Valuation with the DCF method shows ASII shares are undervalued. Financial Feasibility Study in Market Revitalization Project Using Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Scheme
The revitalization project of The Market in City X needs a capital investment of Rp. 233,758,070,018. On that basis, it is necessary to test the feasibility of which financial feasibility is one of them. In recognition of this need, on the basis of Presidential Decree No.38/2015, the Government supports for the PPP project in Indonesia are through Viability Gap Funding (VGF). Through this research, author analyze the feasibility of this investment plan by calculating the project’s revenue and the required operational cost and other expenses. The feasibility of an Investment plan can be financially analyzed by using Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) parameters which are Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR): and Payback Period (PP). The result of the analysis is that this project is not feasible without the help of government’s Viable Gap Funding (VGF) with negative NPV and IRR below projected WACC. With maximum VGF, the project still financially unfeasible with NPV of (4,463,505,266) with IRR smaller than projected WACC of 12.29%. PROMOTION AND STORE LISTING CONTENT STRATEGY TO INCREASE CONVERSION RATE OF LICENSED CASUAL MOBILE GAMES STUDY CASE: ONET ASLI TAHILALATS
The competition of mobile games market are more competitive. Every day thousands of new mobile games are published and most of them will never get noticed by the bigger public. In Indonesia, game developer company are increasingly using the popularity of major intellectual properties (IP) to make their games stand out. By tying their games to popular movies, TV shows or comics, they are hoping to drive user installs and revenues. Games based on IP have a history of failure and success, making it crucial to understand what makes a licensed game great, and who plays and spends in these games. Through the analysis conducted from internal and external business environment and user analysis using focus group discussion and A/B testing using analysis of variance, it is found out that in order to improve conversion rate, it needs to make a strategy with the right flow that starts from retargeting, which changes non-users and have not installed the game to become loyal users. THE READINESS OF HUMAN CAPITAL AND BIG DATA ANALYTICS IMPLEMENTATION FACING THE INDUSTRY REVOLUTION 4.0 (CASE: HUMAN CAPITAL IN HCBP CENTER OF PT. TELEKOMUNIKASI INDONESIA BANDUNG)
The purpose of this research is to identify and analyzing the readiness of human capital and big data analytics implementation in the HCBP Center unit of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Bandung in facing the industry revolution 4.0. To assess readiness in the face of industry 4.0, human capital has four factors that related to industry 4.0: knowledge, hard skills, soft skills, and attitude. Furthermore, big data analytics implementation in human capital has five factors that related to industry 4.0: data quality, analytical competencies, skilled workforce analytics leaders, the right mix of skills, and right analytics technology and data.This research used a quantitative data approach. Quantitative data is done by distributing questionnaires to employees who are respondents. Questionnaire data that has been collected that has passed the validity and reliability test. Then the data will be measured using the Geometric Mean formula to measure the gap analysis of each statement in each factor. Then, to measure the readiness of the overall construct using the Human Development Index (HDI).The results of this study indicate that the readiness of big data analytics implementation in human capital in the HCBP Center unit of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Bandung is fully ready in all of factors such as data quality (optimal level), analytical competencies (receptive level), skilled workforce analytics leaders (optimal level), the right mix of skills (receptive level), and right analytics technology and data (optimal level). And the readiness of human capital in the HBCP Center unit of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Bandung is not fully ready to face industry 4.0. There are two factors that have a value below the Ready level, namely hard skills (not ready level) and attitude (preliminary level). Therefore, researchers provide recommendations for companies. They must prepare the human capital by building attitudes and behavior that are oriented towards the use of digital technology in carrying out various daily activities and not just the implementation of the latest digital technology and company can also create learning and development programs that are digital or online.Keywords: Readiness, Human Capital, Big Data Analytics, Industry Revolution 4.0
BUSINESS STRATEGY TO MAXIMIZE NON-AERONAUTICAL REVENUE FROM RETAIL BUSINESS CASE STUDY: SOEKARNO – HATTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Soekarno Hatta International Airport concessions and rental income must be increased by strong retail performance trough managing the shopping experience of passengers as well as collaboration between concessionaires, airports, and airlines. The proposed strategy is derived from Porter’s Generic Strategy that Soekarno Hatta International Airport in retail business should implemented the integrated cost leadership and differentiation strategy to control the prices but still maintaining the quality of the services, and TOWS matrix analysis are used to define the appropriate strategy and developing the capabilities and core competencies of retail business development to keep sustaining in the retail business at airport.The implementation in this final project will guide company to reach the target portion of non-aeronautical revenue. PT Angkasa Pura II's non-aeronautical revenue maximum target plan by implementing the strategy is IDR3,965,478,878 that represents 52% of PT Angkasa Pura II's non-aeronautical revenue in the coming years with the composition of contributing revenue from retail business in Soekarno Hatta International Airport approximately IDR815.581.726 by the end of 2023.Keywords: Airport, Business strategy, Non-aeronautical revenue, Retail busines
PROPOSED MARKETING STRATEGY ON BRAND AWARENESS FOR ETHISCROWD AS SHARIA EQUITY BASED CROWDFUNDING
In order to compete with digital innovation in international level and technology industry in national level demand to have a breakthrough from local human resource to make innovation for better living of Indonesia. One of the rising online platforms in Indonesia is EthisCrowd categorized as sharia equity-based crowdfunding that is currently being the only Indonesia sharia equity crowdfunding that exist. In the business issue of EthisCrowd has a challenge of having people to increase invest and knowledge people in general invest little amount of money from total of annual invest potential in Indonesia. This challenge has to be formulized as strategy for EthisCrowd in order to archive gradual increasing performance each yea and sustain. The priority of increase invest with brand awareness to EthisCrowd as becoming the choice of investment platform. Determining Optimal Capital Structure for PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur
PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (PT Pupuk Kaltim) is the largest Indonesian fertilizer producer. They wish to expand their business by building new plants. There are two ways to obtain external funding: debt and equity. The composition of debt and equity will affect the firm value. To maximize the firm value, optimal capital structure is needed to be estimated. Both qualitative and quantitative research methodology is used to analyze the optimal capital structure of the firm. This research use Library Research as a method for collecting data and secondary data are documentation of annual report, audited financial statement, data from credible website, and also media. The data period in this research is from 2013 to 2020. The optimal capital structure is calculated based on two approaches: cost of capital approach and APV approach.The result shows that the optimal capital structure based on cost of capital approach is 5%, while the current debt to capital ratio is 2.31%. The APV approach also shows that the current debt to capital ratio is lower than optimal debt ratio, which is 15% for all three scenarios: optimistic, most likely, and pessimistic. With the current condition of the firm that is underleveraged, the firm can take the new project with debt to increase the debt level and meet optimal capital structure that will increase the firm value. The current credit rating of PT Pupuk Kaltim is Aa2/AA, if the debt ratio is changed to 5% based on cost of capital ratio, the rating will decrease to A1/A+. While if it is changed based on APV approach with 15% debt ratio, it will decrease to A3/A- or Baa2/BBB, lower than cost of capital approach.Keywords: optimal capital structure, fertilizer producer, cost of capital approach, apv approac

For an company, expertise is an essential strategic asset to attain and keep its aggressive gain in comparison with competitors Like the CY Hotel Bandung, the Human Resources Department employs many daily workers to help the CY Hotel Bandung project. Nevertheless, the human resources department of the daily workers at the CY Hotel Bandung lacks knowledge and experience related to daily work. This situation makes them very dependent on their superiors to assist them in completing their work. But in reality, not everyone wants and has time to share their knowledge in every situation. Therefore, Human Resources Department of CY Hotel Bandung needs a comprehensive knowledge management system to support the occurrence of an effective knowledge sharing among the organization and daily workers to improve the organization's work environment and effectiveness at work.Activities will begin in a series of activities carried out based on the five stages of the knowledge management implementation process for the implementation plan. The knowledge management objectives and approaches are identified to adjust the knowledge management system according to the current situation and problems faced by the company to support business processes so that the knowledge management system can work efficiently and effectively.The implementation plan has the concern to improve practice of knowledge management. Proposed important activity that can maximize the full potential of knowledge management and innovation in the company. The implementation activity will consist of 23 (twenty-three) activities to be fulfilled with the proposed timeframe for 3 months.
