    Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Di Wilayah Jakarta Timur II (JT 2)

    ABSTRAK Kemampuan kepemimpinan dalam sebuah sekolah akan tercipta dengan baik bila ada kerja sama yang baik antar semua warga sekolah. Salah satu faktor yang memperngaruhi tingkat keberhasilan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dapat terlihat dari motivasi kerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran dalam kelas. Untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan melihat kinerja guru, pemerintah adalah melakukan reorientasi pengelolaan pendidikan, yakni dari memperbaiki dari segala sisi termasuk kemampuan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi guru dalam setiap proses pembelajaran yang akan mempengaruhi pula kinerja guru di sebuah sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan positif langsung kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) di sekolah yang dipimpin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik sebar angket. Dengan menggunakan sampling fraction per cluster, diperoleh responden sebanyak 150 guru dari jumlah populasi seluruhnya 4816 guru se-JT2. Setelah melakukan analisis dengan menggunakan sitem SPSS 16.0 dapat terlihat bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung antara X1 terhadap Y memiliki hasi lregresi nilai F 62,888 nilai sig. 0,000<0,05. X2 terhadap Y hasil regresi nilai F 77,131, nilai sig. 0,000<0,05, dan variabel X1 terhadap X2 hasil regresi nilai F 147,140, nilai sig. 0,000<0,05. X1 berpengaruh langsung terhadap Y sebesar 29,3%, X2 terhadap Y sebesar 33,8%, dan X1 terhadap Y sebesar 49,5%.   ABSTRAK The leadership ability in a school will be created well if there is good cooperation between all school members. One of the factors that influence the level of success of the principal's leadership can be seen from the work motivation of teachers in the learning process in the classroom. To improve the quality of education and see teacher performance, the government is reorienting the management of education, namely from improving all aspects including the leadership abilities of school principals and teacher motivation in each learning process which will also affect teacher performance in a school. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct positive relationship of principal leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) on teacher performance (Y) in the school being led. The research method used is descriptive quantitative using a questionnaire scatter technique. By using sampling fraction per cluster, it was obtained that 150 teachers were respondents from a total population of 4816 teachers throughout JT2. After analyzing using the SPSS 16.0 system, it can be seen that there is a direct influence between X1 and Y which has a regression result of the F value of 62.888 sig. 0.000 <0.05. X2 to Y regression results F value 77.131, the value of sig. 0.000 <0.05, and variable X1 to X2 regression results with F value 147.140, sig. 0.000 <0.05. X1 has a direct effect on Y by 29.3%, X2 for Y by 33.8%, and X1 for Y by 49.5%

    Kegiatan supervisi pendidikan sangat dibutuhkan oleh guru, karena bagi guru yang melayani siswa setiap hari tidak ada yang lebih mengetahui kekurangan dan kelebihan dalam melakukan pembelajaran, kecuali Kepala Sekolah tempat guru tersebut berada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan supervisi terhadap Kualitas layanan guru. Metode penelitian yang dipilih menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 115 orang sampel guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik random sampling. Berdasarkan deskripsi uji hipotesis di atas, diperoleh hasil temuan penelitian yaitu terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara supervisi dengan kualitas layanan guru,. Implikasi yang didapat dari penelitian ini yaitu upaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan guru dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kualitas supervisi

    Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Islam Al Azhar 1 Jakarta, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program Digital Parenting yang dilakukan SMP Islam Al Azhar 1 Jakarta dalam peningkatan kualitas hubungan sekolah dengan orang tua. Perencanaan program digital parenting memiliki beberapa fungsi yaitu salah satunya adalah menjadikan orang tua paham bagaimana mendampingi dan mengawasi anaknya belajar di sekolah maupun di rumah. Penetapan hasil program digital parenting dinyatakan berhasil jika pengaduan atau komplain orang tua berkurang di sekolah, jika masih terdapat banyak pengaduan terkait siswa masih akan terus diadakan sampai benar-benar dirasa bermanfaat dengan adanya program ini sesuai yang sudah ditetapkan dalam SOP program digital parenting

    The purpose of this study was to determine the management of facilities and infrastructure as seen from the planning, procurement, and elimination of educational facilities and infrastructure in Al Azhar 12 Islamic Middle School, East Jakarta. This research was conducted in early January to January 2020. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are done by interview, observation, and study documentation. Sources of data from this study are the Principal, Deputy Principal, Facilities and Infrastructure Staff, Laboratory Staff of Natural Sciences.             The results of the study concluded that; (1) planning educational facilities and infrastructure include: making needs analysis, setting priorities by holding work meetings (RAKER) in schools, preparing budgets, and ratifying the RAPBS, (2) procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure including: submitting a letter of request for procurement of goods to foundations, foundations and schools revisit the specifications of goods and available budgets, the purchasing department surveys the price of goods and makes purchase orders (PO) to suppliers, purchases vouchers, purchases, distributes goods, and (3) maintenance is self awareness respectively

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Robotik di SMAN 28 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan November 2019 hingga bulan Januari 2020 dengan objek penelitian di SMAN 28 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan beberapa pedoman diantaranya pedoman wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Proses perencanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Robotik dilakukan satu tahun sekali melalui rapat tahunan. (2) Pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler Robotik dilaksanakan setiap hari Jumat pukul 15.00–Selesai. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di ruang robotik, ruang prestasi, dan ruang audio visual. Materi yang diajarkan dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler robotik meliputi pelatihan materi dan materi yang tertuang dalam program kerja. (3) Pengawasan Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Robotik di SMAN 28 Jakarta dilakukan setiap diadakannya kegiatan dengan melakukan pengawasan langsung. Hal ini betujuan memastikan bahwa kegiatan dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur. Pengawasan dilakukan oleh wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, Pembina, pelatih kegiatan ekstrakurikuler robotik SMAN 28 Jakarta dan orang tua. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses pengawasan yaitu ketika pihak sekolah tidak dapat mengawasi pelaksanaan kegiatan ektrakurikuler robotik SMAN 28 Jakarta, namun kendala tersebut dapat diatasi dengan adanya kerjasama antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua

    Abstract: Conflict management is a skill owned by individuals in an organization to improve performance. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) conflicts at schools and (2) conflict control at schools. The method used is a qualitative-case-study approach and literature review research. The data collection techniques used are (1) observation, (2) interviews, (3) documentation, and (4) literature review. The subjects of this study were the principal, deputy headmaster, educators, educational staff, counseling guidance teachers and students. The results of this study are (1) conflicts in education come from interpersonal, interpersonal, intra-group, intergroup, Intra-organization, and inter-organization.     The purpose of this study was to determine the management of the extracurricular activities of the Al Azhar 12 Islamic Middle School in Rawamangun, East Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are done by interview, observation, and study documentation. Data sources from this study are the Principal, Deputy Principal, Coordinator of Discipleship and Extracurricular Trustees. This research focuses on the management of scout extracurricular activities. The results of the study concluded that; (1) Scout extracurricular planning is prepared by the school principal, disciplinary coordinator and scoutmaster.     This thesis analyzes the supervisors' clinical supervision in enhancing the managerial competence of the principals of public primary schools in the district of Megang Sakti. The purpose of this study was to analyze the supervisors' clinical supervision in enhancing managerial competence of public elementary school principals in the district of Megang Sakti in terms of the role of supervisors, supervisors guidance, and improvement of the principal's managerial competence after clinical supervision. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The location of this research was conducted at the supervisory office in the education sector of Megang Sakti sub-district and in five public elementary schools in Megang Sakti sub-district. The subjects in this study were two supervisors, five school principals, and five public elementary school teachers in the district holding the magic. The conclusion of this research is related to the role of supervisors in providing services to school principals need to conduct an intensive evaluation of supervision conducted both structured and systematic. The analysis related to supervisors conducted by supervisors is viewed from the aspects of supervising, guiding, monitoring, coordinating, and evaluating supervisors, but the methods and strategies have not been optimal, so they must be improved to be more optimal, especially in the aspects of guiding, evaluating and following up. Clinical supervision by supervisors in increasing the managerial competence of school principals has increased, but there is a need for evaluations and follow-up for supervisors regarding supervisors' methods and strategies in conducting guidance to school principals

    Elementary school administration is an activity to support the success of thequality of education in elementary schools. The scope of school administration activitiesincludes the management of official letters and school archives. Management of officialletters and archives in primary schools is carried out by the principal, assisted by a schooloperator. Their ability to manage official documents and school archives is still lacking.Efforts to increase the capacity of school principals and elementary school administrativepersonnel can be provided with training on managing official letters and school archives.The object (target audience) of the training activities is 150 people consisting of 2elementary school supervisors, 58 school principals, 83 school administration staff and 7SDN teachers in Jatinegara sub-district. The partners involved are the Regional EducationOffice of East Jakarta Administrative City. The training has been carried out for a day onThursday, October 8, 2020 through virtual zoom cloud metting. The training materialconsists of: school leadership and administration, management of official letters andmanagement of school records. The three materials were delivered by 3 lecturers of the UNJFIP Education Management study program with the lecture, question and answer andassignment method. The results of the training were very satisfying to the participants andthe organizing committee, because all the materials had been delivered well and were veryuseful for all training participants
