    Abstract: The objective of the research is finding out the effect of quality of work and organizational climate on the teacher’s employee performance. The research was conducted at Global Prestasi School in North Bekasi.  The research was using a survey method with path analysis applied in the hypothesis and 100 respondents. The research techniques are analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research is: 1) there is a positive direct effect of quality of work life on employee performance; 2) there is a positive direct effect of organizational climate on employee performance; 3) there is a positive direct effect of quality of work life on organizational climate. Result the of the research show that quality of work life and organizational climate has impact to job performance with sign = 0,000 or sig < 0,05 &nbsp

    The development of the 21st century  is characterized by the use of Technology, Information and Communication (ICT) in all aspects of life. Teachers in 21st century learning are expected to master technological knowledge, pedagogy, and content in conveying learning. Based on the facts, there are still many teachers who are lagging behind in the use of technology for the delivery of learning, the low pedagogical competence of teachers and the lack of understanding in delivering learning content. Those are some issues in the education field nowadays.  Literacy toward  teacher’s  TPACK at Amaliah Elementary School Bogor. This research is a  quantitative research by using  functional correlation research design. The sample in this study amounted to 31 teacher’s. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using regression equation analysis techniques, coefficient of determination, and significance tests to see significant effects. The results showed that there was a significant influence of ICT literacy on teacher’s  TPACK. The results of this study concluded that the ICT literacy variable with teacher’s  TPACK has a significant influence of 14.21% which means that both of these variables are classified as quite significant

    Efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBM) Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berfikir Lancar Siswa Pada Materi  Reaksi Redoks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBM) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir lancar siswa pada materi  reaksi redoks. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA yang ada di SMA Negeri 1 Tulangbawang pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah clauster random sampling dan diperoleh sampel kelas XI IPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI IPA 4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design.  Pengaruh model PBM diukur berdasarkan rata-rata nilai n-Gain keterampilan berpikir lancar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kelas eksperimen rata-rata nilai n-Gain keterampilan berpikir lancar siswa sebesar 0,88 (kriteria tinggi). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran  PBM efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir lancar siswa pada materi reaksi redoks

    EVALUASI PROGRAM KARTU JAKARTA PINTAR (KJP) DI SMAN 22 JAKARTA TIMUR DENGAN PENDEKATAN CIPP

    To increase student learning opportunities up to high school level, the DKI Jakarta government provides the Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) program for people who are classified as poor. Evaluation on the implementation of this program needs to be done to see the extent of program success. This study aims to look at the evaluation of the KJP program at SMA Negeri 22 Jakarta using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Output) method. The results showed that SMAN 22 had run the KJP program very well. The results of the evaluation on context aspect shows a  very good  result with 85% of implementation. The input aspects have been carried out 80% with good categories. The process aspect is running well with a percentage of 80% of the plan, and the product evaluation (output) aspect also reaches 80% of the specified criteria. The study also recommends that there should be an officer from provincial government officials to conduct home visit program to maintain the quality of KJP implementation.   &nbsp

      Abstract::The research has been conducted to evaluate the suitability of the entrepreneurship education program through the Teaching Factory at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung, including the planning, implementation and outcome stages. This research uses a qualitative method with a Stake Evaluation approach (Antecedents, Transactions and Outcomes). The main subjects of this research consisted of Headmaster, Entrepreneurship Teachers, Supervisors of Teaching Factory, Industrial Partners, Customers of Products, Students and the Communities. The data were collected using interview methods, observation, and documentation. Our finding indicates that the implementation of entrepreneurship education programs through the teaching factory is went quite decent. This could be seen by the results of the evaluation showing that the Antecedent (preparation) aspect is in the inappropriate category, whereas the Transaction (implementation) and the Outcomes aspect are in the appropriate category. Furthermore, improving the quality of the program could be done by improving the inappropriate category aspects for each evaluation stage.     This study aims to describe the methods and steps of academic supervision of the principal of the Muhammadiyah Plus Salatiga Middle School in improving the performance of PAI learning teachers. This research uses a qualitative ethnographic approach to education. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation and interviews. While the data analysis of this study uses inductive qualitative. The results of this study concluded that the academic supervision method applied to improve teacher performance is a collaborative method, namely the direct and indirect methods. Supervision techniques used, using two techniques, namely individual and group techniques. Individual techniques include: class visits, observations and individual meetings. Group techniques by holding teacher meetings and training to improve teacher competency. The steps are as follows: 1) Planning documents; 2) Implemented after there is socialization and agreement with the teacher to be supervised; 3) Conduct an analysis of the implementation of supervision; 4) Providing feedback from the results of the supervision analysis; 5) A follow-up plan for supervision is carried out; 6) Prepare reports on the results of supervision

    This study aims to address the problems of five proposed hypotheses, namely: 1) The direct effect of the principal's leadership on work motivation, 2) The direct effect of the principal's leadership on work stress, 3) The direct effect of the principal's leadership on teacher performance, 4) The direct effect of work motivation on performance, 5) The direct effect of work stress on performance. This study involved 270 Bireuen District High School teachers taken with Proportional Random Sampling techniques. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale and research data processing was analyzed through SPSS and path analysis.The results showed (1) headmaster's leadership had a direct positive effect on work motivation (2) headmaster's leadership had a direct positive effect on work stress (3) headmaster's leadership had a direct positive effect on teacher performance (4) work motivation had a direct positive effect on performance ( 5) work stress has a direct positive effect on performance. The implications of the results of the study are explainedHeadmaster leadership, work motivation, job stress and job satisfaction have a direct positive effect on teacher performance.     Abstract   The purpose of research: knowing deeply about the influence of organizational justice towards the perception of organizational support, organizational support for OCB Justice organization affects the OCB site research place of East Jakarta Area 1. Research conducted for 12 months from July 2018 until June 2019 the method used is a survey with a quantitative approach. The results showed that justice organizations were positively related to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). That is, the better and conducive justice of the organization then the increasing behavior organizational citizenship behavior of senior high school teachers in East Jakarta Region 1 perception of organizational support (POS) berhubungan positif dengan organizational citizenship behavior. That is, the better the perception of organizational support, the higher organizational citizenship behavior of SMA Negeri teachers in East Jakarta Region 1. Fairness of organizational and organizational support perception jointly relates positively to organizational citizenship behavior. That is, the better and conducive justice of the Organization and the more positive the perception of organizational support together, the stronger the organizational citizenship behavior of senior high school teachers in East Jakarta region.
