PENGEMBANGAN MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN MADRASAH BERBASIS TAHFIDZ AL-QUR'AN DI MTs NEGERI 1 LUBUKLINGGAU: PENGEMBANGAN MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN MADRASAH BERBASIS TAHFIDZ AL-QUR'AN DI MTs NEGERI 1 LUBUKLINGGAU
Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengembangan manajeman pendidikan madrasah berbasis tahfidz di madrasah tsanawiyah negeri 1 lubuklinggau. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah terkait dengan pencanangan program rumah tahfizd yang di gagas kementrian agama provinsi sumatera selatan yang mewajibkan setiap madrasah di wilayah kementrian agama provinsi susmatera selatan untuk mendirikan rumah tahfizd, namun demikian tidak semua madrasah siap untuk melaksanakan program rumah tahfizd yang optimal disebabkan oleh beberapa paktor diantaranya 1. Waktu yang tersedia, 2. Sumber daya manusia masih relatip rendah dalam hal pengetahuan tahfizd
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan manajemen pendidikan madrasah berbasis tahfizd al-qur’an yang di terapkan di madrasah negeri 1 lubuklinggau, untuk mengoptimalkan keberhasilan siswa dalam menghapal al-qur’an serta menambah program yang sudah dilaksanakan sebelumnya dengan program tambahan baik dari metode ataupun teknik yang dilaksanakan, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development/R&D) yaitu metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu dan menguji keefektifan produk tersebut. Menurut seorang ahli, penelitian mengacu pada penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model ADDIE Analysis (Analisis), Design (Desain), Develop (Pengembangan), Implement (Implementasi), dan Evaluate(Evaluasi)), akan tetapi dalam penyusunan produk ini penulis menyadari betul memerlukan waktu yang relatip panjang maka dengan keterbatasan waktu dan kesempatan penulis hanya sampai pada tahap ADD.
Simpulan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis terkait peran dari pengelola dan pengurus rumah tahfizd madrasah tsanawiyah dalam mengembangkan program yang sudah berjalan dengan memasukan tahfizd kedalam mata pelajaran muatan local, merekrut sumber daya manusia yang berkopeten dalam hapalan kuran, berkordinasi dengan ketua rumah tahfizd kota lubuklinggau, dan melaksanakan program karantina rumah tahfizd at-tazkir madrasah tsanawiyah negeri 1 lubuklinggau berjalan optimal dan mengalami peningkatan setelah dilaksanakan pengembangan program tahfizd yang ada di madrasah tsanawiyah negeri 1 lubuklingga
KONTRIBUSI BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN ETOS KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA GURU
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari tahu adanya kontribusi budaya organisasi dan etos kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru PNS SD Negeri di Kecamatan Setiabudi. Metodologi dalam penelitian ialah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif model regresi linier berganda. Sampel dilakukan terhadap 126 orang guru PNS SD Negeri di Kecamatan Setiabudi. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket tertutup dalam google form berdasarkan skala likert. Pengujian hipotesis didapat dari uji t dan uji F. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat beberapa kesimpulan yaitu: 1) Budaya organisasi berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas guru PNS SD Negeri di Kecamatan Setiabudi, artinya, meningkatnya budaya organisasi akan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja guru. 2) Etos kerja berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja guru PNS SD Negeri di Kecamatan Setiabudi, artinya, meningkatnya etos kerja akan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja guru. 3) Budaya organisasi dan etos kerja berkontribusi terhadap produktivitas kerja guru PNS SD Negeri di Kecamatan Setiabudi dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,690 atau 69%, artinya, budaya organisasi dan etos kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) sebesar 69%
Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter dalam Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Pramuka di MAN 4 Jakarta
Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui secara mendalam tentang nilai-nilai karakter, pengimplementasian, serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan dan menghambat pendidikan karakter.di MAN 4 Jakarta. Penelitian di MAN 4 Jakarta ini dilakukan selama 12 bulan sejak bulan Juli 2018 sampai dengan bulan Juni 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Pramuka di MAN 4 Jakarta diterapkan secara bertahap dengan memperkenalkan nilai-nilai dasar etika dan akhlaq mulia seperti nilai religius, disiplin, mandiri, kreatif, ramah, peduli lingkungan, tanggung jawab, sopan dan jujur. Faktor yang mendukung implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yaitu guru, kepala sekolah, siswa, dan orang tua, serta fasilitas yang memadai. Faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam implementasi pendidikan karakter terkait dengan waktu pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler pramuka dan dukungan dari orang tua. Cara mengatasi kendala tersebut dengan melakukan komunikasi yang baik kepada orangtua, melibatkan semua guru, melakukan evaluasi secara rutin dan menetapkan sanksi yang lebih tegas terhadap peserta didik yang tidak menerapkan pendidikan karakter.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out in depth about character values, implementation, and factors that influence the success and inhibit character education in MAN 4 Jakarta. The research at MAN 4 Jakarta was conducted for 12 months from July 2018 to June 2019. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results showed that character education in Boy Scout extracurricular activities at MAN 4 Jakarta was implemented in stages by introducing basic ethical and noble values such as religious, disciplined, independent, creative, friendly, environmentally responsible, responsible, polite and honest. Factors that support the implementation of character education in extracurricular activities are teachers, principals, students, and parents, as well as adequate facilities. Factors that become obstacles in the implementation of character education are related to the time extracurricular implementation of scouts and support from parents. How to overcome these obstacles by making good communication to parents, involving all teachers, conducting routine evaluations and setting stricter sanctions on students who do not implement character education.

This article aims to find ou how project based learning in entrepreneurship courses applied in IAIN Surakarta in shaping students independence in entrepreneurship. This study uses a Classroom Action Research method. This research is describing data, facts and circumstances that occur in the field. The object of this research is 38 students the Arabic Language and Literature, Faculty of Adab and Language IAIN Surakarta. Data collection is done by instruments of student performance and learning outcomes. Performance instruments by assessing student activity in carrying out assignments, conducting business consultations, presenting products, and reporting results. Data from observations were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. In this study it was produced that the application of the project-based learning model could create student independence in producing a product that would ultimately be able to make students economically independent. However, the researchers hope that further research will not only discuss how to apply it, and success in producing products, but also can discuss the business continuity that has been born and create by students

The objective of this research is to examine the effect of empowerment toward procedural justice of SDN regrouping teacher in South Jakarta. This research use quantitative approach with survey methods. The sample of this research is 200 Civil Servant teachers (PNS) of regrouping Elementary Public-School teachers which is appointed randomly from 59 Elementary Public-School in South Jakarta. Data collection was carried out by using instruments in form of questionnaires to measure four research variables. The result of this study indicate that empowerment has a direct positive effect toward procedural justice
MODEL PENDIDIKAN MORAL ANAK JALANAN DI SURAKARTA
The purpose of this study was to determine the model of moral education given by the PPAP Seroja institution to street children in Surakarta, as well as what factors influenced the difficulty of implementing moral education in the PPAP Seroja Surakarta institution. This research is field research (Field Research) that is research conducted directly with the object of research and conducted data collection in the field. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative study conducted at PPAP Seroja Surakarta in 2019, data collected through the method of observation, documentation, and interviews. The analysis was performed using interactive analysis. The conclusions of the study are as follows: the moral education model applied in the PPAP Seroja Surakarta institution using the lecture model, counseling model, model, skills model, and model outing class. Whereas the factors that hinder the implementation of moral education on the moral development of street children in PPAP Seroja Surakarta are the factors of street children who are still lack of interest in street children and tend to be lazy in following moral education, in addition to the factors of mentors who are less competent in delivering moral education material. because the methods used tend to be monotonous so that street children get bored easily, the lack of supporting infrastructure and a less supportive family environment, and less motivation to give street children a moral education.
 
The Service Quality of Education in Primary School IAS Al-Jannah
ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to describe the service quality by focusing to the responsiveness of service; the competency of service; and the usage of school facilities.
This is qualitative research with a case study method conducted in Primary School IAS Al-Jannah, Depok, in 2019. The data was collected by conducting interviews, observation, recording, and collecting documents. The reliability of this research is confirmed by triangulation method which included sources of data, method of finding the data, and the theories.
Results of this research showed that (1) teachers can actualize themselves through activities that support school programs which make them experience more self-determination, meaning, competence, and impact regarding their role in the working environment; (2) factors that caused costumer’s loyalty to the educational services in Primary School IAS Al-Jannah are the supportive environtment; positive changes on their children’s not only academically but also their behavior by implementing better daily religious practice; their children can speak English fluently; and have discipline time management. (3) Primary School IAS Al-Jannah has adequate facilities and infrastructures which support the learning process
STRATEGI PEMASARAN SEKOLAH MELALUI PELIBATAN MASYARAKAT DALAM PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM KEGIATAN SEKOLAH
The objectives of this research are: (1) to assess the strategies used in improving public image; (2) assessing the suitability of organizational goals with the strategies used; (3) assessing the effectiveness of the organization in implementing the strategy; and (4) provide recommendations to leaders in improving the weaknesses of the strategies used. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach, with interview and observation data collection techniques. The research was conducted at SMA Panjura Malang City with the key informant, namely the principal, with the teacher as additional informants. The results of this study indicate that to improve the public image of the school is to publish about the excellence of the school. The strategy used by the school is also very suitable for the purpose of publication to attract enthusiasts to attend SMA Panjura Malang City. In addition, the strategy used for the publication program was very effective. This can be proven by the progress of the number of interested students. The community in implementing the public relations program at SMA Panjura Malang City also provides criticism and suggestions to the school so that this program can be carried out effectively and efficiently
Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Guru di Kabupaten Kampar: Analisis Kuantitatif
The purposes of this study are to determine the effect of Work Environment on Job Motivation for teachers in all State Senior High Schools of Kampar Regency. The sample of this study was 255 teachers throughout Kampar Regency gathered from 92 State Senior High schools which were randomly selected. The results of this study indicate that Work Environment has a direct positive effect on teachers’ Job Motivation in all State Senior High Schools of Kampar Regency
The Stress Management Teacher: Indonesia
This article discusses teacher stress management which can be interpreted as the ability of a teacher to use available resources effectively to overcome various disorders and also mental and emotional disorders in him as a response or response. In this case there are three categories of potential sources of stress: environmental, organizational, and personal. the ability of each person to deal with stress varies from one to another. This is due to differences in perception, work experience, social support, and relevant personalities; Stress experienced by someone is characterized by symptoms, among others, as follows. Physiological, psychological, and behavioral symptoms. and efforts to overcome problems at work that can be a burden and even give them a sense of panic, which is to do things with relaxation and always think positively.
