MANAJEMEN MUTU PENDIDIKAN DI SMA NEGERI 8 JAKARTA
The study aims to obtain data in SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta which aims to know the quality of education management in SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta. This research was conducted from June 2017 until August 2017. Researcher used qualitative approaches and descriptive methods. Data collection was done through observation, interview, and documentation study. The sources of this research are: Deputy Headmaster of Public Relations Department as well as Responsible of Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2008, Head of School Administration Administration, and Teacher Representative as well as School Quality Internal Audit Team. The quality management planning of education in SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta starts from the preparation of the plan based on the evaluation result of the previous program. Planning is approved at the faculty meeting at the beginning of the school year. The planning process is guided by customer needs, vision, mission, and school goals, as well as government regulations. Implementation of quality management education at SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta involves every element in school according to the capacity and each part. In conducting the implementation of the school guided by the programs that have been agreed, the government regulation, as well as the quality objectives of SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta. Supervision of education quality management at SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta uses several strategies to conduct supervision that is using supervision instrument, customer satisfaction questionnaire learners to program in each school operational area, monitoring activity of OSIS-PK, and so on.

Hubungan antara Komunikasi Interpersonal dengan Kinerja Guru SMK Swasta di Kecamatan Bogor Utara Kota Bogor
This study aims to know there is a relationship between headmastersinterpersonal communication with teachers performance at Vocational High SchoolNorth Bogor District, Bogor City. This research use quantitative with two variables therein, namely: (X) interpersonal communication as independent variable and (Y) teachersperformance as the dependent variable. The method used is survey method with theresults of the analysis of correlational studies. The population in this study are teachersat vocational high school in North Bogor District, Bogor City, there are 580 teachers.Samples were taken by using simple random sampling technique. The technique is basedon the sample size used in this study as many as 85 teachers. Data collection for thevariable (X) interpersonal communication and variable (Y) teachers performance using aquestionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done by using product moment correlation formulaand getting the correlation coefficient (r) value = 0,58892 and based on the results ofhypothesis testing by using t-test obtained t for 6,639 ˃ 1,671 t-tables. By this research,we get a positive relation between interpersonal communication with teachersperformance at Vocational High School North Bogor District, Bogor City
Strategi Pengembangan Kualitas Guru melalui Program Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan di SMK Al-Bahri Bekasi
Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Al-Bahri Kota Bekasi peneliti bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Strategi Pengembangan Kualitas Guru Melalui Program Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan di SMK Al-Bahri Kota Bekasi yang dilihat dari komponen PKB yaitu Pengembangan Diri, Publikasi Ilmiah, dan Karya Inovatif. Dalam penelitian ini pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Artinya, data yang dikumpulkan bukan berupa angka-angka, melainkan data tersebut berasal dari naskah wawancara, catatan lapngan, dokumen pribadi, catatan, memo, dan dokumen resmi lainnya. Sehingga yang menjadi tujuan dari peneltian kualitatif adalah ingin menggambarkan realita empiric dibalik fenomena secara mendalam, rinci, dan tuntas. Oleh karena itu, penggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dalam penelitian ini adalah mencocokkan antara realita empiric dengan teori yang berlaku dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif.Metode deskriptif adalah pencarian fakta dengan interprestasi yang tepat. Dalam proses pengembangan pendidik dapat memenuhi standard dan mengembangan kompetensinya, sehingga mampu menghadapi perubahan internal dan eksternal dalam memenuhi kebutuhan belajar peserta didik untuk menghadapi kehidupannya di masa datang. Kegiatan Pengembangan Diri, Publikasi Ilmiah, dan Karya Inovatif di SMK AlBahri Bekasi sudah melaksanakan dengan baik. Pelatihan yang diadakan oleh pemerintah setempat dan instansi lain yang telah bekerja sama dengan SMK Al-Bahri Bekasi. Telah melaksanakan pelatihan secara bertahap, dengan mengikuti aturan sebelum ingin melakukan pelatihan atau kegiatan pendidik yang lainnya. Hubungan antara Kompensasi dengan Komitmen Organisasi Guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama Swasta di Kecamatan Pulo Gadung
This study aims to determine the relationship between compensation andorganizational commitment junior high school teachers in the district Pulo Gadung. Theresearch approach is a quantitative approach to the method used survey methods. Thisstudy uses correlational study analysis. The study population was Junior highschoolteachers in the district Pulo Gadung with the sample amounted to 79 teachers. Samplingwas done randomly by using simple random sampling with data collection using thequestionnaire. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between compensation andorganizational commitment. This means that the higher the compensation it will furtherenhance the organization's commitment junior high school teachers in the district PuloGadung
HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEADILAN ORGANISASI DAN PERSEPSI DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) GURU DI SMP NEGERI SE-KECAMATAN DUREN SAWIT
This research aims to determine whether there is a relationship between organizational justice and perceived organizational support (POS) with teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on Junior High School in The Duren Sawit Sub District, Jakarta City. This research is quantitative with three variables there in, namely: (X) organizational justice and perceived organizational support (POS) as independent variables and (Y) organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as the dependent variable. The research using survey method and analyzed data with correlation and regression. The result of the research showed that: (1) there is a positive correlation between organizational justice with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) (2) there is a positive correlation between perceived organizational support (POS) with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and (3) there is a positive correlation between organization justice and percieved organizational support (POS) with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

Hubungan antara Kepercayaan dengan Komitmen Organisasi di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Wilayah 1 Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur
This study aims to determine the relationship between trust and organizational commitment of Senior High School in East Jakarta Administration City Region 1. The method used is survey method with the correlational studies and quantitative approaches. Samples were as many as 91 teachers. Sampling using simple random sampling by the formula Slovin and data collection using questionnaires. From the results of hypothesis testing, obtained t count equal to 22.62, which means bigger than t table 1.99. Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) are accepted positively. Of the coefficient of determination, confidence contributed 85.19% to organizational commitment of Senior High School in East Jakarta Administration City Region 1. Then, based on the results of the research, it is known that the higher the confidence, the higher the level of organizational commitment of Senior High School in East Jakarta Administration City Region 1
Manajemen Mutu dalam Upaya Peningkatan Prestasi Sekolah: Studi di SDN Tanah Tinggi 3 Kota Tangerang dan SD Islam Al-Ikhlas Kota Tangerang
Research was conducted in SDN Tanah Tinggi 3 Tangerang and SD Islam Al-Ikhlas Tangerang. This research aims to knowing and analyzing how quality management is applied for improving school’s achievement. This study is focusing on quality management with the sub-focus of planning and actuating. The approach that used for this study is qualitative approach with comparative case study method descriptively. Based on the result and research data analysis, found that quality planning for improving school’s achievement are done by a work-meeting forum, each component in the school determines school’s objective based on existing vision and mission of the school and then the targeted objective will be decided by analyzing school’s needs. The analysis of school’s needs then will be used for arranging school’s programs and work programs for improving the achievement and planning for the future. The decision making was done then followed by the policies, from the planning for improving school’s achievement activities then a planning of improving school’s achievement could be created. In the practice, development of achievement improvement programs was done especially in the scope of Adiwiyata. it held by developing the policies of environmental caring and culture, developing the curriculum of environmental basis, developing participative basis activities and improving the management and structure and infrastructure empowerment. From those aspects, they can create improvement of school’s achievement on environmental aspect. For SDN Tanah Tinggi 3 on improving and developing its academic achievement needs curriculum development on student’s self-empower and extracurricular. Meanwhile for SD Islam Al-Ikhlas on human resources development needs more human resources
