    Development of Individual Learning Program (PPI) Model for Children with Special Needs in Inclusive Primary Schools in Metro City. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the policy of inclusive education in Metro City through the provision of good services and implementation facilities, to increase the competence of special companion teachers for children with special needs, to produce a model for developing Individual Learning Programs for children with special needs in primary schools that provide inclusive education. Produce graduate masters in education management on time. This study uses a research and development, method which is a research method used to produce a lesson plan (RPP) product. The method used is Research and Development (R & D) with a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Primary and secondary data sources were obtained from informants selected purposively based on their mastery of inclusive education service management. This research was conducted for four months. This research includes research by the research team lecturers in the form of Individual Learning Program Model Development for Children with Special Needs in Inclusive Elementary Schools in Metro City with postgraduate students of the education management study program FKIP University of Lampung as guidance. The results of this study were addressed to the Metro City Government through the Education and Culture Office as a learning material tool(legal draft)of the individual learning program (PPI) model for children with special needs (ABK) through special companion teachers (GPK) in elementary schools (SD) of Metro City

    The purpose of this study was to know correlation between achievement motivation and stress on the academic achievement of international class student Faculty Medicine Universitas Indonesia. Total 64 of 176 students were used as research samples to obtain data then analyzed using the quantitative method of path analysis. The result of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive correlation between achievement motivation and academic achievement, (2) there is a negative correlation between stress and academic achievement, (3) there is a negative correlation between achievement motivation and stress

    ABSTRACT Learning is the center of teaching and learning activities consisting of educators and students who aim to realize intellectual maturity, emotional maturity, spiritual elevation, life skills, and moral greatness of students, so that learning activities are more effective and the material delivered can be mastered by participants the students need a change in the learning process carried out by a teacher. The focus of this research problem is to find out how to manage the application of active and effective learning models in achieving learning objectives. This study aims to describe the extent to which the application of active learning models and effective learning in achieving learning goals in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. The results of the study can be concluded that broadly the application of active and effective learning models in achieving learning objectives has been implemented well, namely in the cognitive domain applied methods included in the active and effective learning models such as the question and answer method, memorization, debate, and contributing suggestions .     This research is a class action study conducted at SMA Negeri 76 Jakarta, this research aims to improve the teacher's ability to manage classes through academic supervision. This research is a qualified method research with the design of the research action used in this research is the Hopkins model. The research instrument as a data collection tool in the study is an observation sheet in the form of rubric, poll, interviews, documentation studies, and library studies. Observation, used to collect data about teacher activity in learning activities. The results of the study were divided into two cycles i.e. cycle I and II, in cycle I based on the results of the average score from eleven respondents showed still not optimal levels of the teacher's ability to manage classes. This is evident from the average observation score of 3.09 and the average value of the poll is 3.12 from the maximum score of 4.00. While in cycle II the average score from respondents showed an increase when compared to gains in cycle I. This is evident from the average observation score of 3.65 and the average value of the poll is 3.64

    Abstrak—Tujuan  penelitian  ini adalah  untuk melihat pengaruh model pembelajaran  PBL berbasis kontestual terhadap kemampuan berpikir kraetif dan hasil belajar mahasiswa program studi pendidkan biologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre-Experimental Designs, Desain penelitian  menggunakan one Group Pretest-posttest.  Untuk variabel bebas yaitu  model PBL dan terikat kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan hasil belajar. Uji normalitas Pretest-posttest kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan hasil belajar menggunakan analisis parametrik. Untk kemampuan berpikir kreatif didapat untuk Pretests - posttest nilai probalitas (sig.2.tailed) = 0,073 > 0,005 dikatakan berdisribusi  normal. Untuk hasil belajar Pretest-posttest didapat probabilitas  (sig.2.tailed) = 0,062 > 0,005 dikatakan berdistibusi normal. Teknik analisis uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji-t dengan taraf signifikan α = 0.05 menggunakan uji-t sampel berpasangan (paired sample test) hasil output diperoleh nilai thitung = -2.0881. kaidah terdapat pengaruh model PBL dengan pendekatan kontekstual terhadap kemampuan berfikir kreati

    MENINGKATKAN KARAKTER SELF LEADERSHIP MELALUI PENDEKATAN EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING PESERTA DIDIK KELAS X SMA NEGERI 76 JAKARTA

    The purpose of this research is to increase the character of self leadership through experiential learning approach in students of X SMA Negeri 76 Jakarta. The subjects of the study were students of class X SMA Negeri 76 Jakarta who had the character of a low self leadership category that was taken as many as 30 learners. The research method used is research counseling action. The design and model of the research used are model Kemmis and Mc. Taggart consisting of 3 cycles. The research instruments used are self-leadership character tests, self assessment scales, and observation sheets. The results of the study obtained the data of the test results increased self-leadership between pretests and posttest which measures the level of understanding and application of the character self leadership students before the action is given acquired average score of 54.33 with a percentage of 67.92%, increased after action is administered through a classical tutoring service with experiential learning approach with an average obtained score of 64.10 with a percentage of 80.13%. The results of the self-leadership character questionnaire are known that aspects of self awareness, self-directed aspects, self-management aspects, and self-accomplishment aspects of learners experience A fairly positive improvement. The conclusion of this research is through a guidance service with experiential learning approaches can improve the character self-leadership of the students X grade SMA Negeri 76 Jakarta

    PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR BAHASA INGGRIS MATERI TEKS NARATIF SISWA SMK MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE JIGSAW

    This article aims to describe: 1) student learning activities, 2) teacher teaching activities, 3) increasing of English learning outcomes was by using cooperative learning of jigsaw type.  This class action research was conducted in 2 (two) cycles, with the research subject of accounting student of the grade X at SMK Pembangunan Jaya Jakarta which was registered in the even semester of school year 2018/2019, which amounted 42 students. This research object was the teachers teaching activities and students learning activities in English learning of narrative text materials. Data collection was obtained through twice of study observation and learning result was obtained through tests. The results showed that the cooperative learning of jigsaw types could significantly increase 1) Students learning activities were from an average of 3.2 in the first cycle to reach 3.82; 2) Teachers teaching activities were the average score of teacher teaching activity in the first cycle of 3.2 then in the second cycle reaches 3.91; and 3) students who mastered the first cycle as many as 24 students (57%) and did not master 18 students (43%) with an average score of 66, while on the second cycle increased 34 students (80%) who mastered and 8 students (20%) did not master with an average score of 7

    The objectives of this reseach are to study about the effects principal supervision and self-concept on work discipline of teachers of Civil Servants in State Junior High School of Cilacap Regency, Central Java. The reaseach was conducted by survey method with path analysis technique. The population in this study were civil servant teachers in State Junior High School of Cilacap Regency, while the respondets were 143 teacher selected randomly. The results are as follows: (1) there is a direct positive effect of principal supervision on teacher work discipline; (2) there is a positive direct effect of self-concept on teacher work discipline, and (3) there is a direct positive effect of principal supervision on self concept. Therefore, improvement of the teacher work discipline should be improved by enhaching the implementation of principal supervision and working standard in the school

    STRATEGI PENINGKATAN MUTU PESERTA DIDIK MELALUI LAYANAN KONSELING

    School counseling services have a very important role in order to improve the quality of school students to understand about themselves and also recognize their potential. This research was conducted at SD Plus Al-Kautsar Malang using qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive research and a total quality management analysis technique, Flow Chart. Data collection using observation, interviews and documentation. Sources of data obtained from the Principal, Head of Student Affairs and guidance and counseling teachers (BK). The results showed that the improvement in the quality of counseling services was done by increasing the number of counseling staff in schools and then conducted special training for guidance and counseling (BK) teachers because the number of students ranged from more than 500 people so counseling counselors needed approximately 3 counselors, ideally the ratio of guidance and counseling teachers for 1 teacher serving approximately 100-150 students only. School counseling services are considered beneficial for students and parents, because they provide additional support for students in the academic, personal and social fields and careers to improve student achievement. Likewise, parents can collaborate with school counselors to find out problems and forms of problem solving both in the field of learning and potential outside the field of learning.   Keywords: counseling Services, total quality management, flow char

    ABSTRAK Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan data yang berhubungan dengan Manajemen Program Standarisasi dan Sertifikasi Kompetensi di Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kementerian Dalam Negeri. Seperti yang dijelaskan oleh Semiawan, dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif diharapkan peneliti dapat memperoleh data dan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan penelitian kualitatif karena informasi yang diperoleh berdasarkan hasil pengamatan terhadap proses yang terjadi di lapangan. Tetapi tetap berorientasi pada teori yang sudah ada yang disajikan sebagai bahan penjelasan. .Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1). Perencanaan standarisasi dilakukan di Pusat 1 yaitu pusat standarisasi dan sertifikasi kompetensi yaang memiliki beberapa fungsi salah satunya yaitu penyusunan kebijakan teknis dan rencana standarisasi dan kependidikan, kurikulum, dan pengembangan teknologi pembelajaran di bidang Kementerian Dalam Negeri dan Pemerintah Daerah. (2) Pelaksanaan sertifikasi kompetensi dilakukan setelah standar ditetapkan, karena standar dipergunakan sebagai acuan serta tolak ukur kompetensi yang akan dicapai pada bidang-bidang atau profesi yang akan di sertifikasi agar dapat memperoleh kesamaan seluruh Indonesia serta tidak adanya perbedaan diantara lembaga-lembaga lainnya.
