MANAJEMEN PESERTA DIDIK DALAM MANAJEMEN BERBASIS SEKOLAH DI SMA ANGKASA I JAKARTA
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen peserta didik dalam manajemen berbasis sekolah di SMA Angkasa I Jakarta. Penelitian dilakukan mulai dari bulan Juni sampai dengan bulan Juli 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara, pengamatan, dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah: Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kesiswaan, Kasubag TU, Staf Bidang Kesiswaan, dan Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling.
Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) pelaksanaan penerimaan peserta didik baru meliputi: melakukan evaluasi, pembentukan panitia, menetapkan dan mengesahkan peraturan dan anggaran, penjualan formulir, pelaksanaan tes, pengumuman hasil tes, dan pelunasan pembayaran. (2) kegiatan orientasi dilakukan agar peserta didik baru mengetahui lingkungan sekolah, keadaan sekolah, program yang dilakukan sekolah, guru-guru dan karyawan sekolah, organisasi dan ekstrakurikuler yang ada di sekolah, dan juga mengetahui tata tertib yang ada di SMA Angkasa I. (3) Pembinaan dilakukan untuk menjadikan siswa berkarakter unggul dalam imtaq, iptek, dan berbudi luhur dalam era globalisasi sesuai dengan visi dan misi sekolah. Proses pembinaan peserta didik di SMA Angkasa I melibatkan semua pihak sekolah dan berlangsung terus menerus.
 
Upaya Kepala Madrasah Dalam Membina Budaya Religius
Abstract
Madrasah is an institution having Islamic. Therefore, the school is requested to maintain Islamic values ​​that can be realized in the activities of formal and non-formal learning. To facilitate the performance, Principals need Madrasah institutions that have innovations and new ideas to improve a Madrasah. On the basis of the above background, this research focuses on the how Principals efforts in fostering Islamic Culture in MA Surban Pacet Mojokerto. And, what is the problem and the impact of Principals in fostering Islamic Culture in MA Surban Pacet Mojokerto. This study aims to describe the efforts Principals in Fostering Islamic culture, as well as the problem and the impact of the development of Islamic culture. The approach of this study used a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research, and collected by using observation, interviews (interviews) and documentation. Source of data: Principals of MA Surban Pacet Mojokerto, Vice Principal of Curricullum , Vice Principal of Studentship, teachers and students. The data were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques.

A Hidden Curriculum Practices: at Avicenna Senior High School
This paper departs from the issue of a hidden curriculum that occurred during the last 10 years. Hidden curriculum is an educational practice in schools that contributes to the progress of education. Previous studies discussed the role of the state, the role of schools and the role of teachers in the practice of hidden curriculum separately. Whereas in this paper, researchers want to show the practice of hidden curriculum comprehensively. This research is a case study research with a qualitative approach. Findings in this study (1) Stakeholders influence the progress of schools with innovation and creation through cooperation, adaptive policies and implementation in learning activities. (2) The practice of hidden curriculum is carried out in academic and non-academic activities, but there is a dynamic that occurs in the practice of hidden curriculum (3) The achievement in the practice of hidden curriculum is seen formally and substantively. PENGARUH MANAJEMEN SDM TERHADAP KINERJA GURU YAYASAN TUNAS BANGSA DI KOTA TEGAL
Generasi 4.0 merupakan era sosial dimana alat-alat teknologi sudah melekat menjadi bagian dari gaya hidup keseharian. Tak terkecuali dengan perilaku guru-guru sebagai praktisi pendidik yang tentunya memiliki hubungan moral yang tidak dapat dipisahakan oleh perangkat canggih yang sudah menjadi bagian dari hidup. Aspek psikologis guru dapat dilihat dari cara pandang manajemen sumber daya manusia yang mampu mengukur kecakapan performa guru yang ternyata dapat terpengaruh oleh tiga aspek manajemen SDM seperti motivasi kerja, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini bertempat di sekolah komersil yang berada dibawah naungan Yayasan Tunas Bangsa kota Tegal. Jumlah responden yang dijadikan objek penelitian adalah guru-guru berjumlah 60 orang. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode kuantitatif dengan bantuan software alat olah data Smart PLS versi 3.8
MENINGKATKAN KECERDASAN EMOSI SISWA MELALUI KONSELING RATIONAL EMOTIF BEHAVIOR THERAPY DI KELAS XI SMA NEGERI 76 JAKARTA
The purpose of this research is to improve student emotion intelligence through Rational Emotif Behavior Therapy Counseling in XI SMA Negeri 76 Jakarta. The research subject is 30 grade XI SMA Negeri 76 Jakarta Year lesson 2018/2019 which has low emotional intelligence. The research methods used are research action Group guidance. Data collection techniques in research are obtained from instruments that are in the form of observation sheets and polls.The results of the study were obtained the average value of emotional intelligence of students before being given REBT counseling treatment of 106.87 or a 53.43% percentage with low category, which has increased after being given REBT counselling treatment At cycle I of 150.73 or percentage of 75.37% with moderate category and increased back in cycle II with obtained average value of 167.93 or percentage 83.97% with medium category. This means that there is an increase in emotional intelligence between before being given an action of 57.14%

HUBUNGAN KEADILAN ORGANISASI, PERSEPSI DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) GURU DI JAKARTA TIMUR, INDONESIA
ABSTRACT
This study aims to obtain real information of the relationship between Organizational justice and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), the relationship between the Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the relationship between the combined organizational justice and the perceived organizational support (POS) on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) The method used in this research is a survey with correlational techniques using instrument in data collection. The study was conducted at state senior high schools in East Jakarta, 2017. The total of population was 2156, with 96 samples selected by performing Slovin’s formula. The results showed that the organizational justice has positive relationship with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Also, the perceived organizational support is positively related with organizational citizenship behavior. At last, the combined organizational justice and the perceived organizational support have positive relationship with the organizational citizenship behavior
Persepsi Guru Terhadap Peran Sekolah Sebagai Komunitas Belajar Profesional Dalam Perspektif Guru Sekolah Menengah Negeri Di Wilayah Jakarta Pusat
This study aims to examine teachers’ perceptions of professional learning community. The study was conducted from July 2017 – October 2017 in six state senior high schools in Central Jakarta. The method employed in this study was descriptive quantitative. The samples of this research were 108 teachers in Central Jakarta was determined by purposive sampling technique. Data were collected by using Professional Learning Communities Assessment – Revised developed by Olivier, D.F., & Hipp, K.K. (2010) that has been translated into Bahasa Indonesia. The research found that there were 60 teachers (54%) have high perceptions on school as professional learning community, while 48 teachers (44%) have low perceptions. Subsequently, based on the analysis of each dimension, all the dimensions of the professional learning community variables were perceived low by the teacher. Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between work environment and motivation with organizational citizenship behavior of public sma teachers in east jakarta. This research is a quantitative research with 3 variables in it are: (X1) work environment as independent variable, (X2) Motivation as independent variable and (Y) organizational citizenship behavior as dependent variable.The research method used is survey method with correlational study result. The population in this study is the public smp teachers in kecataman pulogadung. Samples were taken using Simple Random sampling technique or simple random sampling. Based on the technique, the sample size used in this research is 96 employees. Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Instruksional dan Keadilan Prosedural Terhadap Citizenship Behavior (CB): Studi Kausal Terhadap Guru SMK Negeri di Kabuaten Lebak
This study aims to determine the effect of instructional leadership and procedural justice on citizenship behavior. The study was conducted at Lebak vocational high school by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis and 118 samples selected by simple random sampling. The finding of the research are. (1) Instructional leadership has a direct positive effect on procedural justice. (2) Procedural justice has a direct positive effect on citizenship behavior. (3) Instructional leadership has a direct positive effect on citizenship behavior, (4) Instructional leadership has a indirect effect on citizenship behavior through procedural justice. Based on the findings in this study, it could be concluded that the influence of the instructional leadership and procedural justice are the important factors to influence teacher citizenship behavior
