    This study aims to: (1) find out the interaction effect  of school leadership and distributive justice on the teachers’ organizational commitment (2) to know the difference of the teacher's organizational commitment, between the teachers who judge their bosses to have transformational leadership and the teachers who judge their boss to have transactional leadership, (3) to know the difference in organizational commitment between teachers who receive distributive equity treatment equally unevenly. This study uses quantitative approach with ex post facto method through 2x2 factorial design. The result of hypothesis testing indicates that there is (1) a very significant difference in organizational commitment that assesses school leadership with transformational leadership and transactional leadership, (2) there is a significant difference on the teacher's organizational commitment that assesses the principal with distributive fairness equally unequally, 3) there is a significant interaction influence between school leadership and distributive justice on teacher organizational commitment, (4) in distributive distributive group, teachers' the organizational commitment assesses school principals with transformational leadership higher than transactional leadership, and (5) in unequal distributive justice group, teacher's organizational commitments assesses principals with transformational leadership higher than transactional leadership

    This study aims to determine the projections of the number of school-age residents; ages 7-12 years, ages 13-15 years, and ages 16-18 years; in 2018 to 2025 based on the number of school-age population in 2015, 2016, and 2017. The study also projects the number of students in primary education (SD/ MI and SMP/ MTs) and secondary education (SMA/ SMK/ MA) based on the growing trend of the school-age population. Eventually, the study also calculates the projections of teacher and the projections of infrastructure. The study used a quantitative approach with descriptive methods by describing the documentation and interviews. The study was in Sukamakmur Sub-District, Bogor Regency. The result shows that the growth of the elementary age population,7-12 years, has decreased every year. Conversely, secondary school-age population increase every year. Regarding student projections, it is found that there is a difference between the number of students and the number of school-aged residents attending school at the appropriate level. The result also shows that there are some people who are not aged 7-12 attending primary education.  The same thing happened to the high school level. This indicates that there are many junior high school graduates who do not continue their education to the senior high school level. Regarding teacher projections of elementary school teachers, the ideal ratio of teachers: students are 1:20, but the reality is 1:29. This shows that it is necessary to add the number of teachers to elementary schools in order to achieve the ideal ratio for the sake of effectiveness of learning. In contrast,  junior and senior high school that already meets the ideal ratio, where for junior and senior high school are 1:15 and 1:12 respectively. This shows that there are excess numbers of teachers at the junior and senior high school level. Therefore, it is necessary to increase school enrollment rate

    This research aimed to describe the planning and execution of training in improving the quality of education personnel in Jakarta. Research on quality managament be specified in two sub research focus is the planning of training and implementation of training activities in PPMS. The method used is a qualitative case research. The data obtained by researchers is through observation, depth interviews (depth interview), and documentation research. Key informant interviews were conducted at the Head Centre and supported by the informant support consists of the Head of Administration, Head of Executive Management Development Medium, instructor and trainees.The research concluded that 1) Planning of training undertaken in an effort to improve the quality of education personnel through the stages of training needs analysis, a coordination meeting between the committee and implementing units, define the training objectives, determining the training target, specify the subject matter, time, and number of participants, determine More specifically instructor with the materials according to their fields of expertise. Resulting from this process that the terms of reference of activities and proposal activities, criteria for participants and instructors criteria, the list of participants will be invited, syllabus and training schedules, training materials by the instructor, training rules and list of required facilities and infrastructure. 2) Implementation of the training activities carried out through pre-test phase – IN 1 – On the Job Learning – IN 2 – Post test up until the evaluation results come out in the form of certificates to the participants assessment. Output generated in the form of training implementation Accountability report along with photo documentation of training activities.PPMS should conduct a detailed analysis of requirement operating more hearts held trainin, set time allocation complex material material adjustments and trainer right, make a detailed schedule and disseminate the material shown to the participants which impacted the increasing skills from the training participants

    This study aims to determine Relationship Management Information Systems with Elementary School Teacher Performance in Central Jakarta Sub Highlands. The sample in this study were teachers Highlands Village SDN 75 people. Proportional sampling using sampling. The method used was survey method with the correlational approach. The data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using Normality Test and Test of Significance analysis technique Product Moment and conclusions with Hypothesis Testing. The results showed that the positive effect of management information systems with the performance of primary school teachers in the village of Highlands, Central Jakarta. These results indicate that management information systems can be used as one of the efforts to improve the performance of primary school teachers in the village of Highlands, Central Jakarta. Therefore, teachers need to know about the system implemented in the school as well as the delivery of accurate information from the school to the teacher. Facilities required to meet the school does in IT so that classroom teaching and learning activities designed by teachers varied, in order to improve teacher performance

This research was conducted on April 2015 to January 2016. This research used qualitative approach with descriptive methode. Data was collected through interview, observation and documentation study. Data sources was gained from Managing Director, Training Manager, Managing Secretary, and several supported informants such as Training Manager Assistant, Training Instructor and CSR Training Participant.Planning of CSR training was conducted by analyzing training needs, arrange curriculum, materials, teaching materials, schedule and organizing recruitment of participants and instructor. While the implementation of training activities carried out through two stages including basic training dan advance training. Evaluation was held by asessing the organizers, training program, materials, instructor, facilities and training participants through four ways to measurereaction,learning, behavior and result.Training Division should be more active and cooperative while planning a training schedule, and give socialization and publication about the importance of CSR training baed on ISO 26000 as much as possibe, altering group discussion formation in order to give encouragement for passive participants to become more active, Reminding participants anymore about the importance of filling evaluation form, establishing cooperation with government and stakeholder to achieve prosperity of civil society by conducting CSR program based on ISO 2600

    This research is located in SMA Islam Panglima Besar Soedirman 1 Bekasi. This research aims to perceive and obtain empirical data related to marketing strategy in educational service and market positioning. This research is conducted since March 2017 until July 2017. The approach that used in this research is qualitiatve with descriptive method. Data collection is done through interview, observation, and documentation study. The sources of research data came from key informants namely the headmaster of Islamic Senior High School Panglima Soedirman 1 Bekasi, as well as several supporting informants namely Vice Principal of Student Affairs, Vice Principal of Curriculum and Vice Principal Division of Public Relations and Infrastructure. The results of this study indicate that: (1) market segmentation analysis conducted by SMA Islam Panglima Besar Soedirman 1 Bekasi includes demographic segmentation including segment of education level, economic level, religion and geographical segmentation covering residence segment, (2) SMA Islam Panglima Besar Soedirman 1 Bekasi determines the target market by evaluating the attractive segment, (3) SMA Islam Panglima Besar Soedirman 1 Bekasi determines the market position by showing the superiority and characteristic owned such as school achievement, complete facilities, curriculum with additional religious education Islam, and the quality of schools that have received "A" accreditation and ISO 9001: 2015 certificates, and submitted them to specified target markets.   Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Market Segmentation, Targeting, Positionin

    Research conducted at the Administration of Education Study Program Facultyof Education, State University of Jakarta. This reasearch aimed to describe theperformance of the study program in providing good educational services for students aslearners through curriculum applied by the program of study which includes theperformance of courses in the curriculum development system is supported by learningand academic atmosphere. This study is an evaluative method deskripstif conducted tosee the performance of Administration of Education Study Program Faculty of Education,State University of Jakarta using a qualitative and quantitative approach. Evaluationmodel used is the model Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM). The data obtained byresearchers is through observation, interviews, and documentation. Key informantinterviews were conducted to the Chairman of Study Program UNJ AP FIP, and issupported by a supporter informant consisting of lecturers, TU Staff, and Student StudyProgram UNJ AP FIP.The reasearch concluded that 1) the performance component of courses onaspects of curriculum development shows the categories very good, 2) the performancecomponent of courses there are aspects of the implementation of learning systems, fromfour (4) aspects of the implementation of the learning system there are two componentsindicate the category of very good: execution learning process, efforts to improve thelearning system. Components of the implementation of the guiding thesis showed goodcategory. While the implementation of the components of academic guidance indicatesless category. 3) the performance component of study program there is the aspect ofincreasing academic atmosphere, showing very good category.     This study aims to know there is a relationship between job satisfaction with teacher OCB at Vocational High School Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta Administration. This research use quantitative with two variables there in, namely: (X) job satisfaction as independent variables and (Y) OCB as the dependent variable. The method used is survey method with the results of the analysis of correlational studies. The population in this study are teacher’s at vocational high school in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta there is 275 teachers. Samples were taken by using simple random sampling technique. The technique is based on the sample size used in this study as many as 73 teachers. Data collection for the variable (X) job satisfaction and variable (Y) OCB using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done using product moment correlation formula in can correlation coefficient (r) = 0,45283 and based on the results of hypothesis testing using t-test obtained t for 4.280 > 1.994 t-table. From this research, we get there’s positive relation between job satisfaction with OCB at Vocational High School Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta Administration. The contributions made by teachers job satisfaction on OCB, amounted to 20.51%

    This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between motivation with Organizational Commitment at Senior High School Region 1 East Jakarta Administration. The research approach was quantitative research. The research method used was survey data. With the analysis of correlational studies. The population in this study were all teachers Senior High School in Region I East Jakarta Administration. The research sample using simple random sampling technique. Total sample study as many as 91 people. Data collection motivation variable (X) and organizational commitment variable (Y) using a questionnaire. The results of the study there is a relationship between motivation and commitment to the organization, this means that the higher the motivation, the higher organizational commitment of teachers at the Senior High School Region I East Jakarta Administration
