    This study aims to determine the relationship between compensation and teacher’s job performance of Middle School in Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. The method used is descriptive in the form of a survey. The population in this study is a teacher in the Middle School at Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. Samples were taken by using proportional random sampling technique. Based on this technique, the sample size used in this study were 69 from 225 teachers. Data collection for compensation (Variable X) and job performance (Variable Y) using a questionnaire. From the results of hypothesis testing to test the significance of the correlation is obtained that tcount 5.421 > ttable 1.670. Thus it can be said that the hypothesis can be accepted. This means that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. The results of this study it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between compensation with teacher’s job performance of Middle School in Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. The results of this study also indicate that compensation’s contribution to job performance is compensated at 30.49 %. From these values can be indicated that compensation had a positive effect on teacher’s improvement of job performance

    This research aims to develop electronic document management system in department of Management of Education, Faculty of Education, State University of Jakarta. Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) is a digital document management system that aims to organize and manage digital documents. The method used is the research and development by research steps, namely: 1) a preliminary study 2) planning 3) product development 4) trials early stage 5) revision 6) test the final stage 7) revision stage end 8) operational trials 9) final revision 10) implementation. Housed in the department of Management of Education, research is conducted since the date of October 1, 2015 until January 18, 2016. The results of this study indicate that the EDMS implemented in department of Management of Education showed positive results in improving document management. EDMS successfully applied, and must be supported by the planting of a new culture that leads to the concept of an electronic organization (e-Organization)

    ABSTRAK Penelitian dilakukan di Sub Direktorat Penilaian Kinerja dan Pengembangan Karier Guru Pendidikan Dasar, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran knowledge management di tempat ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan Januari - Juli 2017. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber dari penelitian ini yaitu: Kepala Subdit, Kepala Sie Penilaian Kinerja, penanggung jawab kelompok kerja dan anggota kelompok kerja..   Penciptaan pengetahuan dimulai dari instruksi pimpinan atau pengembangan kebijakan, lalu kepala subdit, kepala sie dan penanggung jawab kelompok kerja diikutsertakan dalam sosialisasi kebijakan tersebut. Hasil dari kegiatan tersebut dibuat pengetahuan baru berupa peraturan pemerintah atau sejenisnya. Pengetahuan baru ini lalu di diskusikan kepada pegawai yang lain sehingga pegawai yang lain mengetahui hasil dari sosialisasi yang diikuti beberapa pegawai. Selain itu, dilakukan juga rolling tugas untuk menambah pengetahuan pegawai. Setelah itu dalam penerapan pengetahuannya pegawai atau kelompok kerja membuat program-program yang sesuai peraturan pemerintah.   Sub Direktorat Penilaian Kinerja dan Pengembangan Karier Guru Pendidikan Dasar hendaknya memperbanyak keterlibatan pegawai yang lain dalam proses penciptaan pengetahuan baru untuk mengembangkan kompetensi mereka. Selain itu, diperbanyak bahan bacaan untuk menambah pengetahuan pegawai. Kata Kunci : Knowledge Managemen

    The improving of performance in educational institution is expected to produce agood output. Many things must be prepared and have good performance to achieve thequality institution. This study focuses on the evaluation of the implementation of theStandards and Procedures Accreditation of Undergraduate Studies at Higher Educationlevel in Education Administration Studies Program Faculty of Education, UniversitaNegeri Jakarta. The scope of study is limited to the evaluation of the implementation ofstandards and procedures for accreditation.This study uses Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM) as model evaluation. Itevaluates the gaps of program that is based on intermediate state which is expected in theplan with that generated in the implementation of the program. Evaluation of the gap isintended to determine the level of compatibility between the standards prescribed in theprogram with the actual appearance of the program. The data source is data offinancing,insfrastructure, information system, research, community service andcooperation in year 2013-2015.sThese results indicate that; (1) the performance component on financing aspects,the aspect of financing is not directly managed by the study program. (2) the existingcomponents of the infrastructure shows the percentage of achievement in the category ofgood. (3) the component information system shows the percentage of achievement in thecategory of good. (4) component research, community service and cooperation shows thepercentage in the category of pretty good achievement.     This study aims to determine the introductory training management at Ministry ofManpower Training and Education Center. In research on training management trainingfocused on the planning and implementation of training. This research is a qualitativedescriptive study. Determining the subject of this study using snowball sampling. Datacollection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data wereanalyzed by descriptive qualitative.The results of the study indicate that the introductorytraining management Employees working in the Ministry of Employment Training Centerinclude: 1) Planning training in with AKD (Training Needs Analysis) tailored to theneeds on the ground. Formulate the curriculum, syllabus, teaching materials, methods,schedules, and lecturer. After conducting a needs analysis phase, 2) The training beginswith a letter calling the membership then process the results of field organizersformulation of curriculum, syllabus and schedule to be processed into a tentativeschedule. Next is a learning process begins with classical training and learning outsidethe classroom there are street vendors (Practice Field work) in order to train theparticipants in terms of skills. After the stage of the learning process of the next stage isthe end of the training seminar is the last stage of determining graduation trainingparticipants were announced at the closing. Then follow-up after the participants followthe training is coaching and empowerment of the participants returned to the horse'smouth each work unit. Employee Training Center and related Technical Unit shouldprepare earlier and more intensively communicate in detail in preparing the training. theneed for alternative plans or concepts implementation and submitted directly to therelevant parties prior to the implementation of the training in order to anticipate atechnical error or adjustment situation and conditions on the ground so it does not needto re-coordination

    ABSTRACT               The research entitled Partnership in Implementation of School Based Management at SMA Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading aims to identify and obtain an overview of the Partnership Planning, the Partnership Implementation, and the Partnership Monitoring and Evaluation. The research was conducted from November 2016 to July 2017 using a qualitative approach within description method. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis was performed through the stages of data reduction, data display, and verification. Investigation and checking the validity of data was performed through the stages of data credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability.             The results of research discussions in partnership planning can be done based on needs analysis, then analyzing the partnership to know potential partners, proposal discussion, negotiation and signing of MoU. In carrying out the partnership to pay attention to the matter of conformity, which means that the partner must have the criteria in accordance with the characteristics of SMA Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading based on religious and partnership programs conducted between the two sides in accordance with the needs of the school. In monitoring and evaluation, there are several strategies that are to conduct direct monitoring during the partnership program and to evaluate both orally and in writing to analyze the weaknesses and lack of partnership program so that in the future monitoring and evaluation result can be an input for future partnership program can be more effective .             Advice can be given for this research should be able to maintain the continuity of the course of the partnership as a factor supporting school-based management.   Keywords      : Partnership, School Based Managemen

    Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana di SMP Negeri 255 Jakarta

    The research aimed to identify and obtain an overview of the maintenance andinventory of educational facilities. This research was conducted in in SMP Negeri 255 onMay 2015 through June 2016. The research used a qualitative approach with descriptivemethods. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Sourcedata from this study came from key informants that the vice principal fields ofinfrastructure, while supporting informant I is treasurer of goods and informants II is theprincipal. Results from the study showed that (1) Mechanical maintenance of educationalfacilities that do SMP Negeri 255 Jakarta include awareness, understanding, organizing,implementation and data collection. Problems that occur in the technical maintenance ofeducational facilities is the lack of a clear division of labor, funding needs due to latedisbursement of BOS and BOP, and difficulty to obtain experts. (2) Procedures inventoryof educational facilities was conducted on the recording, coding and inventoryevaluation. Problems that occur in the inventory procedure for school infrastructure isoften the goods delivered are not in accordance with the required specifications of theschool, so that has caused delays in the process of recording goods

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah adalah untuk mencari data dan informasi mengenai Pengelolaan Kurikulum Dalam Implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di SMA Islam Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara yang berfokus pada hal-hal seperti perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kurikulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik, Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1). Pengaplikasian MBS (Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah) dalam perencanaan kurikulum terlihat dengan diterapkannya prinsi-prinsip MBS (Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah). (2) Pelaksanaan kurikulum dilaksanakan sesuai dengan perencanaan. (3) Evaluasi kurikulum di SMA Islam Al Azhar Kelapa Gading dikelompokan menjadi dua tahapan yaitu, pertama melakukan evaluasi setelah kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan yang hanya melibatkan unsur kepanitiaan dan pimpinan  yang dilaksanakan rutin setiap bulannya, kedua evaluasi general yaitu evaluasi yang dilakukan secara bersama-sama melibatkan semua unsur termasuk BPPS (Badan Penunjang Program Sekolah). Hasil evaluasi yang berupa rekomendasi tersebut digunakan untuk melihat apakah program kurikulum akan dilanjutkan, diperbaharui atau dihapuskan. &nbsp

    HUBUNGAN ANATARA BUDAYA ORGANISASI DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA GURU HONORER DI SDN KECAMATAN PILOGADUNG JAKARTA TIMUR

    ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan adanya pengaruh atau hubungan antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Dengan kata lain, penelitian metode survey ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data dari tempat yang alamiah (bukan buatan), dengan melakukan pengumpulan data untuk memperoleh gambaran lebih jelas tentang hubungan antara budaya organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja guru honorer SDN di Kecamatan Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1). Budaya organisasi yang berjalan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Pulogadung sudah cukup. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari sebagian besar guru honorer mendapatkan skor di wilayah rata-rata atau kategori tingkat rata-rata sedang, yaitu terletak pada rentang 148 – 179, sebanyak 42 guru atau sebesar 57.53%.    (2) Kepuasan kerja yang dimiliki guru honorer Sekolah Dasar Negeri di  Kecamatan Pulogadung sudah cukup. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari  sebagian besar guru honorer mendapatkan skor di wilayah rata-rata  atau kategori tingkat rata-rata sedang, yaitu terletak pada rentang 150  â€“ 174, sebanyak 51 guru atau sebesar 69.86%. (3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara budaya organisasi dengan  kepuasan kerja guru honorer SD Negeri di Kecamatan Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur. Hal ini berarti semakin kuat budaya organisasi maka semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja guru honorer SD Negeri di Kecamatan Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur. &nbsp
