Hubungan antara Kepercayaan Organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Pegawai Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Bea Dan Cukai Jakarta Timur
This research set aims to discover the relation between organizational trust andorganizational citizenship behavior at Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Bea dan CukaiEast Jakarta. The research variable is organizational trust as independent variabel (X)and OCB as dependent variable (Y). The method used in this research is a survey method.To collect the data from respondent researcher use an instrument for both variableorganizational trust and OCB.Data analyzing techniques to test the hypothesis using product moment. Beforeusing the product moment researcher has to test the requirement test that cover normalitytest and liniearity test. From the result of hypothesis test for significance correlationresearcher obtain Tscore > Ttable, Tscore = 31,78 and Ttable = 1,995. From the scorewe can conclude that the hypothesis being submitted is accepted and the nil hypothesis isrejected.From the result of the research can be concluded there is a positive relationbetween organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior of employee atPusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Bea dan Cukai East Jakarta. The result also sow thecontribution of organizational trust for OCB is 93,61%. From the score can be describedthat the organizational trust giving a big amount of contribution for the enhancement ofemployee OCB. However to give the positive influence on OCB employee requiredanother factor and not just organizational trust but also another factor that couldincrease the influence of OCB
Hubungan antara Budaya Organisasi dengan Kepuasan Kerja Guru Honorer SD Negeri di Kecamatan Pulogadung Jakarta Timur
This research aims to determine the relationship between organizational cultureand job satisfaction of honorary teacher Elementary School in district Pulogadung EastJakarta. This research is quantitative with two variables, namely: (X) Organizationalculture as the independent variable and (Y) job satisfaction as the dependent variable.The research method used is survey method with the correlational studies andquantitative approaches. Samples were as many as 73 honorary teachers. Samplingtechnique using simple random sampling by the formula Slovin and data collection usingquestionnaires. From the results of hypothesis testing, obtained tcount = 6.38, which meansbigger than ttable = 1.9939. Thus it can be said that the hypothesis can be received. Itmeans null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Organizational culture contributed 36.46% to thejob satisfaction of honorary teacher Elementary School in District Pulogadung EastJakarta. Based on the results of the research note that the increasingly strongorganizational culture, then the higher job satisfaction of honorary teacher ElementarySchool in District Pulogadung in East Jakarta. It can be concluded that there is a positiverelationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction of honorary teacherElementary School in district Pulogadung East Jakarta
Manajemen Pembinaan Anak Didik Pemasyarakatan Studi Kasus LPKA Kelas II Jakarta
This This research aims to give a description and information about developmentmanagement in LPKA Kelas II Jakarta. This research uses qualititave approach withcase study models. Data were collected through observations, interviews, anddocumentation study that have been done in LPKA Kelas II Jakarta. The result ofresearch shows 1) Planning in child development is not works well, because there is nofunding for the development program from the government. Thus, causing LPKA work inagreement with another social institute 2) in organizing two functions of the institute,Lapas Class II A Salemba also exceed as Lapas for children and adults. 3) In leadershiprole, chief of LPKA coordinates another social institute for helping in execute childrendevelopment programs. 4) Each of development programs supervise by all members suchas staff, middle functionary, and high functionary. They are very responsible formonitoring toward daily development programs. In reporting, LPKA use online systemand manual reporting system

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the qualityof work life and teachers performance of Junior High School in Pulogadung DistrictArea, East Jakarta. This research is a quantitative study with 2 variables in it, namely:(X) Quality of Work Life as independent variables and (Y) Performance as the dependentvariable. Quality of work life is a set of real work situations in organizations which refersto the creation of performance improvement, employee involvement, as well as thesatisfaction of the people involved in the organization in order to meet the expectations ofthe members of the organization. Performance is the attitude of the person which gift acontribution to reach the goal of work and the purpose of organization. The method usedis survey method with the results of correlational studies. The population in this study is aJunior High School teacher in Pulogadung District Area, East Jakarta. Samples weretaken by using a simple random sampling technique. The technique is based on thesample size used in this study were 65 teachers. Data collection for the variable QualityOf Work Life (X) and Performance (Y) using a questionnaire. Product MomentCorrelation coefficients obtained, the coefficient r equal to 0.61079, and the results oftesting the hypothesis with t test obtained t count equal to 6.123 is greater than t table of1.669, then the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is expressed in a significant correlationcoefficient received. The coefficient of determination of 0.3731 this means that thecontribution of the quality of work life in schools to performance of Junior High Schoolteacher in Pulogadung District Area, East Jakarta, amounting to 37.31%
Implementasi Peran Asosiasi Cerdas dan Berbakat Istimewa (CI+BI) Nasional Dalam Peningkatan Mutu Layanan Pendidikan Untuk Siswa Cerdas dan Berbakat Istimewa (CI+BI) Indonesia
This research was conducted at Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional, which aims to determine the process of teamwork and communication is done Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional in improving the quality of educational services for gifted students and special intelligent Indonesia. This study was conducted in November 2015 and January 2016. The researchers used a qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation study. Source data from this study are: the general secretary of the Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional, chairman of the Asosiasi CI+BI Wilayah, and some informants supporting, among others, the management areas of the Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional and school/madrasah service provider subsidiary CI+BI under the auspices of the Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional. Teamwork in Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional is done by those who want to work together to analyze needs and the resources available for cooperation with Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional. Then those who want to work together to contact Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional and did a deal related to the program to be implemented. Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional provides guidance to those who want to work together to reach areas of Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional in accordance with the needs and demands. Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional should help schools/madrasah service provider subsidiary CI+BI to look for students who have the potential of gifted special use technology optimally to notify information about the achievements of students CI+BI by making connections between blogs Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional website owned by the school/madrasah service provider CI + BI children under the auspices of Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional
Hubungan Antara Kepuasan Kerja dengan Komitmen Organisasi Guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Se-Kecamatan Duren Sawit
This study aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and teacher’s organizational commitment of Elementary School in Kecamatan Duren Sawit. The method used is descriptive in the form of a survey. Samples were taken by using simple random sampling technique. Based on this technique, the sample size used in this study were 88 teachers from 760 teachers. Data collection for job satisfaction (X) and organizational commitment (Y) using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques are used to test the hypothesis is to use a product moment correlation, with the prerequisite first tested the normality test, significance test and regression linearity. From the results of hypothesis testing to test the significance of the correlation is obtained that tcount > ttable as well as tcount = 3,121 and ttable = 1,988. Thus it can be said that the hypothesis can be accepted. This means that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. The results of this study it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction with teacher’s organizational commitment of Elementary School in Kecamatan Duren Sawit
Hubungan antara Pengambilan Keputusan dengan Perilaku Kontraproduktif Guru SMP Negeri di Kota Bekasi
This study aims to determine the relationship between decision making and counterproductive behavior Junior High School teacher in Bekasi. The method used is survey method with the correlational studies and quantitative approaches. Samples were as many as 94 teachers. Sampling using simple random sampling by the formula Slovin and data collection using the questionnaires. From the results of the hypothesis testing, obtained tcount equal to 2,10, which means bigger than ttable 1,986. Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) are accepted positively. Of the coefficient of determination, decisionmaking contributed 4.57% to the counterproductive behavior Junior High School teacher in Bekasi. Based on the results of the survey results revealed that more favorable decision, the lower the level of counterproductive behavior Junior High School teacher in Bekasi

This research aims to give a description and information about EntrepreneurStudent Program (PMW) that has been held at Jakarta State University. This evaluationresearch uses Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP) model with evaluativeapproach and descriptive method. Data were collected through observations, interviews,questionnaire, documentation study that have been done in Jakarta State University. Theresult of research shows Entrepreneur Student Program has been well done and met theevaluation criteria; 1) evaluation result in program background, goal and need analysishas met the evaluation criteria and shows good in category but legal basis of the programmanagement team should be made, 2) evaluation result in program human resources,objective and infrastructure of program has met the evaluation criteria but clearorganizational structure should be made and human resources who are committed andcompetent in program implementation, 3) evaluation result in program preparation,provision, business run, monitoring and evaluation has met the evaluation criteria but theprogram management team need to monitor the performance of mentor and monitoringand evaluation team so that goal of monitoring and evaluation be achieved with goodimplementation, 4) evaluation result in program result and report has met the evaluationcriteria but concrete efforts should be made to encourage the formation of organizationsthat specifically manages entrepreneurship program
IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN PESERTA DIDIK BERBASIS SEKOLAH DI SMA AL AZHAR KELAPA GADING JAKARTA UTARA
ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data empiris serta mengamati secara langsung manajemen peserta didik berbasis sekolah yang dilaksanakan berdasarkan penerimaan, masa pengenalan lingkungan sekolah, pembinaan dan pengembangan peserta didik di SMA Al Azhar Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi.
Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) pelaksanaan penerimaan peserta didik baru meliputi: pembentukan panitia penerimaan peserta didik, penyusunan prosedur dan persyaratan penerimaan calon peserta didik, selanjutnya pengumuman hasil penerimaan peserta didik baru. (2) pelaksanaan masa pengenalan lingkungan sekolah bagi peserta didik baru bertujuan menumbuhkan motivasi, semangat dan cara belajar efektif, mengembangkan interaksi positif antar peserta didik dan warga sekolah, dan menumbuhkan prilaku positif. (3) pembinaan dan pengembangan peserta didik baru meliputi : memberikan layanan bimbingan konseling, mengembangkan potensi peserta didik secara optimal dan terpadu sesuai bakat, minat dan kreativitas.
 
Mutu Layanan Pendidikan di SMP Assa’adah Kecamatan Duren Sawit Jakarta Timur
The research was conducted in Assa’adah Junior High School District DurenSawit East Jakarta, which aims to identify and obtain an overview of the quality ofeducational services. This research was conducted in October 2016 until February 2017.approach used is qualitative approach with methods descriptions. Data collection wasdone through interviews, observation and documentation. source data from this study isthe principal and several supporting informant as deputy principals and heads ofadministration. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be concludedthat the quality of service at Assa’adah Junior High School has been running well. then,from the quality of the services performed directly supervised by the principal. it can beseen from the quality planning services starting from problem analysis, identification ofneeds, formulation of objectives, devise alternative actions, action selection, preparationof work plans, implementation of the work plan, evaluation, and feedback. Furthermore,quality control process of comparing the performance of the service begins with thetarget of evaluation, problem analysis, and manufacture of alternative actions. then, thestrategy of increasing the quality of services consisting of the development of educators,improved quality of service, and continuous improvement
