KEBIJAKAN KOLONIAL DALAM MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN KRISTEN DI INDONESIA SEBELUM MASA POLITIK ETIS
The field of education in the colonial era is often studied in the context of the implementation of the Ethical Policy, one of which is based on the speech of Queen Wilhelmina in 1901 which emphasized that the Netherlands is a Christian country and is committed to helping the mission of that religion. This research attempts to answer the formulation of questions about political policies in Christian education management prior to the Ethical Politics period. The methodology used is a historical research type by going through literature searches, evaluating, verifying, and synthesizing evidence from the data collected. The results of this study indicate that education management policies have been pursued by the Vereenigde Oostindische Compagnie (VOC) since the early 17th century, where due to the influence of religious wars, this trading partnership also tried to replace Portuguese domination and Catholicism in Indonesia. The form of education in that era was still simple to teach obedience and religious rituals in individual teaching without class levels. Apart from a shortage of experienced educators, Dutch language was less popular than Portuguese and Malay. After the company collapsed in 1799, the Dutch government was neutral towards religious affairs since 1808. IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM 2013 DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN DI SMP VILLANOVA, PAPUA BARAT
This research raises the topic of implementating the 2013 curriculum in improving the quality of education at Villanova Manokwari Middle School, West Papua. The aim is to find out whether the implementation of the 2013 curriculum can improve the quality of education at Villanova Manokwari Middle school. This research was conducted at Villanova Manokwari Catholic Middle School in November-December 2023 using a literature study approach with qualitative methods. This results show that Villanova Catholic Middle School has implemented the 2013 curriculum with a scientific approach. The main target is the development of student competence in the domains of attitudes, skills and knowledge. This can be seen in the teaching design created by teachers at school by adapting all teaching programs to follow the provisions of the 2013 curriculum which contain 4 competency domains, namely: Spiritual attitude competency (KI-I), social attitude competency (KI-2), knowledge competency (KI-3), and skillscompetency (KI-4). Based on the competency characteristics that are the reference for the 2013 curriculum, it is known that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in improving the quality of education places character education within the framework of the the dynamics and dialectics of the process of individual formation. This competency development is carried out through integrated thematic education at Villanova Catholic Middle School.
Keywords: Implementation, 2013 curriculum.Penelitian ini mengangkat topik implementasi kurikulum 2013 dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMP Villanova, Manokwari Papua Barat. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi kurikulum 2013 dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMP Villanova Manokwari. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Katolik Villanova, Manokwari pada bulan November-Desember 2023 dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan dengan metode kualitatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa SMP Katolik Villanova telah mengimplementasikan kurikulum 2013 dengan pendekatan scientific. Sasaran utamanya adalah pengembangan kompetensi peserta didik pada ranah sikap, keterampilan dan pengetahuan. Hal ini bisa dilihat dalam rangcangan pengajaran yang dibuat oleh guru di sekolah dengan menyesuaikan seluruh program pengajaran mengikuti ketentuan kurikullum 2013 yang memuat 4 ranah kompetensi, yakni: kompetensi sikap spiritual (KI-1), kompetensi sikap social (KI-2), kompetensi pengetahuan (KI-3) dan kompetensi keterampilan (KI-4). Berdasarkan karakteristik kompetensi yang menjadi acuan kurikulum 2013 tersebut, maka diketahui bahwa implementasi kurikulum 2013 dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan menempatkan pendidikan karakter dalam kerangka dinamika dan dialektika proses pembentukan individu. Pengembangan kompetensi ini dilakukan melalui pendidikan tematik terintegrasi di SMP Katolik Villanova.

Islamic Educational Institution Al Jam'iyatul Washliyah under the Leadership of Muhammad Arsyad Talib Lubis (1930-1972)
This study explores the role of Muhammad Arsyad Thalib Lubis in Islamic education and the organization of Al Jam'iyatul Washliyah in North Sumatra between 1930-1972. This study uses historical methods to reconstruct events related to Muhammad Arsyad Talib Lubis and his influence on the development of Islamic education. Data was collected through literature studies and interviews. The results showed that Muhammad Arsyad Talib Lubis, who was born in Stabat, Langkat, in 1908, had played an essential role in establishing Al Washliyah University and developing Al Jam'iyatul Washliyah from a debating club into an influential educational organization. Lubis died on July 6, 1972, but his legacy and principles still live among Al Washliyah's disciples and the wider community.Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran Muhammad Arsyad Thalib Lubis dalam pendidikan Islam dan organisasi Al Jam’iyatul Washliyah di Sumatera Utara antara tahun 1930-1972. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode historis untuk merekonstruksi peristiwa masa lalu yang berkaitan dengan Muhammad Arsyad Thalib Lubis dan pengaruhnya terhadap perkembangan pendidikan Islam. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Muhammad Arsyad Thalib Lubis, yang lahir di Stabat, Langkat pada tahun 1908, telah memainkan peran penting dalam mendirikan Universitas Al Washliyah dan mengembangkan Al Jam’iyatul Washliyah dari sebuah klub debat menjadi organisasi pendidikan yang berpengaruh. Lubis meninggal pada tanggal 6 Juli 1972, tetapi warisan dan prinsip-prinsipnya masih hidup di kalangan murid-murid Al Washliyah dan masyarakat luas
Pengaruh Supervisi Akademik dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Guru Honorer SMP Negeri di kecamatan Cikarang Selatan Bekasi
Teacher performance is one of the important elements in the achievement of quality at school because the teacher is the main component in the educational system that can affect the success of educational goals. Many factors can affect the performance of teachers, among them are seen from the implementation of supervision academic and organizational culture applied in the school environment. This research aims to determine the performance of honorary teachers who are influenced by the academic supervision and culture of organizations in the subdistrict of South Cikarang. The researchers took samples using the Purposive Sampling method of 134 honorary junior high school teachers in the subdistrict of south Cikarang, Bekasi. Data was analyzed using path analysis techniques, to test the hypothesis of the academic supervision variable (X1) on the performance of teachers (Y) and the organizational culture (X2) on the teacher performance (Y), with SPSS 25. Results of the calculation of the path analysis of X1 and Y, obtained t-count = 2,893 > ttable (α=0.05) = 1,978, the result that the variable of academic supervision influences teacher performance. Then the path analysis of X2 and Y, obtained tcount= 2,962 > ttable (α=0.05) = 1,978, showing that the variables of the cultural organization influence teacher performance.: Kinerja guru merupakan salah satu elemen penting di dalam pencapaian mutu di sekolah. Dikarenakan guru merupakan komponen utama dalam sistem pendidikan yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan pada tujuan pendidikan. Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru, diantaranya adalah dilihat dari pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dan budaya organisasi yang diterapkan di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja guru honorer yang dipengaruhi oleh supervisi akademik dan budaya organisasi di SMP Negeri kecamatan Cikarang Selatan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Peneliti mengambil sampel dengan metode Purposive Sampling yaitu sebanyak 134 guru honorer SMP Negeri di kecamatan Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis jalur, untuk menguji hipotesis variabel supervisi akademik (X1) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) dan budaya organisasi (X2) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) dengan bantuan SPSS 25. Hasil perhitungan analisis jalur pengaruh X1 terhadap Y, didapat thitung = 2,893 > ttabel (α=0.05) = 1,978, diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel supervisi akademik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Kemudian analisis jalur pengaruh X2 terhadap Y, didapat thitung = 2,962 > ttabel (α=0.05) = 1,978, diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru.
 
Students Perception of The Impact of The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Program on Improving Graduate Quality at The Faculty of Education, State University of Jakarta
This research aims to find out that the impact of the MBKM program can contribute to improving the quality of student graduates at FIP UNJ. The research method used is a survey, using a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this research was carried out using a questionnaire designed in the form of a statement with a Likert assessment, then distributed via Google form involving a sample of 323 FIP UNJ students. The sampling technique of 323 respondents as samples in this study used the technique (Proportional random sampling), namely the sample by paying attention to the proportion of the population elements. The results of this study are that FIP UNJ students tend to have a positive perception of MBKM, which is considered to strengthen experiential learning, improve hard skills and soft skills, and prepare them for the world of work. MBKM contributes significantly to improving the quality of graduates and the suitability between education and work after graduation. This program also supports the development of students' intelligence and personality. However, there are several obstacles in its implementation, such as lack of socialization and cooperation with industry, which can be overcome through increased socialization, cooperation, monitoring, evaluation, and provision of adequate resources to increase the effectiveness of the program.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak program MBKM dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan mutu lulusan mahasiswa FIP UNJ. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dirancang dalam bentuk pernyataan dengan penilaian likert, kemudian disebarkan melalui google form dengan melibatkan sampel sebanyak 323 mahasiswa FIP UNJ. Teknik pengambilan sampel sebanyak 323 responden sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik (Proportional random sampling) yaitu pengambilan sampel dengan memperhatikan proporsi elemen populasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa FIP UNJ cenderung memiliki persepsi positif terhadap MBKM, yang dinilai dapat memperkuat experiential learning, meningkatkan hard skills dan soft skills, serta mempersiapkan mereka dalam menghadapi dunia kerja. MBKM memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu lulusan dan kesesuaian antara pendidikan dengan dunia kerja setelah lulus. Program ini juga mendukung pengembangan kecerdasan dan kepribadian mahasiswa. Namun demikian, terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaannya, seperti kurangnya sosialisasi dan kerjasama dengan dunia industri, yang dapat diatasi melalui peningkatan sosialisasi, kerjasama, monitoring, evaluasi, serta penyediaan sumber daya yang memadai untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program
CONTRIBUTION OF THE PRINCIPAL IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MERDEKA BELAJAR AT SMK NEGERI 2 MANAJEMEN DAN BISNIS JAYAPURA
This study aims to examine the contribution of the principal in implementing the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum at SMK Negeri 2 Manajemen dan Bisnis Jayapura, through an in-depth exploration of the principal's leadership role in creating an innovative and collaborative learning environment, relevant to the needs of the Society 5.0 era. The research locus is SMK Negeri 2 Manajemen dan Bisnis Jayapura. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The research participants included the principal, the vice principal of curriculum, and several teachers actively involved in implementing the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum.The research results show that the principal's leadership significantly contributes to the successful implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. The principal successfully created a learning environment that supports innovation and creativity by providing continuous training for teachers, encouraging collaboration among teachers, and involving parents and the community in school activities. The principal also managed to overcome resistance to change and resource limitations through effective and communicative leadership strategies. In conclusion, the principal's contribution to implementing the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum at SMK Negeri 2 Manajemen dan Bisnis Jayapura is highly significant. Through visionary and inclusive leadership, the principal has succeeded in improving the quality of education and preparing students to face challenges in the era of globalization and contribute positively to society.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kontribusi kepala sekolah dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di SMK Negeri 2 Manajemen dan Bisnis Jayapura, melalui penelusuran mendalam tentang peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inovatif dan kolaboratif, yang relevan dengan kebutuhan era Society 5.0. Lokus penelitian ini adalah SMK Negeri 2 Manajemen dan Bisnis Jayapura. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Partisipan penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, dan beberapa guru yang berpartisipasi aktif dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berkontribusi signifikan dalam keberhasilan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. Kepala sekolah berhasil menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung inovasi dan kreativitas, dengan menyediakan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru, mendorong kolaborasi antar guru, dan melibatkan orang tua serta komunitas dalam kegiatan sekolah. Kepala sekolah juga mampu mengatasi hambatan resistensi terhadap perubahan dan keterbatasan sumber daya dengan strategi kepemimpinan yang efektif dan komunikatif. Kesimpulannya, kontribusi kepala sekolah dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di SMK Negeri 2 Manajemen dan Bisnis Jayapura sangat signifikan. Melalui kepemimpinan yang visioner dan inklusif, kepala sekolah berhasil meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan mempersiapkan siswa untuk menghadapi tantangan di era globalisasi serta berkontribusi positif bagi masyarakat
Development of Literacy Module Based on the Local Wisdom of Maja Labo Dahu Using the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) Approach
Literacy is the most important element in the education and learning process. Basic literacy consists of reading and writing. Student learning outcomes start from students' ability to master basic literacy. The development of literacy modules is an innovation in learning learning innovation for students in primary school. Module development literacy module development based on local wisdom with the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach is very effective to address students' needs and pedagogical approach is very effective to answer the needs and pedagogical needs of students. The purpose of the research to develop a literacy module, analyze its feasibility and effectiveness to improve literacy learning outcomes. effectiveness to improve literacy learning outcomes. This research is Research and Development (R&D) model with ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evalutie) model. The research subjects were teachers and students grade V of SDN Nanga Na'e and SDN Radu. Data collection used questionnaires, observation sheets and interview guidelines. The results showed that; (1) the process of developing a module based on local wisdom majalabo dahu with the TaRL approach resulted in a literacy module teaching material product. TaRL approach resulted in literacy module teaching material products, (2) the product products are very feasible from the material aspect (84.4%), media aspect (91.2%), and learning aspects (89.8%). (3) the module product is effective in improving students' learning literacy. The learning outcomes of students who were treated with the module based module based on majalabo dahu local wisdom with TaRL approach is higher than without the module based on local wisdom. higher than without module based on majalabo dahu local wisdom with TaRL approach (thit = 0.05). with TaRL approach (thit = 3.756, p-value = 0.0005). Students' positive response to the module based on local wisdom majalabo dahu with TaRL approach approach that has been developed obtained student feedback of 84.8%. Conclusion This research is a module product based on majalabo dahu local wisdom with the TaRL approach developed in elementary schools. TaRL approach developed in elementary schools has gone through the appropriate development procedure, has a very feasible development procedures, has excellent feasibility, and is effective in improving students' literacy learning outcomes in elementary school.Literasi merupakan unsur paling penting dalam proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Literasi dasar terdiri dari membaca dan menulis. Hasil belajar siswa dimulai dari kemampuan siswa dalam menguasai literasi dasar. Pengembangan modul literasi merupakan inovasi pembelajaran literasi yang berkualitas untuk siswa di sekolah dasar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan modul literasi, menganalisis kelayakan dan efektivitasnya untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar literasi. Penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluatie). Subyek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas V SDN Nanga Na’e dan SDN Radu. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, lembar observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkahn bahwa; (1) proses pengembangan modul berbasis kearifan lokal majalabo dahu dengan pendekatan TaRL menghasil produk bahan ajar modul literasi, (2) produk pengembangan modul sangat layak dari aspek materi (84,4%), aspek media (94,2%), dan aspek pembelajaran (87,2%). (3) produk modul efektif meningkatkan hasil literasi belajar siswa. Hasil belajar siswa yang diberi perlakuan modul berbasis berbasis kearifan lokal majalabo dahu dengan pendekatan TaRL lebih tinggi dibanding tanpa modul berbasis berbasis kearifan lokal majalabo dahu dengan pendekatan TaRL (thit = 3,778, p-value = 0,0005). Respon positif siswa terhadap modul berbasis kearifan lokal majalabo dahu dengan pendekatan TaRL yang telah dikembangkan memperoleh umpan balik siswa sebesar 84,8%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah produk modul berbasis kearifan lokal majalabo dahu dengan pendekatan TaRL yang dikembangkan di sekolah dasar telah melalui prosedur pengembangan yang sesuai, memiliki kelayakan yang sangat baik, dan efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar literasi siswa di Sekolah Dasar (SD). What Makes An Effective Vocational High School Entrepreneurial Leadership? Experience From Indonesia
The government encourages vocational high schools (SMK) to carry out organizational transformation to become SMKs for Regional Public Service Bodies (SMK-BLUD). Through BLUDs, SMKs that have excellent products can manage finances and production processes more flexibly without violating regulations, so that entrepreneurial leadership effectiveness can be achieved. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of entrepreneurial leadership in vocational high schools using PLS-SEM analysis. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 180 respondents, including teachers, school principals, and committee members at 23 SMK-BLUDs in East Java and the Special Region of Yogyakarta. It is known that the variables of regulation, teacher support, self-capacity, and infrastructure have a positive and significant influence on the quality of entrepreneurial leadership. In addition, the existence of partnerships for each school indirectly has a positive and significant influence on the quality of entrepreneurial leadership. The results of this model show a predictive relevance (Q2) value of 0.96, meaning that this model has good predictive relevance.Pemerintah mendorong Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) melakukan transformasi organisasi menjadi SMK Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (SMK-BLUD). Melalui BLUD, SMK yang memiliki produk unggulan dapat mengelola keuangan dan proses produksi dengan lebih fleksibel tanpa melanggar peraturan, sehingga efektivitas kepemimpinan kewirausahaan dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas kepemimpinan kewirausahaan di sekolah menengah kejuruan dengan menggunakan analisis PLS-SEM. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 180 responden yang meliputi guru, kepala sekolah, dan anggota komite di 23 SMK-BLUD di Jawa Timur dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Diketahui variabel regulasi, dukungan guru, kapasitas diri, dan infrastruktur mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kepemimpinan wirausaha. Selain itu, keberadaan kemitraan pada masing-masing sekolah secara tidak langsung mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kepemimpinan kewirausahaan. Hasil model ini menunjukkan nilai relevansi prediktif (Q2) sebesar 0,96 artinya model ini mempunyai relevansi prediktif yang baik
Analysis of the Influence of Principal Policy on Improving the Quality of Islamic Education
The aim of this research is to explain the influence of the principal's policy on the quality of Islamic education at SMA IT Yarsi Mataram. This research uses a quantitative type with an analytical design. The population of this study were all teachers and students of SMA IT Yarsi Mataram and the sample was 10 teachers and 15 students. The sampling technique used is random sampling. Data collection techniques through observation with questionnaire instruments for Islamic education policy and quality. The data analysis technique uses the t test and/or F test. The results of the research show that there is an influence of the principal's policy on the quality of Islamic education at SMA IT Yarsi Mataram as seen from the significant value obtained in the t test and F test of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. This means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This shows that there is an influence of the principal's policy on improving the quality of Islamic education at SMA IT Yarsi Mataram. The better the policies decided by the school principal, the more the quality of Islamic education will improve. This research is a stimulus for school principals to consider all their policies because they will determine the quality of the school.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kebijakan kepala sekolah terhadap mutu pendidikan islam di SMA IT Yarsi Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kuantitatif dengan desain analitik. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah semua guru dan peserta didik SMA IT Yarsi Mataram dan sampel nya adalah 10 guru dan 15 peserta didik. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dengan instrument angket untuk kebijakan dan mutu pendidikan islam. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t dan atau uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh kebijakan kepala sekolah terhadap mutu pendidikan islam di SMA IT Yarsi Mataram yang dilihat dari nilai signifikan yang diperoleh di uji t dan uji F 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.Itu menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh kebijakan kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan islam di SMA IT Yarsi Mataram. Semakin baik kebijakan yang diputuskan oleh kepala sekolah, maka semakin meningkat mutu pendidikan islam. Analysis of The Influence of Leadership Competency, Staff Involvement, and Facilities on The Performance of Educational Institutions
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership competence, staff involvement, and facility quality on the perception of effectiveness in educational organizations. A quantitative approach is used with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to test the relationship between leadership competence, staff engagement, facilities, and perception of organizational effectiveness. Data was obtained from a survey of employees of educational institutions with a total of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The results of the analysis show that staff facilities and involvement have a significant effect on the perception of the effectiveness of educational organizations, while leadership competencies have a lower direct influence. These findings indicate that adequate facilities and staff involvement are important factors in shaping a positive perception of organizational effectiveness. This study contributes to the literature on internal factors that affect the effectiveness of educational organizations, in particular by exploring the influence of a combination of variables of leadership competence, facilities, and staff engagement. This study closes the knowledge gap related to the comprehensive impact of these factors on the perception of organizational effectiveness. These findings provide recommendations for educational leaders to improve resource allocation to support facilities and increase staff involvement in decision-making. This is important for creating a conducive work environment, which will contribute to the perception of the organization's effectiveness and the potential for overall productivity improvementPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi kepemimpinan, keterlibatan staf, dan kualitas fasilitas terhadap persepsi efektivitas dalam organisasi pendidikan. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji hubungan antara kompetensi kepemimpinan, keterlibatan staf, fasilitas, dan persepsi efektivitas organisasi. Data diperoleh dari survei terhadap karyawan lembaga pendidikan dengan total 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas dan keterlibatan staf memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap persepsi efektivitas organisasi pendidikan, sedangkan kompetensi kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh langsung yang lebih rendah. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas yang memadai dan keterlibatan staf merupakan faktor penting dalam membentuk persepsi positif tentang efektivitas organisasi. Studi ini berkontribusi pada literatur tentang faktor internal yang mempengaruhi efektivitas organisasi pendidikan, khususnya dengan mengeksplorasi pengaruh kombinasi variabel kompetensi kepemimpinan, fasilitas, dan keterlibatan staf. Studi ini menutup kesenjangan pengetahuan terkait dampak komprehensif dari faktor-faktor ini terhadap persepsi efektivitas organisasi. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi para pemimpin pendidikan untuk meningkatkan alokasi sumber daya untuk mendukung fasilitas dan meningkatkan keterlibatan staf dalam pengambilan keputusan.
