Full text linkPesantren is an Islamic Education and Broadcasting Institution, Islamic boarding schools also teach general knowledge, organize, socialize and so on. as a provision to navigate life in the world. In Indonesia, many Islamic boarding schools have been established, generally having student dormitories, places of worship, schools, residences for clerics or clerics, kitchens, and others needed for housing, worship, and education. Ibnu Taimiyah Islamic Boarding School is located in Singkawang City, precisely on Jl. Education, Sedau, Singkawang Sel.. Singkawang City, West Kalimantan 79163. The location of this Islamic boarding school is located in a tourist area. This pesantren has been established since 1991 by KH Ahmad Hambali Lc. However, this pesantren is not growing fast because of the factors that become the weakness of the pesantren, one of the weaknesses of the architectural field is the lack of adequate facilities. The design of this final project aims to redesign the Ibnu Taimiyah Islamic Boarding School by taking into account the environment and its functions, and the suitability of geographical potential. It is hoped that the results of this redesign can play a role in the establishment of the economic independence of the Ibn Taimiyah Islamic Boarding School so that it is known to the public in addition to being an added value for the Ibn Taimiyah Islamic Boarding School so that people are interested in studying at the Ibn Taimiyah Islamic Boarding School Singkawang
KONFIGURASI RUANG KAWASAN PASAR HONGKONG DENGAN METODE SPACE SYNTAX
Full text linkThis research is based on the phenomenon of the importance of urban service spaces for tourist areas and users in them. For example, the Singkawang City service area that has been developed and is crowded with visitors is the Hongkong Market area. This area is a tourist destination in the form of a row of commercial and culinary buildings along Jl. Budi Utomo, Jl. Setia Budi and the surrounding streets. Seeing the importance of the city service space for tourist areas, it is necessary to optimize the city service space which is relatively easy for the community to cross. The purpose of this study is to find out the potential and problems of user distribution as seen from the spatial configuration of the Hongkong Market area. This study uses the space syntax to determine the achievement of the movement of visitors in the circulation space. The data analyzed by the space syntax first with the depthmapX 0.50. The results obtained from the space syntax are in the form of circulation data to determine the tendency of people to choose routes using axial map and visual graph mapping (VGA). The calculation analysis technique uses connectivity, integration, choice, step depth and intelligibility. Analysis space syntax is in the form of proposed findings by adding culinary facilities to the Traditional Area alley and Jalan Muslimin Ismail.

Full text linkAccording to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 of 2016 persons with disabilities are any person who experiences physical, intellectual, mental and or sensory limitations in the long term who in interacting with the environment can experience obstacles and difficulties to participate fully and effectively with other citizens. based on equal rights. These rights include the right to life, free from stigma, education, health, social welfare, accessibility, public services to employment, entrepreneurship and cooperatives. According to the Pontianak City Social Service, in 2021 people with disabilities in Pontianak City will number 1,161 people with 12 different types of disabilities. The most types of people with disabilities are physical disabilities, amounting to 276 people. Of the total number of people with disabilities in Pontianak City, only 34 people have jobs while the others are unemployed. The Job Training and Skills Center is a place that accommodates and facilitates all activities related to the process to become better than before by learning something to become an expert, clever and proficient in the field that is occupied. The design of the Job Training and Skills Center for Persons with Physical Disabilities is one of the facilities in fighting for the rights of Persons with Disabilities in Pontianak City and its surroundings. The design theme used is using a biophilic architecture approach with an emphasis on accessibility
PERENCANAAN DAN PERANCANGAN PESANTREN TAHFIDZUL QUR’AN AGRO
Full text linkTahfidzul Qura'an Agro Islamic Boarding School is an area that provides formal Islamic education (Madrasah Aliyah) and non-formal education of tahfidz Al-Qu'an and agriculture. The design location is in Kubu Raya Regency. Islamic Boarding School Tahfidzul Qura'an Agro is not only a place to learn religious knowledge but can also be a place to learn agriculture because the agricultural sector is the leading sector in Kubu Raya Regency. This design is also motivated by the number of memorizers of the Qur'an which is small compared to the Muslim population in Indonesia. The purpose of this design is to be able to design a Tahfidzul Qur'an Islamic boarding school facility to meet the needs in the field of religious education and other skills in the world of work. As a Thafidzul Qur'an boarding school, the students are required to memorize the Qur'an because the main function of this pesantren is to increase the number of memorizing the Qur'an. Skills in agriculture are also taught to equip students to face the world of work. The stages in the planning and design of the Tahfidzul Qura'an Agro Islamic Boarding School start from the idea stage, data collection, analysis, synthesis, pre-design, and design development. The pesantren area of the Tahfidzul Qura'an Agro Islamic Boarding School consists of several masses, namely: mosque buildings, memorization facilities, schools, student dormitories, management housing, and agricultural facilities. The mosque building is a focal point in the area. The mosque is in the middle to separate the zoana of male and female students. The location of the mosque is also in the middle so that it is easily accessible by students and residents around the pesantren area. memorizing facilities and schools are on the right and left of the mosque. The dormitory and residence manager are at the back to get a quieter atmosphere
MAL PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI KABUPATEN KUBU RAYA
Full text linkPublic services are activities service carried out by the organizers as an effort to fulfill public needs, that are profitable in a group and offer satisfaction even though the results are not bound by a physical product. Kubu Raya is a district located in the West Kalimantan province with a vast areas of 6.985,20 km² and a population of 522.174 persons. Every district community of Kubu Raya requieres a public services that provide service facilities for population administrations or permits and other documents. The public services provided by the District of Kubu Raya are various and are offer by their resepective organizer. Most of the time, the sevices needed by the population are located in different places of the district, this forces the person to make multiple different trip to multiple location while carying all the documents. The current organization isn’t effective and consume the time and the satisfaction of the user. Therefore, a place that regroupe most of the public services in one or in a near location need to created. A Public Service Mall can be build to regroupe the services, the close building is composed of all the services that can facilitate the distribution and or exchange of goods or sevices for the user. A Public Service Mall will help the user to enjoy and have acces to all the services in one location, this will be more efficient in the time management and will increase the satisafaction of the user

Full text linkBukit Kelam is the largest monolith rock in the world beating Ayers Rock in Uluru, Australia. Bukit Kelam is located in Kelam Permai District, Sintang Regency, West Kalimantan. Bukit Kelam is can attract tourists with its uniqueness. This hill is also an iconic tourist attraction. This potential has not been accompanied by the accommodation in the fulfillment of the needs of visitors. Based on existing observations and data, lodging accommodation is not yet available in this area. Facilities are needed that can be a place of retreat for tourists in the form of a Resort hotel. There are also issues sourced from the official website of the Sintang Regency Investment Departement (DPMPTSP) regarding investment development in the form of hotel construction in Kelam Permai District. Resort Hotels are not only a lodge but can also be a medium for visitors to enjoy the natural potential in the Bukit Kelam area. The application of the design theme "Back to nature" in Resort hotels is to uniting nature and the environment around the Bukit Kelam area with the buildings and activities. The concepts of this design theme are to make visitors enjoy the unspoiled potential of nature. With the Resort hotel, it can complement the accommodation in supporting the potential of the Bukit Kelam
RUMAH SAKIT TIPE C DI KECAMATAN PONTIANAK UTARA
Full text linkHealth is a healthy state of a person who is not only physically but also socially, spiritually and mentally. In every area there must be a health service facility called a hospital. The construction of hospitals in Pontianak City is not so evenly distributed, especially in North Pontianak District. Type C general hospital is a hospital with a capacity of at least 100 inpatient beds, and related to the number of facilities and the ability of specialized medical services at least 4 (four) basic specialists. The approach used in planning a type C hospital is a healing environment approach, which is an approach that combines elements of nature, psychology, and the senses with considerations of site, actors and activities, size of space, architectural elements, structures, utilities. The purpose of this design is the design of a type C hospital that can meet the needs of health facilities in North Pontianak District and the design of a hospital building that is comfortable, safe, and can respond to the surrounding environment by combining natural, psychological, and sensory elements. The methodology used is data collection, data analysis and synthesis, and the design phase. The result of the design of a type C hospital is a hospital building that is comfortable, safe, and able to respond to the surrounding environment by combining natural, psychological, and sensory elements in North Pontianak District
PUSAT KEBUGARAN DAN RELAKSASI KHUSUS WANITA DI KOTA PONTIANAK DENGAN PENDEKATAN ARSITEKTUR POST-PANDEMIC
Full text linkThe COVID-19 pandemic has caused many public facilities to temporarily close, including fitness facility providers. Pontianak City is one of the major cities affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The temporary closure of fitness facilities in Pontianak City resulted in the unavailability of fitness facilities for the community. The COVID-19 pandemic has evoked a trend of healthy living, thus providing opportunities for the rise of fitness and health facilities. Generally, fitness and relaxation facilities have a mix of male and female activities. The combination of activities between the two sexes causes discomfort for women. The design is carried out with the stages of introduction, definition, preparation, analysis, synthesis, evaluation and reevaluation. The result of the design is a building that accommodates women in Pontianak City in carrying out physical and psychological fitness activities with emphasis on the comfort and health aspects of space. The aspect of space comfort in the building is realized by placing the space zone and choosing the type of circulation to create an atmosphere of private space. The design of the Women's Special Fitness and Relaxation Center in Pontianak City uses a Post-Pandemic Architecture approach aimed at creating a pandemic response room design. Efforts to create healthy spaces are carried out by using natural ventilation (openings and gardens) and artificial ventilation (bipolar purification technology). The building uses a smart technology system on touch areas such as doorknobs as well as material selection that considers the length of life of the virus on the surface area
