The Rasau Jaya Port area is a port area located in Kubu Raya Regency which serves shipping routes to the hinterland of West Kalimantan. The journey taken is a cross route within Kubu Raya Regency and a cross route between districts, namely North Kayong Regency. However, judging from the area and the port service office, this is still not feasible for an inter-district port area. Therefore, the Rasau Jaya Port area requires an area arrangement according to existing regulatory standards. The design methodology is adopted in stages, namely ideas, data collection, analysis, synthesis and design. With an area design concept that refers to the functions and standards of ferry port requirements. This can make the port a more organized area like a port in general

The community weaving activities in the Rote Ndao Ikat Weaving Village have been passed down for a long time and have become a specialty of the Rote Ndao community. Ikat weaving is a livelihood as well as improving the economic welfare of the residents of each productive house in Rote Ndao Ikat Weaving Village. Placement of residential space as a workplace through the process of making traditional woven fabrics, limited residential space is a problem in itself, how do actors maximize the available space for their productive activities. The purpose of this study is to identify the activities of residential spaces in order to obtain information about the condition of residential spaces and the activities in them. This research is the result of the exploration of several residential spaces as productive houses in Rote Ndao Tenun Ikat Village. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods that are objective data collection including field physical data. The results of the study show that efforts to support productive homes have limited space. Productive activities at the same time as domestic activities greatly affect the efficiency of the function of space. The use of public areas is 62.5%, based on the approach (SKKNI, 2015) The layout design, floor, separation wall & ceiling and ventilation openings in each productive house have not taken into account the technical aspects of the building and the comfort of the craft workers. The average value of natural lighting on the terrace is 174 lux, the living room is 35.5 lux so that the intensity of lighting is still lacking as a productive work space

Along with the development of the times, human life is also changing, the pattern of life and activities in every job that requires the community, especially big cities to be ready in prime condition. In carrying out daily activities, humans tend to use brain functions more than muscles, so humans are more likely to be lazy to spend more energy. This causes many people to experience obesity, stress, physically unhealthy etc. The purpose of the fitness center is to provide comfort with sports facilities provided for the community. The activities in the form of a gym, aerobics, yoga, swimming, jogging and several other sports that aim to train muscles and reduce weight, make the ideal body as desired. In planning a fitness center as a place for exercise and sports, the design must be in the form of a building with a large space. The application of green open space in the building can be applied to the garden in the building, with wide openings in each room so as to be able to take advantage of the ventilation sanded with vegetation to make the room feel comfortable and cool. This application is suitable for sports areas, because when doing sportsactivities the body requires smooth oxygen circulation. Destroyed ventilation with vegetation is also able to provide health for the body while exercising

Motorsports in Indonesia are growing. This is proven by the increasing number of areas with permanent and/or non-permanent racing circuits with improvements on existing ones. The Sultan Syarif Abdurrahman Pontianak racing circuit was closed since 29 October 2020 until an undetermined time. West Kalimantan and Pontianak City require racing circuits with national standards and adequate facilities. The author's Design of the Pontianak 150cc Racing Circuit Area tries to answer the required racing circuit. The author studied the racing circuit standards which are referenced by IMI, FIM and CIK-FIA also the precedents of racing circuits and race events. An analysis conducted related to the design subject and the facility needs of a racing circuit. The author determines which sites around the city of Pontianak with an adequate area. The design refers to the needs of the 150cc class race which is often held in West Kalimantan Province. The design's concept is arena concept. The design has pit building, medical building and visitor/audience buildings which are placed around the racetrack. With the learning outcomes of circuit standards, circuit precedents and racing event precedents, the design concept can be the beginning of a racing circuit construction needed by West Kalimantan and Pontianak City

The workers in the creative industry sector, not only come from within the city but also from outside the city, both for work and family trips while working. To meet the needs of facilities and workspace, Coworking Space was chosen. The design method starts with site selection based on the RTRW in trade and service areas, easy access and adequate infrastructure. At the analysis stage, referring to the actors, types of activities and facilities for the creative film industry, analysis of location, circulation, orientation, vegetation, and zoning. The area is divided into four areas, namely the parking area, reception area, green open space (RTH) area and work area. The design concept is a parking area that is divided into car parking and motorbike parking. The reception area is a receptionist area and the hall is a barrier from the public area in the parking lot. The green open space area is a large park to be used as a place for film production, promotions, and the like, as well as reducing noise entering the work area. Science is a very important science for children to understand, because children are a golden age phase where at their age their brains grow and develop rapidly. The need to learn science from an early age is to avoid their fear in adulthood when it comes to studying science. Many children or teenagers avoid science lessons because for them it is a difficult lesson to understand. Therefore, it is necessary to learn science from an early age to avoid the stereotype that says science is difficult and scary. The Children Science Center was built to help children learn science. The Children Science Center was also built to be a means of learning science outside of school, because many schools in Indonesia have inadequate facilities for studying science. The method used in the Children Science Center is the design method of J.C Jones. Jones started his design from an idea that was equipped with information to strengthen the idea. All information is analyzed, then synthesized to produce certain concepts according to the initial idea and then evaluated. The evaluation stage will be the basis for optimizing the design. This Science Center has a commercial area and is a public space that can provide income and educational recreation for children.

The development of tourism areas is one of the high priority sectors in Indonesia. One of the tourism sectors that has the potential to be developed in Indonesia is agrotourism. Sukadana is one of the sub-districts as well as the capital of North Kayong Regency which has many tourist destinations in the form of beaches, mountains and other natural beauty such as paoh hills, mangrove forests, etc. In addition to the tourism sector, Sukadana is also very famous for its durian products. Durian is one of the many varieties of fruits found in Sukadana District. However, in recent years there has been a decline in durian fruit sales. This is due to the pandemic period which sometimes limits the access of people outside the Sukadana District to visit. With this problem, the idea was created to create an agro-tourism area in North Kayong Regency that can support the distribution of fruits both during the pandemic and during normal times. The design of this agro-tourism area uses a bioclimatic architectural approach that pays attention to the relationship between architectural forms and their environment, especially in matters relating to the climate of the area. This agro-tourism area applies the concept of a Tourism and Education Village (Tourism And Education Village) where in addition to traveling, visitors can also get education related to agriculture and plantations. With the existence of this agro-tourism area, it is expected to affect the rate of economic growth in North Kayong Regency, especially the people of Sukadana District
