    The evaluation of Arabic language learners to non-native speakers is linked to the competencies required to enable them, and to the goals or competencies specified in advance. Valuation is based on it to see the extent of its realization or not. The study aimed to know the competencies required to enable Arabic language learners to non-native speakers of it, and to methods of evaluating Arabic language learners to non-native speakers in light of it, and the study used the descriptive approach. The study concluded: the goal of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers is to empower learners with linguistic, communication, and cultural competencies, and that evaluating Arabic language learners to non-native speakers is according to the three competencies, and those linguistic activities have a role in evaluation, in developing and developing competencies, and that all kinds of language tests It is part of the evaluation of learners of the Arabic language for non-native speakers and is not the only method of evaluation

    Arabic is exposed to many negative linguistic manifestations, such as the phenomenon of widespread grammatical errors in social media, especially twitter. The current study aims to monitor grammatical errors in verbs twitter tweets. The study also seeks to investigate the impact of grammatical errors on the understanding of tweets and to detect the effect of grammatical errors in verbs on the Arabic level. To verify the validity of the hypotheses and to answer all the questions, the researchers will use the statistical analytical descriptive method to obtain the study data. The study will then devise a computer program designed by the researchers to correct common grammatical errors in using the verbs on twitter. The study sample will consist of only 200 informative tweets from 2016 to 2018, with many Arab political and social events occurring in this period, so twitter has become an important and influential medium in the Arab world. To come out to clear and steady numerical results for the study, and one of the most important results of the research: the prevalence of grammatical errors in the verb appeared in varying proportions, where the highest percentage of errors appeared for assertions, reaching 44%, and the lowest percentage was for payments, reaching 22%

    Qiyas (analogy) is considered as one of the important methods in which Arabic is developed in the early centuries. It serves as the base or source of the new words or structures which are not found earlier in Arabs daily speeches. The scholars utilized it as a tool to separate the authentic ones of Arab words from many of those had been witnessed only by few. Qiyas across the ages has evolved in stages. The practice of qiyas by early scholars does not mean the same by the late ones. This research attempts to reveal the nature of qiyas; its definitions, stages of its development and its importance in the development of the Arabic language. This research is descriptive analytical research which the researcher tries to describe the definition of qiyas among Arabic scholars across the ages and the evolution of its meaning and the way scholars use it in their linguistic explanations in developing of linguistic subjects

    This article reports the significance of Arabic phonology, morphology, syntax, and semantics in understanding the texts of The Holy Quran and hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). It presents a variety of phonological, morphological, syntactical and semantic examples to illustrate their significance to correctly understand the meaning of the holy texts.     The issue of employing technological media, the film model in teaching Arabic to non-Arabic speakers, has become an urgent necessity dictated by the changing nature of global societies. Therefore, we find ourselves as Arab and Islamic societies in need of changing the pattern of our traditional visions of the educational process, as they no longer respond to the new learners' tendencies of languages, which prompted us to propose an alternative that is in line with the new shifts in education and training; an alternative that employs movie and integrates it into the learning process because of the influential technical and aesthetic potential available, which can build educational content in a modern form. However, this proposition that we are establishing, despite the promising prospects, is not without its challenges that existentially impede its realization. According to the study, it is possible to overcome these difficulties if there are a vision and a will. Therefore, we find that the study has worked to give suggestions on the mechanisms and the modalities to prepare a creative and fruitful approach in the Arabic language for non-native speakers, depending on the skill of film viewing, which would give this new educational vision a deep strategic dimension that will bring the Arabic language into line with the language of modern technological media

Therefore, based on this aspect, it can be approximated as the other text that can be studied and researched through linguistic elements, as expressed in the form of linguistic structure, both textual and contextual. The language of the Quran is no longer just words, phrases, and sentences as a reading routines Muslims, but also as a sign and message and also information to communicate our Mankind that in the texts of the Quran contained linguistic discourse strands of substitutions. Therefore, this research is an ethnographic study of communication that is qualitative descriptive, and the problem is focused directly to the principles of spoken norms as the main observation variable or formal object, and can be formulated "How are tagged spoken norms and ethics in the Quran?". The purpose of this study was to reveal concretely about the principles the ethical norms and tagged speak contained in the Qur'an. The data contains the discourse of substitutions on the linguistic text of the Quran, searched and analyzed using the ethnographic instrument of communication. This means that this study is based on the theory of speech ethnography or the ethnography of communication with the concept of the English acronym "SPEAKING". The data from the language text of the Quran are discussed in this study showed the disclosure principles of tagged spoken norms and ethics in the Qur'an. This means that the discussion proved that the verses that speak of substitutions are principles, beliefs, attitudes, doctrines, and guidelines for how to speak with  etiquette and ethical speech principles. This principle is universal for anyone and in any language. This is so that communication can take place with a good and harmonious.  Secara norma linguistik, bahasa Al-Quran terdiri dari kata, kalimat, dan paragraph yang sarat makna. Maka dari itu, dilihat dari aspek ini, ia dapat didekati sebagaimana teks-teks lainnya yang dapat dikaji, ditelusuri dan diteliti melalui unsur-unsur linguistiknya, karena diutarakan dalam bentuk struktur kebahasaan, baik secara tekstual maupun kontekstual. Bahasa Al-Quran bukan lagi sekedar kata-kata, frasa, dan kalimat yang menjadi bacaan rutinitas umat Islam, tetapi juga sebagai tanda dan pembawa pesan dan informasi untuk dikomunikasikan kepada umat manusia bahwa di dalam teks-teks kebahasaan  Al-Quran terdapat untaian wacana pertuturan mengenai norma-norma bertutur.  Oleh karena itu, Penelitian ini merupakan kajian etnografi komunikasi yang bersifat kualitatif deskriptif, dan masalahnya difokuskan langsung kepada prinsip norma-norma bertutur sebagai variabel pengamatan utama atau objek formal, dan dapat dirumuskan “Bagaimana norma-norma bertutur yang beretiket dan beretika dalam Al-Quranâ€. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan secara konkret tentang prinsip norma-norma bertutur yang beretiket dan beretika atas dasar teks kebahasaan Al-Quran, Data-data yang mengandung wacana pertuturan pada teks bahasa Al-Quran, dicari dan ditelaah dengan menggunakan instrument etnografi komunikasi. Artinya penelitian ini dilandasi oleh teori etnografi wicara atau etnografi komunikasi dengan konsep akronim bahasa Inggris “SPEAKING“.  Data-data dari teks bahasa Al-Quran yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan kepada terungkapnya prinsip norma bertutur dalam Al-Quran.  Artinya pembahasannya membuktikan bahwa ayat-ayat yang berbicara mengenai pertuturan adalah azas, keyakinan, sikap, ajaran, dan pedoman bagaimana cara bertutur yang beretiket dan beretika. Prinsip ini bersifat universal bagi siapa saja dan dalam bahasa apa saja. Hal ini agar komunikasi dapat berlangsung dengan baik dan harmonis

    Strategi Internalisasi Nilai-nilai Akhlak dalam Perencanaan Pembelajaran Tematik Terpadu Kurikulum 2013 di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

    Dewasa ini pembelajaran tematik terpadu kurikulum 2013 menjadi sebuah kebijakan yang memiliki banyak implikasi, di antaranya adalah implikasi terhadap persiapan dan hasil pembelajaran. Pembelajaran tematik terpadu 2013 merupakan salah satu pendekatan pembelajaran pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah yang berbasis aktifitas (meaningfull learning). Beberapa penelitian membuktikan bahwa pembelajaran tematik mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Seolah memberi sinyal positif, di balik persiapan, proses dan evaluasinya yang nampak rumit, pembelajaran tematik terpadu ditengarai sebagai pendekatan yang strategis untuk menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai akhlak. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penulis hendak memaparkan gambaran secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat tentang strategi menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai akhlak dalam perencanaan pembelajaran tematik terpadu di madrasah ibtidaiyah. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah bahwa guna menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai akhlak dalam pembelajaran tematik terpadu memerlukan persiapan. Terdapat dua macam perencanaan bagi guru Madrasah, yaitu perencanaan umum dan perencanaan khusus. Perencanaan umum dilakukan oleh segenap pihak civitas madrasah, sedangkan perencanaan khusus dilakukan oleh pihak guru kelas sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran tematik terpadu. Proses internalisasi nilai-nilai akhlak dalam pembelajaran tematik terpadu melewati tiga tahapan, yaitu transformasi nilai, transaksi nilai dan transinternalisasi nilai. Terdapat faktor penting dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan nilai akhlak, antara lain: guru sebagai teladan, situasi dan kegiatan yang terprogram, dan desain program pendidikan nilai akhlak. Sebagai pengembangan upaya internalisasi nilai-nilai akhlak dalam pembelajaran tematik terpadu diperlukan desain program pendidikan nilai akhlak di madrasah, yaitu desain pendidikan akhlak berbasis kelas, berbasis kultur madrasah, dan berbasis komunitas
