    This article describes a study of cooperative learning models with the type of make a match that leads to the concept of student understanding, especially in the matter of commercial letters. Trading letters are basic competencies in correspondence subjects. Where in the material about this commercial letter, there is considerable material ranging from understanding, characteristics, functions, and types of commercial letters to the procedure for making letters. But in reality, one of the main problems in learning commercial letters is the low understanding of the concept of commercial letters; this is because teachers on subjects have not been able to apply learning models that are in accordance with the material that has been delivered so that students feel bored and sleepy when receiving monotonous material. With this phenomenon, the researcher has an alternative in dealing with these problems by using a make a match type of cooperative learning model in which this model students can learn and play to understand the concepts of the material delivered by the teacher, games made by matching question cards and answer cards so that students are assigned looking for partners in turn. This article discusses based on the scope starting from the understanding of the learning model, the function of the learning model, the characteristics of the learning model, then discusses the understanding of the cooperative learning model and the objectives of the cooperative learning model further describing the make a match starting from the understanding, objectives, advantages, and disadvantages along with the syntax of the make a match learning model and the last result and discussion of the analysis cooperative learning models with the type of make a match as an effort to increase understanding of  the concept of commercial letters

    Every agency or organization definitely needs a positive image or good among the public. A good image is a need of an agency or organization, so this is one of the tasks carried out by public relations through the programs carried out. Because the success gained by an agency is inseparable from public relations who are able to run its role well. For the sake of creating a positive image, public relations must be able to carry out its role properly, because BPSDM is an agency tasked with educating the state civil apparatus before carrying out duties according to his position. So here public relations must be able to create, build, improve and maintain the image of the organization among the public. Public relations has the obligation to develop a harmonious relationship with the public because this is a public relations activity to build a good relationship to create a good image. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of public relations in enhancing a positive image in the government agency BPSDM East Java Province. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. The subjects of this study were 3 public relations staff. Data analysis here uses the Miles and Huberman models using source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the role of BPSDM public relations in East Java Province namely as a communication facilitator, expert advisor, problem solving facilitator and communication technician has been going well.Keywords: positive image; public relations

    E-Performance is a performance management information system that evaluates the performance of civil servants and serves as a guide in granting additional performance money. One of a government who implementing e-Performance is Kelurahan Gunung Anyar Tambak, Surabaya City. Implementation of e-Performance in Kelurahan Gunung Anyar Tambak Surabaya city starting since 2016, there is no research that assesses how effective the implementation of e-Performance in Kelurahan Gunung AnyarTambak Surabaya City. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of e-Performance based on four aspects of e-Performance assessment, namely aspects of cost, quality aspects, time aspects, and aspects of work behavior. This research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. This research uses saturated sampling technique in which all members of the population are used as members of the research sample. The total sample in this research were 8 person, they are civil servant in Kelurahan Gunung Anyar Tambak Surabaya City. Data collection techniques in this research using questionnaires and interviews and data analysis techniques using quantitative and descriptive analysis technique. The conclusion of this research is implementation of e-Performance is effective. This result can be proven from two aspects which are categorized quite effective, these aspects are cost aspect and quality aspect, while aspects of time and aspects of work behavior are considered effective. Based on the assessment of respondents, the effectiveness of the implementation of eperformance can be said to be effective

    Research on the development of textbooks of correspondence subject in the even semester class X regarding office management automation sistem at SMKN 1 Bangkalan to study the program of develop textbooks, discuss the visibality of book, student for textbooks developed by researchers and being studied by, existing textbooks at SMK 1 Bangkalan, and which have been developed by researchers.  This research is a Research and Development (R&D) study with a development bentuk from Borg and Gall that is approved up to 7 stages: potential and problems, combining data, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, product revision/final product. The subject of the study is a comparison of 20 students of X class majoring in a office administration education study sistem at SMK N 1 Bangkalan. The products show the visability of textbooks material expertss obtained a percentage of 94,4% with very forceful criteria, by linguists obtained a percentage of 91,4% with very forceful criteria, and by graphic experts of 84.8% with very forceful criteria.  From the overall products of expert validation obtained a percentage of 90,2% with very forceful criteria.  While the products of evaluations of obtained an average of 81% with very forceful criteria.  So can be concluded textbooks of correspondence subject on the even semester developed are declared to be very suitable to be used as teaching materials at SMK N 1 Bangkalan

    Pengembangan LKPD Berbantuan Kvisoft Flipbook Maker pada Mata Pelajaran Teknologi Perkantoran di SMKN 2 Nganjuk

    The purpose of this study  was  to describe the process of developing LKPD and to find out the feasibility of LKPD which is assisted by Kvisoft Flipbook Maker in the X class OTKP office technology subjects at SMKN 2 Nganjuk . This study uses a  4D development model that is defining, designing, developing, and distributing. The assessment instruments used are material expert validation sheets, graphic expert validation sheets, and linguist validation sheets. This LKPD research development only reached the development stage because the purpose of this study was to produce products and test the feasibility of these products. At the development stage the researcher conducts this LKPD assessment to material, language and graphic expert validators.    The results of research on the feasibility of LKPD assisted by makers of Kvisoft Flipbooks show that the appropriateness of the content of the material obtained an assessment of 88.00% with the criteria of "very strong", the feasibility of the language obtaining an assessment of 87.14%, with the criteria of "very strong", and the eligibility of the graphic obtained an assessment of 87.06% with the criteria of "very strong" ". Recapitulation of all validation results, the LKPD assisted by Flipoft Maker Koftoft for office technology subjects in SMKN 2 Nganjuk received a worthiness of 87.40% with the criteria of "very strong" and said to be suitable for use in learning activities

    Archives are very important for an organization because as a source of organizational information relating to the development and operational activities of a business or government organization. More and more organizational work will also increase the number of records produced. From time to time the number of records will increase, requiring management. Records management is an important aspect in an organization, both business organizations and good government so that the information to be sought can be found quickly and accurately. Managing archives manually that has been done so far, has several weaknesses, including: requiring large space and storage, the risk of damage to the archive due to disaster, requires a lot of employees and a long search time. This study aims to determine the records management procedure which includes receiving incoming and outgoing mail, archiving, rediscovering records, and maintaining records. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this study were 3 administrative staff from Ponorogo Regency Social Service. Data analysis refers to the Miles and Huberman model using source triangulation and research instruments in the form of interviews and documentation. Based on the results of a study entitled "Management of Archives in Supporting Information Services in the Administration Section at the Social Service Agency of Ponorogo" that records management in supporting information services has been running well because the management system is in accordance with the filing procedures

    The background of this research is because there are still many student learning outcomes in administrative subjects under the KKM. That's because the teacher learning model still uses the direct learning model, many tend to speak for themselves, passive learning resources and are still teacher-centered. This study aims to determine the effect of the horay course review learning model on student learning outcomes right on basic competencies in understanding administration. This type of research design is a quasi-experimental design with nonequivalent control group design. The research subjects were class X OTKP 3 as the control class and X OTKP 4 as the experimental class. The research instrument was a pre-test and post-test learning outcome sheet. The results of this study indicate that the tcount is 2.755, Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.007 and the confidence level is 95% (? = 0.05) with df 70, then the table = 1.994. So it can be seen that Ha1 is accepted & Ho1 is rejected. Because t-test <0.05 is 0.007 <0.05, and t count 2.755> 1.994 tables. Significant improvement in learning outcomes in the experimental class was 26.66 or 52.72%. While the control class increased learning outcomes by 18.06 or 49.82%, and the application of the CRH learning model can make students more interactive learning. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of Course Review Horay (CRH) learning model on student learning outcomes on basic competencies in understanding the administration of Class X OTKP SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya

    Learning media can be used as a support for teaching and learning activities in class. The study was conducted to find out media development, analyze the feasibility of the media, and students' responses to the learning media developed, learning media was developed in office technology subjects in class X OTKP SMKN1 Lamongan. This type of research is R&D in order to create a product. This study adapted the 4-D model by Thiagaran, there are 4 stages, namely the first stage define, the second stage of design, the third stage of develop, the fourth stage of desseminate. Researchers conducted the research until the develop stage because the desseminate was carried out on a broader scale. Data collection instruments in this study consisted of a material & media expert validation questionnaire, and an online student response questionnaire. The validation of the material by the lecturer of the Study Program Office Administration Education Unesa, while the validation of media experts by the multimedia teacher of SMKN 1 Lamongan. The subjects of this interactive learning media were students X OTKP industry and X regular OTKP of SMKN 1 Lamongan, tested on 20 students chosen by random sampling. The results of evaluating the material validator got a percentage of 92% with the category "very strong", then the results of the assessment of the media validator got a percentage of 86% with the category "very strong". The results of the questionnaire responses of students obtained an average percentage of 97% with the category "very strong". Based on the assessment of the material validator, media validator, and student responses, it can be stated interactive learning is feasible to be used as a medium to support learning activities in office technology subjects in SMK Negeri 1 Lamongan

    Office activities today have experienced significant changes. This is caused by the rapid development of technology. Almost all office work and administration are also assisted by existing technology, office work can be done effectively and efficiently. One of the biggest effects of technological advancements in the field of archives at present is the management of electronic records. This study aims to analysis the management of archive applications based on the Letter Application in the Department of Library and Archives of East Java Province. This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Research subjects were two employees in the dynamic records management section. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on research conducted in the field states that the use of the Mail Application is only used as a place to enter data or collect data on incoming and outgoing mail, the application can only be operated with the help of internet access, there are only two employees managing dynamic archives and in managing dynamic archives, namely incoming and outgoing letters are still assisted by disposition sheets and control cards. It can be concluded that the results of this study are the need for application evaluation to develop an electronic records management system that suits the needs of the East Java Province Library and Archives Office so that dynamic archive management will become easier and faster

    This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the effectiveness of learning media based educational game quizizz on student outcomes office technology grade X SMK Ketintang Surabaya. This type of research is using quasi experimental design. The circuit was conducted on all class X OTKP 2 students as a control class and X OTKP 3 as an experimental class. Analytical techniques use homogeneity test, normality test, hypothesis test and gain score test. The results of the study expressed the Posttest value obtained by t-test of 2.154 with a signification of 0.036 and a value of 2.002 with a level of significance 0.005 which means signification (0.036) < 0.05 and t-test (2.154) > ttable (2.002).The result of Gain Score the Pretest and Posttest value is 3,212 with a signication 0,002 and the value ttable is 2,002 with signification 0,05.  So it can be concluded that the use of learning media based on Quizizz educational Game effectively improve student learning outcomes on the subject of office technology class X OTKP in SMK Ketintang Surabaya
