Pengaruh Motivasi dan Kinerja Pegawai Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik di Kantor Kecamatan Buduran Kabupaten Sidoarjo
The study explain the relationship between motivation and employee performance has a positive impact on the quality of public services in the District Office of Buduran in Sidoarjo. The study intends to see the influence of employee motivation and performance positively and significantly on the quality of public services in the District Office of Buduran in Sidoarjo.The focus in this research of the problem in this study is how the influence of employee motivation and performance on the quality of public services in the District Office of Buduran in Sidoarjo. While the research hypothesis of this study is that motivation and performance have a positive and significant influence on the District Office of Buduran of Sidoarjo.The theory used in this research is theory of excellent service, as it relates to quality of service and the satisfaction of the community. Type of this research is quantitative descriptive. Collection of data used technique of questionnaire. The respondents in this study as much as 397 respondents has criteria age 17 and over, and never doing service at the District Office of Buduran of Sidoarjo. Sampling method used proportional random sampling. To test hypothesis used multiple linear regression with the application software Special Package of Statistical Science (SPSS) 22.0.The observation results state that the effect of motivation on the quality of public services is 55,5% so there is a positive and significant relationship between motivation on the quality of public services in the District Office of Buduran of Sidoarjo. The effect of employee performance on the quality of public services is 52,9%, so there is a positive and significant relationship between the performance of employee on the quality of public service in the District Office of Buduran of Sidoarjo. While the relationship of motivation and performance of employee to the quality of public services is 39,8% and the remaining 60,2% is influence by other variables unknown in this study, so there is a positive and significant relationship between motivation and performance of employee to the quality of public services in District Office of Buduran of Sidoarjo
Pengembangan Instrumen Penilaian Berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skills Berbantuan Aplikasi "Kahoot!" Pada Kompetensi Dasar Menerapkan Penanganan Surat Masuk Dan Surat Keluar Jurusan OTKP Di SMK Negeri 2 Buduran
This study aims to develop assessment instruments based on higher order thinking skills aided by Kahoot! on the basic competencies of applying the handling of incoming and outgoing letters, analyzing the appropriateness of assessment instruments based on the higher order thinking skills developed, analyzing students 'high-level thinking skills, analyzing students' responses to the use of the Kahoot! application, and knowing the strengths and weaknesses of the Kahoot! application. This study uses Sugiyono's development model with 7 steps of development.. The research subjects consisted of 73 class X students majoring in OTKP SMK Negeri 2 Buduran. The assessment instruments developed were in the form of 20 multiple choice questions. Based on the results of the study, the validity of the assessment instruments was more than 0.227 and the reliability was 0.714. The assessment instruments have also fulfilled the test of the difficulty level of the questions, the differentiation of the questions, and the question deception. The average high-level thinking ability of students is in the "good" category and students give a "very positive" response to the use of Kahoot! by 96%. Kahoot's strength! among others, have an interesting appearance and background music, and there are variations in the form of quizzes. As for Kahoot's shortcomings! among others, the choice of answers consists only of 4 options and there are limited characters in filling in the questions and answers
Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Group Investigation Pada Mata Pelajaran Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Kepegawaian Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis dan Hasil Belajar Siswa
This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning models type group investigation on critical thinking ability and student learning outcomes in class XI OTKP SMK Negeri 2 Tuban. Type of experimental reseach with quasi experimental design. The reseach sample is class XI OTKP 1 dan 2. Data collection methods using tests, documentation, interview and observation. Research instrument used in the cognitive and psychomotor domain. Data analisis use homogeneity test, normality test, gain score test, and hypothesis test. The ability to think critically in the hypothesis test gets the result of tvalue > ttable (5,585>1,994) the significance level is 0,000<0,05. The hypothesis test result of learning outcomes show value tvalue > ttable (4,493>1,994) significance level is 0,000 < 0,05. T-test gain score analysis obtained the results of tvalue > ttable (5,750>1,994) significance level is 0,000<0,05. Based on these results it can be interpreted that H1 ia accepted. Can be concluded that the cooperative learning model type group investigation influences critical thinking ability and student learning outcomes
Pengembangan Instrumen Penilaian Berbasis HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) pada Kompetensi Dasar Menerapkan Sistem Penyimpanan Arsip SIstem Abjad, Kronologis, Geografis, Nomor, dan Subjek di Jurusan OTKP SMKN 1 Bojonegoro
The aim of this research are developing assessment instruments based on Higher Order Thinking Skills, knowing the appropriateness of Higher Order Thinking Skills based instruments and knowing students' higher order thinking skills. The test subject used is class X majoring in OTKP SMK 1 Bojonegoro which consisting of 108 students. The assessment instruments developed totaling 30 item multiple choice questions. The assessment instruments developed also went through the validation stage of material experts, evaluation experts, and linguists with 97% results with œvery strong criteria. Assessment instrument on the basic competencies to implement an archive, alphabetical, chronological, geographical, number, and subject storage system in the Department of OTKP SMK 1 Bojonegoro is very feasible to use. The trial results of the Higher Order Thinking Skills-based assessment instrument showed that the high-level thinking ability of students in class X of the Department of OTKP SMK 1 Bojonegoro was in the "good" category
Pengembangan Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik Berbasis Saintifik Pada Mata Pelajaran Administrasi Umum Kelas X OTKP Di SMKN 1 Lamongan
This study aims to produce a prototype of teaching materials in the form of Scientific Student based Activity Sheet on General Administration Subjects in Class X OTKP Odd Semester involving experts and students to obtain LKPD eligibility as well as student responses regarding LKPD developed. This type of research is a type of research development using the 4D model that is define, design, develop, disseminate but the research conducted by researchers did not reach the disseminate stage because the purpose of this study was to obtain a product prototype and the results of eligibility from experts. The subjects of the study were 20 students of class X OTKP 1ND Lamongan, using questionnaire responses of students while for experts using validation sheets. The results of this study indicate that the Student Activity Sheet which was developed in the subjects of General Administration class X OTKP using 4D models namely define, design, develop, disseminate, however, researchers only reached the develop stage because the purpose of this study was to obtain a product prototype and product viability results. In terms of material, language, and graphic aspects, the total percentage of 88.06% was included in the very feasible category. Each percentage of material experts 84.2% with very decent interpretation criteria, 91% of linguists with very decent interpretation criteria, 89% graphic experts with very decent interpretation criteria. The response results of students get 96.3% with very good criteria. Thus the development of Scientific-based LKPD in General Administration Subjects Class X OTKP obtained results worthy of use in teaching and learning activities in General Administration
Analisis Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT) Pada Kompetensi Dasar Memahami Komunikasi Kantor di SMK Krian 2 Sidoarjo
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dalam Kompetensi Dasar Memahami Komunikasi Kantor kelas X OTKP 2 di SMK Krian 2 Sidoarjo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah 3 siswa sebagai sumber wawancara, dan 2 siswa sebagai sumber triangulasi. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik uji validasi menggunakan triangulasi. Analisis mekanis data yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam analisis model data Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, tampilan data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dalam Kompetensi Dasar Pemahaman Komunikasi Kantor kelas X OTKP 2 di SMK Krian 2 Sidoarjo mendapat respon positif dari siswa. Hal ini disebabkan situasi yang terjadi pada aktivitas belajar yang optimal dan kreatif dan tidak motonous situasi tersebut memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk berinteraksi dengan guru dan berinteraksi dengan siswa. Sehingga dalam proses pembelajaran bisa lebih cepat rasa nyaman dan senang dalam mengikuti proses belajar sehingga materi yang diberikan lebih mudah dipahami. Hal ini disebabkan situasi yang terjadi pada aktivitas belajar yang optimal dan kreatif dan tidak motonous situasi tersebut memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk berinteraksi dengan guru dan berinteraksi dengan siswa. Sehingga dalam proses pembelajaran bisa lebih cepat rasa nyaman dan senang dalam mengikuti proses belajar sehingga materi yang diberikan lebih mudah dipahami. Hal ini disebabkan situasi yang terjadi pada aktivitas belajar yang optimal dan kreatif dan tidak motonous situasi tersebut memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk berinteraksi dengan guru dan berinteraksi dengan siswa. Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Administrasi Umum di SMK Ketintang Surabaya
Researchers have a goal in research that is to determine the application of the two stay two stray learning model on student learning outcomes in general administration subjects at SMK Ketintang Surabaya and to determine the effect of the two stay two stray learning model on student learning outcomes in general administration subjects in SMK Ketintang Surabaya. This study uses an experimental research type with an experimental design quaisi in the form of nonequivalent group pretest posttest design. The population in this study used class X OTKP 1, OTKP 2, and OTKP 3 with a total number of 95 students and the sample used was class X OTKP 2 with a total of 30 students as a control class and class X OTKP 3 with a total of 30 students as an experimental class. This study uses data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, difficulty level test, differentiation test, homogeneity test, normality test, t test and gaincore. The results of this study showed the average pretest score in the control class was 55, while the experimental class was 58.12. Then the average posttest in the control class was 70.33, while the experimental class was 83.17. Based on the of the t-test result about the posttest score that has been done by researchers that counted 5.693 with a significance level of 0.000. While the ttable can be searched using the ttable distribution with a confidence level of 95% (? = 5%, because the t test is two-sided) with a degree of df 58, so it is known that the ttable is 2.001. Then it can be concluded that tcount (5,693)> ttable (2,001). So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted or there is an influence of two-stay-two-stray learning model on student learning outcomes in general administration subjects at SMK Ketintang Surabaya
Pembelajaran Daring Sebagai Upaya Study From Home (SFH) Selama Pandemi Covid 19
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kegiatan pembelajaran daring di rumah peserta didik sebagai upaya mendukung program pemerintah yaitu study from home selama adanya pandemik covid 19 serta tanggapan peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran daring selama sekolah masih diliburkan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan, sehingga pengumpulan informasi serta data didapatkan dengan teknik dokumentasi yaitu pencarian data mengenai hal-hal yang relevan dari berbagai sumber yang ada di perpustakaan seperti buku, majalah, berita, ataupun dokumen lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan dirumah masing-masing membuat peserta didik lebih mandiri dan menciptakan motivasi untuk belajar. Selain itu pembelajaran daring menjadi salah satu keberhasilan untuk menciptakan perilaku social distancing sehingga meminimalisir munculnya keramaian yang dianggap dapat berpotensi semakin menyebarnya covid 19 di lingkungan sekolah

There college student Major Faculty Economics of State University Surabaya in organization have achievement higher learning this interesting for reviewed. The aim of this research is to describe about students who active organization in Faculty Economics of State University Surabaya concerned with their role and status as student and member of its organization. This research uses a case study qualitative research method and using descriptive data analyzing technique. The research data was taken from primary data through interviews and secondary data from books, literature, articles, internet, and journals related to this study. The results showed that students became more confident, so as to improve learning achievement. This is shown by the results of the cumulative grade point average (GPA) which is very satisfying. In addition, by participating in student organization activities, students can improve soft skills in terms of engaging with other parties and can create a spirit of leadership
Analisis Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning Dalam Peningkatan Keaktifan Siswa
This research has the aim to describe and describe the use of project based learning methods in terms of increasing student activity. The study was classified as a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects used in this study were students of class X OTKP at 2 Blitar Public Vocational School on Public Relations and Protocol. Data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. While data analysis techniques are used through several stages including data collection, data presentation and drawing conclusions. In the learning process students tend to be bored and less interested in the learning process that takes place because the method used is merely lecture and monotonous. Therefore this research was conducted so that students are more active in the learning process. The activeness of students in the learning process also has an important role in learning outcomes. The project based learning learning model is a scientific approach and consists of several stages, including observing, asking questions, gathering information, reasoning, and communicating. Through these various stages students can increase their role in the learning process
