    Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Gather Town pada Materi Rapat di SMKN 1 Surabaya

    This study aims to analyze the development of gather town interactive learning media in meeting materials at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya and is used to determine how the feasibility of developing and evaluating students towards the development of gather town media as an alternative learning medium in the subject of automation of public relations and protocol governance at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. This type of research uses Research and Development (R&D) research using the ADDIE development model developed by Raiser and Mollenda. The development of this media gather town went through 5 stages, namely: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation. 5) Evaluation, but only carried out until the fourth stage, namely Implementation because the purpose of this research is limited to developing and producing valid learning media to be applied based on the validator's assessment of pre-existing media. Based on the results of this study indicate that the quality of media feasibility can be seen through the results of the validation of experts and student evaluations. The percentage obtained from material validators conducted by Lecturers of Office Administration Education and Teachers of Public Relations and Protocol Management Automation at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya is 92.1% with a Very Eligible category, which means that the material for automation of public relations management and protocols on the basic competencies of implementing proper meetings used in this medium. The percentage obtained from the media validator carried out by Multimedia Teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya is 81.1% with the Very Eligible category, which means that gather town learning media is eligible to be used. The results of the percentage of student responses in class XII OTKP 4 SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya are 94.4% in the Very Eligible category, which means that gather town learning media is eligible to be used as a learning medium

    This research aims to analyze: 1) records management at the Bungah sub-district office of the Gresik district; 2) obstacles in managing records at the Bungah sub-district office of the Gresik district; 3) efforts to overcome archival management barriers at the Bungah sub-district office of the Gresik district. This type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were 3 administrative staff at the Bungah district office in Gresik regency. Data collection techniques used by researchers are interviews. The data analysis technique used by researchers is data analysis in the Miles and Huberman field models and using source triangulation. The results obtained show that: 1) the implementation of records management in the Bungah sub-district office of the Gresik district is still inadequate and not systematic; 2) obstacles in managing archives at the Bungah sub-district office of the Gresik district, among others: lack of archive storage facilities, accumulation of letters in storage, archive storage for a while still stored in cardboard boxes, and a lack of skilled personnel in managing archives; 3) efforts in overcoming archival management barriers by maximizing the storage facilities of existing equipment and equipment so that the stack of paper can be minimized as well as involving archival managers in archival training

    Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Berbantuan Aurora 3d Presentation Pada Mata Pelajaran Administrasi Umum Kelas X OTP Di SMK Negeri 1 Jombang

    Aurora 3D Presentation is a software to create 3D presentation slides that can process slides by producing various images, text and video models in 3-dimensional form. Based on these, this study aims to (1) Describe the results of the development process of learning media, (2) Analyze and find out the feasibility of learning media and (3) Analyze student responses to Aurora 3D Presentation-assisted learning media in general administration subjects in class X OTP at SMK Negeri 1 Jombang. In this study, researchers used the 4D media development model. Where the 4D stage consists of define, design, develop, and disseminate. Based on the results of the validation of Aurora 3D Presentation media development on the validation of the material obtained results of 95.67% with "very strong" indicator statement, while the validation of the media obtained a result of 96% with "very strong" indicator statement. Then there are average results from both aspects of 95.83%. Although there are limitations at the dissemination stage and are limited to limited trials, students' responses to Aurora 3D Presentation-based learning media conducted on 20 students get 96.33% with "very strong" indicator statement. From these results, it is known that the development of instructional media assisted by Aurora 3D Presentation was declared "very feasible"

    This study aims to identify and explore the information management strategy of public service advertisements about Family Planning carried out by the Department of Population Control, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection (DP5A) of Surabaya City. This study focuses on information management strategies for Public Service Advertisements about the Family Planning program and the latest advertisements of the BKKBN about "The Importance of Independent Family Planning in a Pandemic", where BKKBN urges the public, especially couples of childbearing age to delay pregnancy in the Covid-19 pandemic era. This research was conducted at the DP5A of Surabaya City using a descriptive method, a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this study used interviews, observations, and documentation conducted by researchers to leaders, staff employees, IMP cadres, and target communities in the Public Service Advertising family planning program in Surabaya City. The results of this study indicate that the information management strategy of Public Service Advertising of Family Planning in the DP5A of Surabaya City is made in the form of images and videos which are disseminated by utilizing the Website and Social Media such as Instagram and Youtube. Furthermore, the DP5A of Surabaya City also utilizes IMP cadres owned by DP5A of Surabaya City to reach out to people who are not active on electronic media. In addition, the production of advertising materials at the DP5A of Surabaya City begins with instructions given by the Head of the Division which is then followed up by the Chair of Sie and the Field Staff until the advertisement is declared ready to be distributed to the target community. After the advertisement is declared ready to be distributed, the Head of Division and the Head of Sie approve and determine the strategy for distributing the advertisement so that it can be well received by the target community, and after that, the IT staff disseminates the advertisement following the orders and directions given. In this era of the COVID-19 pandemic, the BKKBN provided information and messages, in particular, in the form of a video about "The Importance of Independent Family Planning in a Time of Pandemic", where this was done because it was feared that due to restrictions on social activities in the community, many female reproductive age women experienced unplanned pregnancies that resulted in pregnancy loss that will increase the safety risk to mother and child. This research is limited to a discussion of information management strategies for public service advertisements about family planning in DP5A Surabaya City so that further research needs to reveal the effectiveness of PSAs conducted by DP5A Surabaya City to know how effective it is

    Covid-19 has significantly affected the education community, particularly in face-to-face learning towards online learning. This means a rapid transformation from curriculum and learning style to digital platforms. The purpose of this writing is to analyze the impact of online learning on entrepreneurial education learning conditions and analyze learning innovation and entrepreneurial education learning strategies, and analyze the application of learning methods through the Entrepreneurship Community approach before and after the Covid19 pandemic. This paper is a literature view that discusses how the entrepreneurial education practitioner community can deal with the Covid-19 pandemic. While the majority of school's entrepreneurial educators have taught online before, many are unfamiliar with the tools and applications of Educational technology, which demonstrate opportunities for sustainable professional development. As a result of the shift to online learning and teaching methods, digital disruption to education has accelerated. It presents a unique opportunity to incorporate more creativity and innovation into the educational experience, thus facilitating the transition to digital technology. Therefore, there is a great opportunity for entrepreneurial educators to use their existing expertise to gain new techniques that can enable a more contextual learning environment. It is hoped that the discussion given in this article can provide advice and assistance on how to foster entrepreneurial education experiences due to the Covid-19 crisis.     The purpose of this study was to develop a Scientific-based module in the subject of Automation of Facilities and Infrastructure Management for Class 11 of SMK Negeri Ngraho Bojonegoro. This study uses a 4-D (Four D) development method with designs such as roll definitions, design, development design, development, and development, and this study uses XI OTKP research at SMK Negeri Ngraho. This research uses research and development (R&D) which means "The research method used to produce certain products. This research starts at the defining stage which consists of five initial analyzes, student analysis, task analysis, concept analysis, and goal specification. Then, the next step is the design which consists of teaching-approved materials, learning modules using science in the subject of automation of class XI facilities and infrastructure management. The results of the design produced by the module were developed using science. In this study there are limitations of the study, namely: 1) Automated Facilities and Infrastructure Management module which researchers will develop only for class XI OTKP of SMK Negeri Ngraho in the even semseter. 2) the module developed by reserchers uses the 4-D development model from Thiagarajan and is limited to the second stage, namely the design stage 3) the results of this study can only be used in class XI of SMK Negeri Ngraho, Bojonegoro

    This research aims to determine the effect of service quality on user satisfaction at UPT library, Universitas Negeri Surabaya. This research uses five independent variable components namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy with one dependent variable customer satisfaction. The sampling technique used was probability sampling using the Slovin formula obtained by respondents with a total of 180 students in the office administration education program. While the data collection techniques were carried out using, observation, interviews, and questionnaires using a Likert scale. This type of research is a quantitative approach. the method used. Data analysis methods used are validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis. The Results showed that there were (1) significant effect of service quality on user satisfaction; (2) there is a effect of service quality simultaneous on user satisfaction; (3) there is a effect of service quality partially on user satisfaction at UPT library, Universitas Negeri Surabaya

    Record is one of the most fundamental components of school accountability. This study aims to investigate and explain how dynamic record management can improve school performance accountability. Qualitative descriptive with an interactive model was a kind of research that we used. Collecting data through techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis includes reduction, display, and conclusion. The number of informants is 3 archivists, 11 users, and one of the record experts. Finding of this study proves that the application of dynamic record management is able to improve school accountability. Some constraints in dynamic record management are the lack of human resources in the record field. Moreover, the facilities and infrastructure are still not adequate, and the system of record storage has not been consistent. Furthermore, the maintenance record can provide the authentic document in arranging the report of performance and accountability, because the maintenance record is able to save the physical record

    Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Berbasis E-Modul pada Pembelajaran Komunikasi Perkantoran Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran

    The development research aims to develop E-Module teaching materials in office communication learning, office administration education study programs. In addition, research was conducted to determine the feasibility of e-modules and student responses to the developed e-modules. Thiagarajan's 4-D development model (Define-Design-Develop Desseminate) is used in the development of this e-module. This research was piloted on 20 students of the office administration education study program. The data collection instrument used a material expert validation sheet, a linguist, a media expert and a student response questionnaire sheet. Expert validation sheets and student response questionnaires were analyzed quantitatively using a Likert scale. The results showed the feasibility of expert validation of the e-module teaching materials developed, namely material validation obtained 84.34%, language validation 82.85%, and media validation 86.67% in the very strong interpretation category so that it can be used for learning activities. And the results of student responses obtained an assessment of 84.15% with very strong interpretation criteria

    The purpose a research to develop teaching materials in the form of Public Relations and Protocol Administration module-based curriculum Odd Semester 2013 for Class XI APK. The purpose of this development research is to describe the process of developing public relations and protocol administration modules, analyzing the feasibility of public relations and protocol administration modules, and analyzing the responses of class XI APK students to the public and protocol administration modules. This study uses a 4D development model, which consists of the define,design, develop, and disseminate.The population of this research is the XI APK grade students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Lamongan. The sample of this study was only 20 students from a total of 28 students, because they used a small group. Data collection techniques in this study used the material expert validation sheet, the language expert validation sheet, the graphic expert validation sheet, and the student response questionnaire sheet. Data analysis techniques used in this study were module validation analysis and student response questionnaire analysis. The results of the research on the development of public relations and protocol administration modules obtained a percentage of eligibility of 85% with a very appropriate interpretation and the results of a limited trial aimed at 20 students of the public relations and protocol administration module obtained a 81% eligibility percentage with a very appropriate interpretation. Then, it can be concluded if the Public Relations and Protocol Administration Module Class XI APK can be declared feasible to be used as teaching material in learning.
